You can use Spartan for weight loss and body sculpting. Spartan is also good for martial arts but it is a multi purpose title covering both fitness and fighting skills. You can choose what you want to get out of it.

I used it for yoga and body weight exercises. I was doing several pushups with excellent form and flying through my sun salutations with core strength and power.

I don’t train in martial arts or fight.

Edit: if you’re stacking it with HoT then you will especially be able to obtain the goals/objectives you are after!

This was really helpful as you are describing my line of thinking as well. I have to sleep on it but I think I’m gonna stack Spartan with HoT.

I went from a C to a D cup.

Edit: I’ve used Seductress mostly while also using the occasional cycle with HoT.

I should hope there is breast reduction/maintenance possibility for those that desire that, not just enlargement? Otherwise pairing it with Paragon against the back pain would be the best plan for the future
