i dont think so, unless theres maybe some blockages in the glands thats blocking burning calories

otherwise its exercise and calorie deficit

Not necessarily. Though, it’s in my stack and I immediately cut out all soda and most sugar. Drinking water nonstop and working out everyday.

Do you get slower results using more titles I am using 2 zp programnes will they work faster focusing on one specific one for now till I see results.

Yes i listen to minds eye first then after then listen to paragon should I space it out one in morning one in afternoon it doesnt really explain very well on instructions.

my question is the same. how to schedule each title? back to back? one title in morning then the other at night? what is best schedule for maximum results if i decide to go with 2 ZP titles?

Yes, back to back. As for morning or night, you need to see if you’re an “energizer” or “sleeper” as a result to ZP. Some people get a lot of energy, others become tired after their loops. If you’re an energizer, you can probably do it in the morning and be fine. If you get sleepy, do it at night.
