Can i run qv2 once a week?

Diminished, but noticeable results and less reconciliation. For people who know themselves and are honest with who they are, you’d probably enjoy these results. For most, though, the changes are so subtle that they won’t recognize anything is happening.

Yes, but at a much slower pace. For some people, this may be more organic and feel much smoother / natural.

Is washout is still necessary or as beneficial if one already takes a lot of rest days, e.g. 1 day on 6 days off like above? Is washout now an official guideline like the guideline of taking rest days?

Its still recommended every 3 months with the new listening instructions.Dont know about when your on the 1 day on 6 day off schedule though

Are physical changing subs hard and are rest days important?

Physical changing subs are amongst the hardest to get results from, because they do take a lot of time and energy. You have to make sure you’re eating lots of nutritious food, more than you usually do. Also, like with auras, the more you cram into a title, the longer it’s going to take. Last, but not least, rest days are even more important if you have a title with a lot of physical changes.

Is there ultrasonic in qv2 if you add ultima cores?

No. When you include an Ultima Core in a Qv2 build, it converts the script to Qv2 format and that’s it. There are no ultrasonic components in the masked Qv2 files, regardless of whether the core was Ultima scripting or not. Yes, that makes sense, he / she (not sure who responded) answered incorrectly. I’ll talk to the support staff, make sure they understand this question when it comes in. EDIT: I can see where they were confused, however. They just need to ask what type of build you’re reque…

As long as you request a Qv2 build, the masked and ultrasonic will be two separate files. If you request an Ultima build of a custom, it’ll be the combined masked and ultrasonic. Under no circumstances will you get a masked file with an ultrasonic embedded within it if you order Qv2.

I suspect the longer that you’ve been playing the sub, the longer the effects will remain strong. Especially if you play it solo, and you are acting on this sub.

Seems to me acting on the sub, even years afterwards might keep the programming strong in your subconscious mind. Action is a kind of programming. If you listen to a confidence sub, and you continue to act in that manner years afterwards you are programming that stuff in your neurology.

i was just about to create a thread about this thing, i played wanted once instead of SG with my stack (SG was guiding me to use it then said no need ) after not listening to it for like 3 weeks, and 2-3 hours after the loop I went to get food and the drive-thru girl (seemed new) started getting intrigued about me, asking me where im from and how old am I, later on when i got my food her number was written on the receipt , so that tells me that just like how you can maintain strength even if you only do a strength-based workout once in a while, you can still maintain the strength and even get a bit stronger because of the sudden shock your muscles get, our brains do the same with sub in the long term (granted you have listened to it for a good period of time before)

Do ultima cores count as cores in a qv2 custom?

Why? Because people are obsessed with trying to skirt the recommendations. It’s getting to the point of ridiculousness. I just read a support ticket where someone was trying to redefine what a “core” is so that they could fit more cores into their custom. The argument being, if they build a Q custom, but include Godlike Masculinity Ultima Core, is it still a core when Q autoconverts it to Qv2. YES. It’s just a Qv2 core then.

Can i use sleep phones with these subs?

We designed Ultima to work with flat response headphones and I’m sure they give better results. That being said, I’m using some of those cozy sleep phones things and getting good results.

That being said, you won’t want to expose her to Emperor, because it WILL affect her. You’ll have to listen to it in the day, invest in a pair of Sleep Phones (or the cheaper version, Cozy Phones) or wear earbuds to bed.

So, if you’re happy with your current custom, but there’s new modules that catch your eye, consider creating an Ultima booster build.
