Journaling causes you to critically analyze your self-development and see what changes are occurring. To be completely honest, I don’t know what causes it or what the limits are. Edging may trigger it, edging may not. I have some off the wall theories, but nothing concrete. We just know that (at least for men, it seems to affect women differently), the act of ejaculation diminishes the aura for a bit. I’m assuming it’s some kind of natural bodily process that’s related to that “post-orgasm clarity” that occurs in men after ejaculation. The Japanese even have a word for it: Kenjataimu.
