Yeah,alot better at least for me.5 days on 2 days off burns me out on qv2.3 days on feels just right. Haha,might wanna move this to pm if wanna continue though.dont wanna clog up this thread and make it harder to find questions for people who cant remember the whole thread

I would run the Dragon for six months (one month per stage 1-3 and 3 months per stage 4) to get very good results or for one year (2xthe previous pattern) to get total changes. Those Ultimas will boost the results at each stage a lot.

casuse when you do 5 days/ you take 2 days off on weeknds

this seems very convient hahah to keep going and never stop 
but from my understanding that 1 loop of ultima means non major long term programming
2loops and more thats long term
so if i want to make Limit destroyer permant, i run it for 2 loops or more using the rotating method with my stack 
damn my head hurts from trying to understand
ill try the new routine method and see how it goes, looks good on papers

You could also listen for 3 days a week, Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Then take the weekend off.
