Someone told me I was being creative about how I approached conflict with my kids earlier.
That felt good!

I was explaining the way the mind can be influenced by those around you, but dumbed it down to their ages and stages! I talked about projections.

I got into trauma and what goes on in the mind and body and what can help.

I discussed ways that conflict can be normal in a family and how to be helpful according to their position in the family and what not.

I shared relatable examples.

I was triggered and thought, “I better use this as a teaching moment, rather than lose my crap!”

This came up in my Facebook memories today… wow :exploding_head:

Win of the Day: Embracing Projection and Strengthening My Self-Concept:

Today, I was labeled as narcissistic, and I see this as a win that emphasizes my self-concept and the power of choice. This label reflects the beliefs of the person making the judgment, not who I truly am.

My self-concept is rooted in my worth and authenticity. When faced with negative projections, I have the choice to accept or reject what I hear and see from others. This moment reinforces my belief that what isn’t aligned with me will naturally reveal itself.

I view misunderstandings not as barriers, but as opportunities for growth and connection. They allow for deeper conversations and insights into different perspectives.

I had an intense interaction online yesterday playing a video game, I usually mute everyone so I don’t get to hear idiots and teenagers’ drama and frustration while playing, but yesterday I decided to turn on voice chat.

In one of the games I was insulted by two guys who are friends and really went after me, french compatriots, they kept throwing all kinds of garbage at me, it was actually painful because all the stuff they said where actually precisely what hurts in me, my past negative stories and painful ideas about myself, they were so precise in their insults that I realised it’s work from my higher self, I attracted this experience to help me get rid of remnants of painful projections on myself.

It was unbelievably magical in one way but at first it was just plain painful because they triggered many layers of painful emotions. I felt compassion for them and felt strength in myself for realizing the beauty and perfection of the events I am creating for myself to heal in the most unexpected ways.

Yes and this is where I get to understand that the worst interactions are actually great teachers.

Now that I think of it my story sounds like a perfect manifestation of Phoenix, facing my fears and pain through the intense fire of this interaction.

I definitely felt the resilience scripting kicking in

Did you write a review somewhere about your experience with it, I’d be curious to hear in your words how you felt with it.

I would have to go digging. I’ve truly embodied the scripting though, and it ripples through all that I share along with all the other great titles I’ve put a lot of focus on.

My views and subscribers are going up a bit more.

Seeing a bit more engagement in my private group.

Someone just told me they’d basically walk 250kms just to see my beautiful face!

I had a lot of disturbing thoughts throughout the night. It was a pretty restless sleep. Haven’t experienced something like that in a long time. I took my time getting up.

I feel much better now.

I am looking forward to DD in my next stack.

Do you use creams or mostly oils?

I personally oil my whole body every morning with warm sesame oil and do physical exercises while the oil gets absorbed for about 30min then take a shower and use a lighter oil to leave on for the rest of the day, either jojoba or grapeseed with essential oils mixed in for nice smell.

Creams and serums for me. My skin type doesn’t like oils too much unless blended with other ingredients. Sometimes my skin needs a break too. I have become much more intuitive with self care.

I’m not referring to essential oils when I say oils. Although I have discovered that too much citrus essential oil can be an irritant for my skin.

Reshare from my private Law of Assumption Facebook group:

When it comes to the Law of Assumption and the teachings of Neville Goddard and other New Thought teachers, they all convey a similar message: the journey is inward, where true understanding and expansion occur. Real transformation begins within, rather than from the outside in.

This concept can be summed up in the phrase “states lead, signs follow.” When individuals shift their internal state, changing their beliefs and assumptions, they begin to manifest the external signs of that new state.

Many people mistakenly think that by controlling their external circumstances, such as adhering to strict diets, committing to intense exercise routines, or managing their sleep schedules, they can create lasting change. For instance, someone might adopt a new diet in hopes of achieving a specific body image, believing that this external change will boost their self-esteem and happiness. However, if their internal belief system still tells them they are unworthy, the results may be temporary.

In relationships, a person might concentrate on changing how others treat them without addressing their own beliefs about worthiness and love. If they believe they deserve healthy, supportive relationships, they are more likely to experience those connections. Conversely, if they feel unworthy of love, they may unconsciously create situations that reinforce that belief.

In the realms of career and finances, individuals may seek new jobs or financial strategies, thinking that external changes will lead to fulfillment and security. However, if they hold internal beliefs of scarcity or inadequacy, those efforts may not yield the desired results. By cultivating a mindset of abundance and self-efficacy, they can experience opportunities that resonate with their new internal state.

Similarly, in personal growth, someone might pursue various self-help programs or external validation, believing these will fill a void. Yet, if they do not address their internal beliefs about self-worth, they may find that their efforts do not lead to genuine fulfillment. By focusing on self-acceptance and inner validation, they can truly expand and grow.

Ultimately, while external actions like diets, exercise, relationships, and career choices may be important for you, they must be guided by a healthy internal state. True transformation starts with a shift in beliefs and assumptions about oneself, resulting in lasting changes in the external world. When we prioritize inner growth, the outside naturally aligns, reflecting our newfound understanding and expansion.

I am noticing where I am having results from Phoenix, which I haven’t listened to since the springtime.

Specifically, these objectives:

Remove limiting beliefs, energies, and patterns, transforming them into catalysts for progression and empowerment.

Develop resilience to effectively navigate and grow from life’s challenges, including depression, breakups, job losses, and existential trials.

Develop and elevate emotional intelligence to handle complex emotional landscapes and improve emotional self-control and understanding of others’ emotions.

:fire: I love that!

Thank you for this wonderfull text 🙇‍♂️
