The biggest issue is that people automatically assume that “more is better,” which as we’ve said multiple times, that isn’t necessarily the base. Sometimes, a “gentle push” is far more beneficial and enjoyable than a “hard push.” People have a tendency to treat running full loops vs. microloops as some kind of “challenge” rather than what it is – what is more effective. There’s no need for exact timestamps. A 15 second microloop can and often does give exceptional results. Simply start off slow and gradually increase your exposure until you hit your sweet spot. As for why we don’t make the titles shorter - people are already abusing the 15 minute ones. We are definitely not making it easier to do that.

Let’s not start this erroneous idea that you must get the full script otherwise the titles are ineffective. This is overthinking and it simply isn’t helpful for achieving things. What matters is results, first and foremost. Tangible, real change in your daily life, being and overall state. You can probably start with 1-3 minutes since you’ve been running longer for awhile now. Then, find your sweet spot by monitoring results vs. recon. Some people will not need microloops. I, however, HAVE to use this strategy or I find myself lost in recon. It’s the only way we can make stronger and more effective titles. We wouldn’t recommend microloops if we didn’t think you could benefit from them greatly.

This has been in Zero Point since it started. Remember, the first version of Zero Point had a “Primer” and then a “Flow” section. We just removed the primer because it was taking precedence over the rest of the scripting. Stay on 30s until the recon clears. There is no reason to rush ahead and cause yourself even more recon. I am one of the producers and I still rely on 30s loops. Think in terms of stable results, not how long you listen.

@James it is with complete truth when I say that I have never run more than 30s of the production version of Khan Black (I did during testing), and this title is my absolute favorite.

This as well. Microloops process faster, so if you’re going to experience recon, it’ll happen immediately. You can run it early in the morning and still get results that night while already dealing with recon.

This is possibly the funnest title I’ve ran. Oddly enough, some of the scripting seems to be translating over to visuals as well. We’ve been able to come up with better visual concepts in regards to the boxes and title art since running the prototype.

Three voices, with plugin trickery. I’m a bit of a plugin junkie. I own the entire Waves collection (highly recommended – I love their plate reverbs), all of the Izotope products, all of the Native Instruments plugins with Komplete Ultimate.

Not sure what I can suggest for BL. I know SC is far more equipped and experienced and that whatever I could think of right now, Fire and Saint most probably already discussed and brainstormed about it in the past.

That said I can share about my own weaknesses and limitations, in case one or two issues could lead to some new ways to tackle them.

My main issue in most everything stems from lack of energy. Wealth? Energy. Health? Energy. Learning? Energy. Romance? Energy.

I have sudden bursts and then… poof.

My rudimentary pager back in the 90’s is the same paper weight as my current smart phone if left without a charge.

This is what I liked the most in KB, I felt it helped me with my energy levels and I was able to do things I normally wouldn’t be able to because of personal imposed limitations.

I was too “energetic” to even listen to my own self sabotage; Which I noticed happens quite often. I credit the new subs for helping me uncover these insights.

Like with Ultimas previously I haven’t used BL as much because in my mind it’s for shorter term use. For my needs, I’m hoping new Limitless would also be good for long term, like QL, and would also stack well with other alpha majors like Emperor, Stark, AM and Khan.

I’m in a bit of recon, and again low on energy with some flu-like symptoms. So I said why not watch something that rhymes with… uhh… vividness…

Maybe I’ll be motivated and see new things that I have been missing.

Did you check out QL?
It incorporates a complete overhaul of your energetic system: signal transmission, nerves, hormones, respiratory system, etc.
This alone makes me wanna run QL soonish.

I remeber that Ragnar Lothbrok wrote, that his nose became free and open the first time in his life and that he was able to feel his heart beating strong in his chest.
I started to notice that my nose feels clogged and tight non stop (smoking?). That’s when I thought QL might be a good choice.
