I am not a pro with this title but about intense emotions coming up:

You need to create space between yourself and your emotions for getting detached from them and letting go.

Observe your thoughts, emotions, and sensations without judging them as good or bad. See them as a mechanic of creation, this type of awareness is like a life hack and quickly dissolves what you are going through internally.

Yes, another meditation technique that has shown in research to reduce the intensity of emotions by 50% over time is called noting.

Focus on breath, emotion arises, note it (label it, i.e feeling or anxiety) then focus back on the breath.

@Fire, if you wouldn’t mind can you please teach me how to train this skill, after trying things in my inner work department it boils down to exactly this what you wrote. This is exactly what I need to know to move to the next step. I would be really grateful if you can tell us more about this.

Would the Synergy: I Am Atman do well with Phoenix?

It did with mine, but know before hand that it would intensify the healing and so would the results as you are reborn as Atman

Did u write results anywhere with this? Was it a name embed main title or custom?

Can’t say much about practical tips, but the majority of new custom modules in the q store help with this exactly.

No, I didn’t; but it helped me get over a challenging emotional situation quickly. It was a custom with Sanguine, GLM and other healing modules such as Synergy I AM Atman, stacked with RoS and I forgot what else. The results are what it does exactly: rapidly getting over whatever is blocking or hurting you through a symbolic death and getting back up - a mini course of DR. It wasn’t easy, I broke down in tears more than I could remember.

What actions did u do on it?

Meditation, reflection, journaling and free-writing. Facing things that come out to the surface and letting out what comes up without avoiding it or trying to bury it. Sometimes talking things out, but not too much, I rarely get relief from just talking to anyone and I didn’t have someone that I could have a deep conversation with that would just listen and not try to quickly fix or dismiss the discomfort with general pep talk.
