Support is good, of course.
There is a difference between “Quantum Jumping Board to align my chakras, remove negative energies, obsessors, Alien chips and implants” and an established spiritual practitioner who is grounded and not exhibiting any signs of spiritual “floating away”.
If you are well established in your subliminal usage, have experience, are getting good results and can gauge your sweet spot with consistence, then there is nothing wrong with a similarly well established spiritual practice that is grounded and optimally guided by a spiritual teacher.
Such an individual should be able to mesh the two into a synergistic whole, as they have the discipline, mental fortitude, inner sensitivity and wisdom to not do or suffer from rookie mistakes such as overexposing, “floating away”, etc.
If you are one of those, go ahead. @TheEmpress seems to be one, hence I don’t need to advise her or give her a legal disclaimer not to mix things - she already knows and is established.
Now, if I see someone talking about aliens, DNAs, Kundalinis,
Note the plural - New Age people love to talk about having multiple awakenings like some sort of badge of honor. In fact there is a more or less known New Age author who claims to have risen his Kundalinis over 70 times and attempts to teach others to do the same.
Meanwhile, if you did Yoga properly for multiple years under a teacher, you just need to have it happen once and correctly. And that’s just the beginning of a very, very long road. I’m not even going to go into the viewpoint of other traditions - I’ll just say the view is quite bleak on the multiple raising of the “Kundalinis”.
obsessors, lightships, galaxies, Earth Federation Fleets, light matrixes, new age and other similar things, sorry, but you’re getting a legal disclaimer. Most likely your mind has not developed sufficient strength yet to dive into spirituality.
I’ll point out that by mental strength, I do not mean slow intellectual capabilities (although it could be a symptom). It is a quality of the mind to penetrate into the core of the issue and grasp at the truth, regardless of the layers around it, as well as the ability to hold its “structure” against ideas without collapsing. It is the ability to play around with, compare and analyze new ideas without falling for any. It is the ability to outright reject false ideas and belief systems - which ties into penetrating into the core of such ideas.
With a developed mental strength, one can penetrate into a belief/idea system at the outset and know whether it is true or false.
It can be trained, and it is related to the mind as well as to your intuition and inner sensitivity. That is what I mean by mental strength.
Which is completely okay - it is a long and arduous process, and some have mental illness preventing them from diving into it completely, and some are permanently lost in believing things into existence and lightworking their lives away (with or without mental illness - mental strength is of importance here; I’ve seen educated, intelligent people sucked into this and lose a lot).
Which is also why we put medical disclaimers for those with mental illness, instability and such to not run sublliminals. It’s unknown how such a mind would react to increased subconscious load.
If this is you (talking generally, including previously written - most of such longer writings are written for the many as well as the few, both from @SaintSovereign and myself), establish your life and subliminal usage first. Only then dabble with spirituality - and with a legitimate system at that. Better to research for a year straight in an effort to find a legit system of inner transformation than get sucked into believing things true - so take your time.
Nothing wrong with spiritual practice with spiritual titles. I believe the written above explains this in-depth, but if not I can expand.
