The Empress Within: Chronicles of Self-Mastery and Inner Reign

That sub is so good. I think I listened to it for 3 cycles.

Did you write a review somewhere about your experience with it, I’d be curious to hear in your words how you felt with it.

I would have to go digging. I’ve truly embodied the scripting though, and it ripples through all that I share along with all the other great titles I’ve put a lot of focus on.

I’m noticing some bloom with SB.

A musician from a pretty famous hardcore band followed me on IG and sent me a message. He said he’s looking forward to my content on spiritually.

My views and subscribers are going up a bit more.

Seeing a bit more engagement in my private group.

Someone just told me they’d basically walk 250kms just to see my beautiful face!

I had a lot of disturbing thoughts throughout the night. It was a pretty restless sleep. Haven’t experienced something like that in a long time. I took my time getting up.

I feel much better now.

I am looking forward to DD in my next stack.

Do you use creams or mostly oils?

I personally oil my whole body every morning with warm sesame oil and do physical exercises while the oil gets absorbed for about 30min then take a shower and use a lighter oil to leave on for the rest of the day, either jojoba or grapeseed with essential oils mixed in for nice smell.

Creams and serums for me. My skin type doesn’t like oils too much unless blended with other ingredients. Sometimes my skin needs a break too. I have become much more intuitive with self care.

I’m not referring to essential oils when I say oils. Although I have discovered that too much citrus essential oil can be an irritant for my skin.

Reshare from my private Law of Assumption Facebook group:

When it comes to the Law of Assumption and the teachings of Neville Goddard and other New Thought teachers, they all convey a similar message: the journey is inward, where true understanding and expansion occur. Real transformation begins within, rather than from the outside in.

This concept can be summed up in the phrase “states lead, signs follow.” When individuals shift their internal state, changing their beliefs and assumptions, they begin to manifest the external signs of that new state.

Many people mistakenly think that by controlling their external circumstances, such as adhering to strict diets, committing to intense exercise routines, or managing their sleep schedules, they can create lasting change. For instance, someone might adopt a new diet in hopes of achieving a specific body image, believing that this external change will boost their self-esteem and happiness. However, if their internal belief system still tells them they are unworthy, the results may be temporary.

In relationships, a person might concentrate on changing how others treat them without addressing their own beliefs about worthiness and love. If they believe they deserve healthy, supportive relationships, they are more likely to experience those connections. Conversely, if they feel unworthy of love, they may unconsciously create situations that reinforce that belief.

In the realms of career and finances, individuals may seek new jobs or financial strategies, thinking that external changes will lead to fulfillment and security. However, if they hold internal beliefs of scarcity or inadequacy, those efforts may not yield the desired results. By cultivating a mindset of abundance and self-efficacy, they can experience opportunities that resonate with their new internal state.

Similarly, in personal growth, someone might pursue various self-help programs or external validation, believing these will fill a void. Yet, if they do not address their internal beliefs about self-worth, they may find that their efforts do not lead to genuine fulfillment. By focusing on self-acceptance and inner validation, they can truly expand and grow.

Ultimately, while external actions like diets, exercise, relationships, and career choices may be important for you, they must be guided by a healthy internal state. True transformation starts with a shift in beliefs and assumptions about oneself, resulting in lasting changes in the external world. When we prioritize inner growth, the outside naturally aligns, reflecting our newfound understanding and expansion.

I am noticing where I am having results from Phoenix, which I haven’t listened to since the springtime.

Specifically, these objectives:

Remove limiting beliefs, energies, and patterns, transforming them into catalysts for progression and empowerment.

Develop resilience to effectively navigate and grow from life’s challenges, including depression, breakups, job losses, and existential trials.

Develop and elevate emotional intelligence to handle complex emotional landscapes and improve emotional self-control and understanding of others’ emotions.

:fire: I love that!

Thank you for this wonderfull text 🙇‍♂️

You’re so very welcome

Today I got the itch to begin my next stack. I’m on day 5 of my wash out from a stack that gave me 3 full loops of each of my 3 titles in total. I don’t feel I hit my sweet spot completely.

I haven’t started the new sub stack yet though.

I like to start my sub cycle around the time my period arrives, so I am in wash out during my luteal phase. I find I get the most recon during the week or so before my period. I do better when I am staying hydrated, eating balanced meals, getting sun or my happy lamp and balanced movement and rest. Sometimes with recon before I would limit myself of some of the above without realizing until I’d have a headache and feel super sassy! I catch myself much quicker now.

I am intending on using the following stack for the rest of the year:

DD
SB
Seductress

Edit:

I’m gonna return to the classic listening schedule:

Day 1: DD & SB
Day 2: Rest
Day 3: Seductress
Day 4: Rest

&& repeat until wash out

Just noticed buddy who was sending me money to be humiliated randomly sent me $5. Haven’t heard from him in a while. That’s funny! :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

NEW STACK FOR REMAINDER OF 2024!

Daredevil (DD), A Stark Black Reality (SB), & Seductress

DAY 1: DD & SB full loops

I’ll report how that’s going later.

:kissing_heart:

Edit: wowza!!!

Feeling a surge of energy atm. I was sitting on my couch earlier thinking of ways to use storytelling differently on YouTube. I proceeded to make a video and a short.

When I was waiting at a red light to turn right, there was a car turning right from incoming traffic. Normally I would just wait until light turns green, but I made a turn for it really quickly. I felt like a bad ass.

I started having thoughts of my ex not keeping the song I wrote him and how I’d just burnt it. I went kind of dark momentarily. Maybe I am just not a catch in his eyes or heart anymore. Oneitis kinda sucks.

Is not DD uneccesary since you have social oriented SB?

Nah, Storytelling / StorySelling is totally different from being a visionary.

I wish people understood it more but I guess it’s something that is better under the wraps or people lose their sense of reality.

See, the world had many visionaries - but one Steve Jobs. The world has many people in the line of science - but few keep us engaged like Elon Musk. Whether you disagree or agree, one can’t deny that they make headlines.

Think about a hook for example:

You could write: “You have no idea what my dad just did! He gave me 5 mins to get out of the home permanently!”

Or

“What do you pack when you dad gives you 5 mins to leave home permanently?”

In the first one, the whole focus is on you and the person does not reflect or feel like he or she is in the situation.

In the second one, you’re making the reader reflect and feel your emotions.

See, that’s StoryTelling.

The one who created money is a visionary. The one who made everyone believe in it, is the StoryTeller.

Get it?

P.S. I’ve studied this to a great extent

A great product of a visionary man will remain unsold if there’s not a great story to go with it.

Positioning is the “Wonder” in Wonderbread.
