Woke up noticing this

Day 2 : Paragon day Ran 1 loop of paragon yesterday Woke up feeling very calm and whole in some way, like i really had a good sleep and im feeling different Regularly my sleep quality isnt that good. But woke up feeling nice. I think that paragons influence but it feels more mentally and bodily

Dont know if paragon has some mental scripting to improve one’s clarity

But im definitely feeling and improvement today like a mental clarity and also a very good night sleep
All that after i woke up like 20 mins ago

Note: ive been running it for a while like i think 20 days and this is the 2nd observation, first one was a small wound in my skin that healed very quickly

But until now my main goal that im running paragon paragon for hasnt improved

@SaintSovereign why dont you guys add like scripting for chewing food, like chewing more and more unconsciously in paragon

that will help the overall digestive system

we should chew way much more than we do, i think it will be a good add on to paragon
