Should we take a break between ZP Subliminals or listen to them back to back?

You’ll want to do them back to back, especially if you want to experience the “Zero Point Perceptual Shift,” where suddenly, nothing feels exactly “right” anymore. It usually occurs around 17-20 minutes into your stack. Those who ran the hour long versions got it about 30 minutes in. I’m not going to describe it so the hype haters can’t claim that I’m making up the ZP results or influencing you all somehow. It’s interesting seeing just how many people are hoping that ZP fails.

Can you run ZP and Qv2 of the same title? What about if it’s in a custom?

Updated the article: Follow the listening pattern guide closely when blending the two. This “results boosting” effect can also cause increased recon and side effects. And please do NOT run the ZP version and the Qv2 version of the same title (for example, don’t stack Wanted ZP and Wanted Qv2). This can lead to very harsh reconciliation, and you wouldn’t get nearly as much benefit as you’d think anyway. If you have a Qv2 custom with a CORE, you can run it with the ZP equivalent as long as the custom doesn’t consist of just the name embedded core and a few other modules.

What are hardgainers?

Hard gainers (in our experience) are people who just built up some kind of mental defense to outside influence. Many hard gainers don’t watch a lot of television or follow celebrities, etc. because they are very hard to influence. The traditional subliminal scripting model won’t work well on them, as they simply ignore or fight the suggestions. Zero Point’s unique approach means that even hard gainers will get results, because the suggestions are essentially coming from themselves rather than an outside source.

What is the “drowsy” effect from ZP?

Those who have the “drowsy” ZP effect will generally feel it after sleeping off the drowsiness. The “energized” ones will notice the results quicker.

The drowsiness is form of overload that resolves quicker due to the way we write ZP scripts. You just need time to process the script and you’re good.

Differs from person to person. It took a day for me to feel Limitless. RICH is almost instant. Diamond, I “felt” nothing until sexual activity occurred. Then it was like wtf.

If you are a hard gainer, try this:

Try two loops of ONE sub. If you’re a hard gainer, you’ll need more exposure. In the ZP tests, we were originally running a “weaker” build that last an hour. That one would cause the shift, even if you are a hard gainer. The “stronger,” 15 minute build might not be enough.

If I remember correctly it’s, start with one loop and decide the following week based off of how you feel if you can increase it.

@RVconsultant might have a better idea, being the rest day man.
