Question from @Judoka (original post):
Correct me if im wrong @SaintSovereign but stg 4 seems like the one for more profit though right? If someone has a unsatisfactory experience with stage 1 or 2, 4 would be the answer right? And in this summary it says stage 1 is the foundation wich i think youve already built @Plutus
Summary
@Judoka — close, but the page draws the line a little differently.
Is Stage 4 “the one for more profit”?
In a specific sense, yes. Stage 4, The Empire, is about turning selling ability into financial leverage: raising your rate as your track record grows, proposing larger deals, opening new channels carefully, building a name that brings inbound business, and keeping part of what you earn before lifestyle absorbs it. Its page calls this the second conversion, the one that separates high earners from wealthy ones. But it is written for the seller whose fundamentals already work. It doesn’t generate leads (Stage 2), and it doesn’t build the closer (Stage 3) or the seller (Stage 1). “More profit” there means more from a machine that is already running.
If Stage 1 or 2 didn’t go well, is 4 the answer?
Not by the page’s own logic. Each stage targets a different bottleneck: not enough conversations, Stage 2; conversations that don’t close, Stage 3; closing fine but the money isn’t growing or staying, Stage 4; inconsistent performance or wanting the whole craft, Stage 1. An unsatisfying run of one stage usually says the bottleneck it targets wasn’t the one in front of that person. Stage 2 in particular is prospecting volume and outreach, which will feel like the wrong tool if leads were never the problem. Moving to Stage 4 in that situation skips over whatever was actually limiting the numbers. The page also says the stage to revisit changes as the bottleneck changes, so this is a decision to make each time from the numbers, not from which stage sounds biggest.
Stage 1 as the foundation
Right. Stage 1 is described as the broadest of the four, the one that builds the seller the numbers come from, and the page says the themes the later stages develop deeply are seeded there. That’s why 1 to 2 to 3 to 4 is called the smoothest route if you run all four. It’s a convenience, not a prerequisite: every stage is a complete standalone title and none depends on another having been run. So someone who has built the foundation and is happy with it can stay on it, or step to whichever stage matches where their own numbers now break down.
Recommendation
Choose Stage 4 when the selling is solid and the question has become pricing, deal size, extra streams or retained wealth. Choose Stage 3 when deals stall or discount at the finish. Stay with, or return to, Stage 1 when it’s producing and the craft is what you want to keep deepening.
