Don’t overthink it. Most headphones have a built in equalizer that colors the sound. For example, the older models of Beats by Dre used to artificially boost the low-end (among other changes) to give it that signature bass sound. With Ultima, you want a “flat response” set of headphones / studio monitors that won’t apply any modifications to the sound.

It should be fine, but not optimal. Ultima works best with flat response headphones – those that don’t change or color the sound. All headphones tend to do this, you just want to minimize how much it does. Headphones like this change the sound to make it sound better while gaming, hence why it may not be the best. That being said, you should still get good results. I’ve been using some of those “CozyPhones” and seeing results.

Ya’ll are overthinking it. It’s literally just a change in the core’s scripting. Both can be used long-term. (A) has alpha training and emotional support. (B) is just pure manifestation and results enhancement. All future Ultimas will be built with (B) because very few people run Ultimas in a vacuum. They pair it with another title, which most likely has that alpha training in it. (B) runs a lot smoother and allows you to get results quicker.

Remember – volume also matters. If you play it louder, the subconscious will perceive that as “screaming” and it could cause reconcilation. Then again, some people like being screamed at, sooooo. Play around with volume and test.

You will experience results fast, but you will hit reconciliation when the digging gets deep and your more inner beliefs, emotions and concepts start changing. Assume that all our programs have some sort of clearing unless otherwise specified. Our clearing is “lighter” than others and is generally designed to help fulfill the goals of the program. If you need deeper emotional healing, use something like Regeneration or Dragon Reborn.
