Remember that reconciliation can take different forms. Overload is one of them, but overload is often just a signal that you’re running too many loops, OR that your subconscious is struggling with processing your stack. It usually passes quickly, but taking a rest day helps A LOT. Reconciliation, however, can manifest in the form of reverse results – which a lot of people are observing.

Take Sex Mastery X2Q, which I’ve seen posted about here. If you run Sex Mastery X2Q and your results REVERSE, that’s reconciliation – the subliminal itself is fine. We didn’t change the script much (if any) for SMX2Q because we didn’t want to ruin the experience for our users. It’s primarily a build change, which wouldn’t cause you to lose results. It IS, however, much more powerful in the sense that your subconscious is receiving more information than running regular X2. That amount of information could trigger reconciliation, as the mind has less time to process what it’s receiving, especially if you’re running it in a stack. You can alleviate this by either hyper-focusing on one or two titles, OR, run one loop of a title in the morning, another at night.

Another alternative is simply playing “dummy” files in between titles. For example, run one loop of StarkQ, then a dummy file of empty silence or just nature sounds, then your second loop. Those moments of silence will give your subconscious time to catch up.

The best suggestion, however – ESPECIALLY with Terminus… run less loops or take rest days.

Why am i getting more recon on qv2 than qv1?

I assume it’s the removal of the additional alpha scripting. So basically now you are processing the actual script which will results in hard reconciliation as well.

This is 100% correct. Stick with it. Trust me, it’ll be worth it.

This is also one of the reasons that we left out a lot of that healing scripting in the Qv2 Mandatory Core and the Ultima v2 Mandatory Core. With Qv1’s Mandatory Core (and Ultima, just assume I’m saying that every time I say Qv1), every title had alpha and healing scripting – even when it didn’t really need it, and even when the title’s core had it. That double whammy of the healing scripting in both the title core (like Emperor Core, for example) AND the Q Mandatory Core was overwhelming users, getting them stuck in “healing hell,” without enough execution of the actual title scripting.

What we ended up with was a bunch of people claiming they weren’t getting results, but when you read their posts / journals, you could see that they were just stuck in a cycle of almost neverending reconciliation from the healing. When we removed it from the Q core and simply boosted the healing in the title core (a tiny bit), tests showed that the healing cycles weren’t nearly as harsh and overpowering and testers actually began to see results that were very related to the title they were running.

Given a long enough timeline, yes – Elixir can heal most childhood traumas. Regeneration is a bit more broad in its method of healing. Elixir “tunnels” from present and goes backward. Regeneration lets your subconscious decide what needs to be worked on to achieve the goal of emotional healing.

If you love her, the sub will just strengthen the bond. If you’re completely out of love with her and you want to manifest someone new, it will help with that. It won’t “make” her do anything unless she’s listening too (and even then, it’s not forcing her to do anything). The title is meant to strengthen existing bonds or manifest the perfect person.

It’s overstimulation from your subconscious processing the subliminals. You may have to listen earlier in the day. It can happen on any title, especially those with an aura component.
