Why do ultimas stop working for awhile sometimes?

Subliminal initial results

No need for theories. Ultima titles work in a deep, narrow fashion, unlike major subliminals which work deep and wide. You will experience results fast, but you will hit reconciliation when the digging gets deep and your more inner beliefs, emotions and concepts start changing. You’re now getting used to the subliminal and you are starting this deeper work, signified by reconciliation. If it gets too much, lower The Commander to 1x.

This is not ideal, but should be okay for a few days. You need both sides for Ultima.

Dragon Reborn is for emotional healing, with physical healing as a secondary goal. Paragon is strictly physical healing. It’s also not four stages.

Healing & clearing on titles

Assume that all our programs have some sort of clearing unless otherwise specified. Our clearing is “lighter” than others and is generally designed to help fulfill the goals of the program. If you need deeper emotional healing, use something like Regeneration or Dragon Reborn.

Doubtful, we already tested higher quality versus .mp3 and didn’t really observe a difference in results. That being said, we’re open to testing it again, but it’ll be a bit.

I know this sounds good in theory, but in actual practice… it’s not really viable, and I’ll explain why. If we could create a “one sub to rule them all,” we would, because we’d be heroes. The problem is, you can’t brute force the subconscious into submission. The subconscious (if that’s even the proper word for what we’re influencing with subs), is a very mysterious part of the mind and what we’ve already determined is that attempting to change too much at one time is actually detrimental. It triggers more than just reconciliation – it seems to trigger some kind of firewall, or hard limit of what can be adjusted.

No, Q has been developed in a way that it doesn’t trigger this. Terminus and Terminus Squared can. Ultima can at higher loops – say six or more (I recently experienced this myself).

Why does healing subs make me so sexual?
When I used regeneration I felt the same. When I tested DR I felt very very sexual…more like horny

Probably pretty normal.Its a pretty common trend.Most men and women are pretty sexual,they just repress it because society says its bad to be too sexual.Healing subs remove the blockages and societal programming about sex being bad etc so will end up feeling more sexual and more expressive of sex/sexually open.Both me and my friend definitely were more horny while we were running dr and regeneration.Plus thought you tested dr with khan anyway in your journal.Khan/DR combo would make most people sexual cause khan would make you sexual and dr would remove blockages related to khan.

Is it okay to include healing subs in a stack?

It can, but remember that healing subliminals have a tendency to overpower everything else in a stack. They can keep you mired in the past, or in a constant state of healing. I actually alternate between a healing stack and a productivity / creative stack every few weeks to battle this. Might be better to leave ST3 out of the custom and just run it as part of the stack.

Why adding silence tracks can be good

You can alleviate this by either hyper-focusing on one or two titles, OR, run one loop of a title in the morning, another at night.

Another alternative is simply playing “dummy” files in between titles. For example, run one loop of StarkQ, then a dummy file of empty silence or just nature sounds, then your second loop. Those moments of silence will give your subconscious time to catch up.

When you work with the subconscious its not good to force things, like in magic less is more because in doing less and having zero expectations things really start to happening.
