The “Growth Through Pain” scripting is misunderstood. It doesn’t quite “manifest” random situations to test you. It makes you aware of when you’re running from a situation that you need to handle, urge you to resolve the issue, then helps you discover helpful lessons from these painful situations.

Is there a Q-module or title that increases likeability?

High stakes situations where you know people are trying to manipulate you and others, even if the manipulation is subtle. It also fits well in a 9-5 work stack (those working a regular day job). Ascension + Daredevil + PCC? Yeah, that’s a killer for getting ahead at your daily job.

Difference between elixir and limit destroyer

Limit Destroyer is focused on ONE THING, overcoming your limits. So, if you’re running a wealth-based stack, it’s scripted to help you overcome any internal wealth limits. A fitness custom? It’ll help you overcome internal fitness limits. Elixir is much much more broad. It heals all kinds of trauma, without too much specificity (similar to Regeneration).

Why are the ultimas louder than the majors?

The Ultimas are a bit louder by design. Not going into too much detail, but it involves making sure the subconscious picks up on the masked and ultrasonic scripts without having to turn up the volume to an unsafe level.

Are subliminal washouts helpful?

I wash out for a week every six weeks or so. Maybe every four weeks if I’m running a new stack. As for cues that let me know when I need a washout, it’s generally when I feel exceptionally frustrated over a period of days. I can’t really explain it, it’s just something that I know.

Reconciliation on rest days is common. Your brain goes from input mode to pure execution, which can cause some issues. On the flipside, some people feel AMAZING on rest days. That seems to be my pattern, though the second day can result in some serious reconciliation.

Everyone needs to understand that the scripting within Survival Instinct supports the goals of Survival Instinct. Don’t run it just to get physical healing, as you may not get the results you want. You’d do better to get The Beast Unleashed / The Beast Within, or another title focused on physical healing (the Ultima versions of these will). Or, as @SubliminalUser is planning, getting a custom focused on that.

If we add scripting to force you into fulfilling the subliminal’s goals, you’ll lose the ability to stack. Point blank. Beyond Limitless has a strong “take action” module that’s somewhat temporary (though it should build up over time — at least it has for me, but I’m running it solo at 4 loops / day right now).
