How to develop peak mental strength?

By mental strength, I mean this post by fire:

What books or courses or practices can be used to develop this type of mental strength? (other than running dragon reborn (specifically st2)).

And that’s the reason I’m asking this question. I wanna do the practices / consume books that help me with this while I’m running dragon reborn st2.

That makes sense.
But there has got to be a systematic way of strengthening the mind right?
Maybe its a type of meditation…

The thing is dr st 1 has already given me some forms of the ability fire is talking about. I have very high hopes for dr st2 in this regard.

But I thought, I’d take action for even better results. Hence this question. Thanks for your input!

Meditation, hands down. Energetic cultivation. Martial arts.

The Dragon Reborn is different from Phoenix.
With DR I was able to play things a nonchalant way. I combine this with my meditation routine, and each stage has it’s own unique experienced.

Along the way it will guide you, people will come to you, you may also find interest on books.Don’t force yourself on something just because some people are doing it.Feel the energy and allow it to do it’s thing.

Along side DR, I listened to EoG, HoM, R.I.C.H, etc (I don’t listened to them at once of course) I become quite interested with accounting and I can remember I hate doing accounting jobs.

I focus my mind on what I wanted to be done, I ignore the rest.

For me it was old Spartan in Q.

Brutaly strong mental strength after 1 loop.

Never tried the Zp versions

Dis-identifying with the environment. If you identify with the environment, Above, it affects the, Below, which is your inner world. Doing the opposite is the ultimate strength. Its both the easiest and hardest thing to master

So… are you sure about this? Didn’t the doctors suggest for you to stop meditating?

By the way, you didn’t really say what they diagnosed you with. It would be useful to know, if you don’t mind sharing. Thanks.

He says to not meditate continuously.
And he says simple awareness type meditations are fine.

Meditated for like 3 hrs total time today.
Am reading this book: Amazon.com
The beginning chapters are good so far.
