I believe you mentioned in a thread about how fast cfw healed you and helped with a sub( I think it was primal)
Which do you believe is better?
It was a long time ago so I’m not sure, I think CFW was better for me
Hey, I have a banana to pick with you. There were no Purple minions in the new movie -.-
Because they all used Phoenix
Ba-dum-tss
Question…. Which healing title matches the type of healing found on DR stage 1. Is it phoenix?
Is it better to use this before Stark Black, after or it does not matter?
If you mean as in its order in a stack, e.g: Phoenix + SB - Rest - Title 3 ///// SB + Title 3 - Rest - Phoenix.
Then it is user preferential. I’d suggest on a day on its own would be better. Healing by its nature and the nature of the users’ abilities might overshadow other titles.
However, if your question was in the sense of whether one would receive better results by running Phoenix for a cycle or more, before or after running Stark Black, then:
It is still user dependent. But generally, going through a healing cycle would set you up for better results. This is especially true with Phoenix and Dragon Reborn. Or bring up results that were not apparent before, which is case of running it after running SB.
Thanks but I meant I will run only SB with Phoenix at the same day and what order of them should I use. I guess it does not matter
Totally preferential.
I’m currently listening to Phoenix before SB. I use Phoenix to create the clearing and SB for the reprogramming.
I could be completely wrong in how they work together.
I don’t understand why the emotional intelligence scripting on this one doesn’t work as good. I also take action towards it by practicing meditation, trying to surrender to my emotions, but I just end up with frustration. On Regeneration however, this exact thing is very easy for me, perhaps because of the meditative skill scripting. @AnswerGroup could such a script be incorporated into Phoenix as well?
I’ve been using DR Phoenix since it was first released, and even though my listening schedule hasn’t always been perfectly organized, the results have been nothing short of amazing. This subliminal has fundamentally transformed my outlook, shifting me from a place of persistent negativity and family drama to a much brighter, more positive perspective. Now, negativity seems to just bounce off me, and my mindset has undergone a significant and wonderful change.
I’ve really embraced the art of letting go and accepting things as they are, which has been crucial in stopping me from holding onto negative emotions. Looking back over the past six months—especially with family matters and dealing with a few challenging individuals—this sub has been incredibly effective in stabilizing my emotions, shifting my thought patterns, and helping me respond in a more positive and constructive way. DR Phoenix has truly been a game changer for me.
It has done an excellent job of removing negative thoughts from my mind, creating a much clearer mental space.
It has been instrumental in helping me accept others as they are and find contentment in that acceptance.
I’ve developed the ability to brush off negative comments and focus more on the positive aspects of life.
This sub has greatly assisted me in maintaining a healthy distance from toxic people. I no longer let their behavior affect me as much, which has been incredibly freeing.
I genuinely can’t imagine my life without DR Phoenix. It consistently boosts my confidence and provides a deep sense of reassurance. Out of all the subs I’ve tried, DR Phoenix remains my absolute favorite.
A huge thank you to @Fire and @SaintSovereign, the positive transformation from last year to now has been extraordinary, and it’s all thanks to your remarkable work and dedication!
That was incredibly cool to read. Congrats
Hey @James thanks for the post!
I’ve learned that consistency with subliminal is crucial. Sticking with one and giving it time to work is far better than constantly switching.
With DR Phoenix, I’ve seen great benefits with no recon—just some brief initial dreams. It’s now running smoothly.
someone in the forum on another topic mentioned an analogy of a subliminal being a car and willpower as the fuel really struck a chord with me. It’s shown me how essential it is to stay consistent to get the best results. I’ve managed to be steady with this one, even if I’ve been inconsistent with others.
Completely agree, the longer one uses a sub the deeper results get and more profound transformation and life changes.
Thats why i will commit 2years to each multistager i want, if one keeps switching feels like wasting time going nowhere…
For those who are pro with this title, please tell me how to deal with the intense emotions that come up with this title. I find it too painful to feel them, what do I do?
I’m sorta qualified for this one since I went through some heavier stuff.
Don’t push yourself. You can’t bypass the instinctual response to move away from the feelings. If that’s happening it’s because your body is trying to protect itself from further trauma. If you do somehow manage to bypass you’re gonna have a bad time, a really bad time.
Lower the exposure amount until you’re faced with just enough emotional processing you can manage without being overwhelmed. The goal is to still face things, but face them within your capacity.
You might have to learn how to sit with your emotions more. For example, I’d escape them by going on my phone, watching a TV show, eating, searching for things on the Internet. You have to create a window of time where you just sit. It’s not meditation or anything, just turn off the distractions and give yourself permission to feel things.
Sometimes the pain from the emotions is more about our relationship with them. If you grew up with emotional invalidation, strong emotions themselves can be a trigger for feeling bad.
I am not a pro with this title but about intense emotions coming up:
You need to create space between yourself and your emotions for getting detached from them and letting go.
Observe your thoughts, emotions, and sensations without judging them as good or bad. See them as a mechanic of creation, this type of awareness is like a life hack and quickly dissolves what you are going through internally.
Yes, another meditation technique that has shown in research to reduce the intensity of emotions by 50% over time is called noting.
Focus on breath, emotion arises, note it (label it, i.e feeling or anxiety) then focus back on the breath.
@Fire, if you wouldn’t mind can you please teach me how to train this skill, after trying things in my inner work department it boils down to exactly this what you wrote. This is exactly what I need to know to move to the next step. I would be really grateful if you can tell us more about this.
