qOS Question and Answer Thread

Question from @heartmadeiron (original post):

Model MAhk and I badged qOS about a manifestation custom. Surprising result for the cores: Ascension Chamber Core: the centre of the build. It develops conscious control over your natural ability to manifest, both through inspired, creative action and through manifestation that happens without direct effort. Genesis Core (instead of AC): the centre of the build. It helps you find out what you truly want to achieve, gives you the tools to go after it, and dissolves the fears that come up along the way. A manifestation build works best with a clear goal, and this core helps you find one. New Result Enhancing Experience Core: the general NSE core. It is not tied to one area, and it amplifies and speeds up the results of everything else in the build. Inner Circle Core: manifests the people who can help with any goal, such as teachers, partners, friends and contacts. Most goals move through people, so this widens every channel the rest of the build opens. I’m using AC, NRE and Peace for my manifestation custom.

Summary

@heartmadeiron — yes, your summary of the four cores is accurate. Ascension Chamber develops conscious control over your natural manifestation ability, through inspired creative action and through passive manifestation. Genesis helps you discover what you truly want to achieve, gives you the tools to pursue it and dissolves the fears that surface on the way. The New Result Enhancing Experience Core is the NSE core that amplifies and speeds up results across the whole custom, because every other core and module is processed through it. Inner Circle helps you manifest the people who can help with a goal, such as friends, teachers, partners and contacts.

I have two things to add about your own build of Ascension Chamber, New Result Enhancing Experience and PEACE.

PEACE is a sound third core here. It is designed as a foundation core that sits beneath performance, wealth or healing work and does not compete with it. The settled state it develops supports manifestation in its own right. It also works toward aliveness and effortless action, which suits a build that relies on inspired action.

On Ascension Chamber, SaintSovereign explained in the Q&A thread that it is set to return as a major title release next season. Staff are holding back from recommending purchases of the core until they know how it will end up: qOS Question and Answer Thread - #201 by SaintSovereign. That is why Genesis Core appears as the alternative centre. He also said there is no reason for alarm for anyone already running it.

If you are building this custom fresh, start with Genesis Core in the centre slot and review once the new Ascension Chamber is out. Listening guidance is in the official instructions: https://instructions.subliminalclub.com

Question from @Risky (original post):

Yo @qOS , appreciate your hard work, keep it up. Anyway I’m currently running Wanted and Spartan for my fitness and being attractive goals. I want a third title to make sure I grow in my career too. I’m a software engineer but also moving towards tech lead/ai lead direction. I need to skill up fast but also produce results tech wise and being customer oriented, leadership, looking at bigger picture than just pure code etc. What would be three good contender third titles?

Summary

@Risky — thanks for the kind words. Stark ZP is the title I would pick for the move toward tech lead and AI lead. Index Gate: Ultimate Programmer X is the runner-up, and Limitless Executive is the third contender.

1. Stark ZP (my pick)

Stark ZP covers the part of your goal that goes beyond code. It develops the kind of leadership that helps the people around you innovate and create on their own, which is a large part of what a tech lead does. It strengthens your ability to persuade others to believe in your ideas, which matters when you are selling an architecture to your team or a solution to a customer. It also develops intelligence, innovation, strategy and planning, and it supports you in becoming the leading expert in your area of choice. Opportunities tend to open up through people, situations and connections you had not made before. Stark ZP is a broad title. It also carries magnetism, romance and wealth scripting, so part of it works on ground WANTED already covers.

2. Index Gate: Ultimate Programmer X (runner-up)

Pick this one if skilling up fast on the technical side is the bigger gap right now. It may help you learn any language and absorb other people’s code more quickly, understand the technologies underneath your work, AI included, and handle the mathematics behind algorithms. It supports flow during work sessions and helps you find the right mentors, books and resources. It carries the New Subliminal Experience for learning and wealth, and it stacks particularly well with Stark ZP, so the two make a natural pair later on.

3. Limitless Executive

Limitless Executive joins Beyond Limitless’s work on memory, recall, pattern recognition and processing with Executive’s drive to deliver. It suits you if the main need is learning fast and then shipping results at work. It is lighter on leadership and the customer side than Stark ZP.

How to choose

If your next year is mostly about leading people, owning the bigger picture and winning trust from customers, take Stark ZP. If it is mostly about getting technically sharp on AI quickly, take Ultimate Programmer X and add Stark ZP once that foundation is in place. Whichever you choose, use it on real projects every day, because it develops through use. Question from @369 (original post):

Revised custom, assessment please (New WANTED + 9 modules) @qOS can I get your assessment of this revised custom please? It’s an updated version of the one I posted earlier. I trimmed it after the feedback: dropped Primal Nights and the extra aura and sexuality modules, and added True Shine and Tale of the Dragon. I’m planning to run it long term, more than a year. I want to embody what the New WANTED sales page describes, and I picked the modules I like that I think fit what I’m going for. Core: New WANTED (Develop Your Attractiveness) Modules: ESSENCE: Endless Summer, ESSENCE: True Shine, Edge of Danger, Hegemon, King’s Radiance, Main Character Energy, Synergy: Beyo nd Seduction, Synergy: Secrets of Seduction, Synergy: Tale of the Dragon How do the core and the modules work together? Do you see any overlap, conflicts or imbalance, and is there anything you’d change for a long run like this? I’m mainly wondering whether Tale of the Dragon and Endless Summer overlap too much with WANTED’s own Living Pulse and Relaxation. Thanks

Summary

@369 — no, neither one overlaps too much. Tale of the Dragon and Endless Summer each sit beside a WANTED feature without doing the same job, and this version is much cleaner than the first. The one thing to watch is balance. Both new social modules lean toward talking, while WANTED leads with mystery.

What improved

New WANTED is now the only aura in charge. Nothing in the build pulls its mystery toward lust or stacks more auras on top of it. King’s Radiance, Hegemon and Main Character Energy carry presence and status. Secrets of Seduction and Beyond Seduction carry the seduction skill. Endless Summer is the single regulation module. Nine modules leaves plenty of room under the cap.

Endless Summer and WANTED Relaxation

WANTED Relaxation calms body and mind in the moment, so your composure may hold when attraction is in play. Endless Summer is distilled from Summertime and works on your everyday baseline. It helps you set down the low background vigilance, so warmth may become your normal temperature at work and at home as well as on a night out. The two aim at the same calm, one in the moment and one across the day. Over a long run, Endless Summer may help WANTED’s ease feel like your ordinary state. Keep it.

Tale of the Dragon and The Living Pulse

The Living Pulse is about atmosphere. It helps you be relaxed and fun to be around, so time with you feels worth repeating. Tale of the Dragon is a skill module. It combines Dragon Tongue for wit and quick speech, Song of Joy for humour and timing, True Sell for persuasion and Story Teller for telling a story well. The shared ground is humour, and that is a small part of each.

The real question with Tale of the Dragon is style. WANTED’s Silent Depth has you reveal little and let pauses carry weight. Tale of the Dragon builds a talker who tells the stories, lands the jokes and wins the debate. The two can live together if you use the verbal skill with restraint. If you catch yourself filling every silence, that is Tale of the Dragon working against WANTED’s mystery.

True Shine

True Shine fits WANTED well. It is distilled from Daredevil: True Social and helps build a calm presence in which timing, posture and gaze do the work, and your silences draw attention instead of feeling awkward. That is close to WANTED’s own restraint, carried into every social setting. It shares a little ground with Hegemon and Main Character Energy on presence, and that small overlap does no harm.

What I would change

I would change very little. If mystery is the heart of what you want from WANTED, Tale of the Dragon is the module to reconsider, and that slot can stay open. If you want to be the man with the stories and the jokes as well as the mystery, keep it and let True Shine set the tone. DEUS has dropped out since the first version. The build holds up without it, and it can return later as a single amplifier if you want one.

Build it as it stands, or leave Tale of the Dragon out if mystery comes first. Listening guidance for a long run is in the official instructions: https://instructions.subliminalclub.com

Question from @Bull_of_Shiva_999 (original post):

@qOS Best stack options for becoming an stand-up comedian?

Summary

@Bull_of_Shiva_999 — the strongest stack for stand-up is Daredevil with Renaissance Man: Ultimate Writer X. Renaissance Man: Vibes Stage 2 is worth adding for voice and stage delivery, and if you build a custom, the Dragon Tongue module is worth adding for wit.

No title is built around comedy itself, so the stack comes from the capacities a comic leans on. You need to write the material, deliver it, stay quick on your feet, and get back up after a set that goes badly.

Ultimate Writer X covers the writing. It develops language expression and word choice, and it helps you discover your own style and voice, which is much of what separates one comic’s act from another’s. It eases the fear of criticism, so you can write and try material whatever the reception turns out to be. It also carries scripting for writer’s block and for understanding your audience.

Daredevil covers the delivery. It develops storytelling and helps you find the extraordinary in ordinary moments and turn them into stories people want to hear, which is the raw material of observational comedy. It works on vocal expression, including tone, pace and volume, and on a captivating presence in any performance. It also strengthens your fortitude after setbacks, so the drive to get back up and share stays intact. Daredevil: True Social is the other Daredevil title. It works on the mechanics of social rooms such as first impressions, status and networking, so it suits the networking side of the scene more than the set itself.

Renaissance Man: Vibes Stage 2 goes deeper on the voice and the stage. It is the singers’ stage of Vibes, and a large part of it is about performing live with your voice, which a comic does every set. It cultivates calm nerves and composure under pressure, builds stage presence and helps you connect with an audience with confidence and charisma. It works on tonal quality, on diction and articulation so every word is delivered clearly, and on phrasing and dynamics, which shape where the emphasis falls in a line. It also develops breath control, vocal resilience, energy and stamina for rehearsals and performances, a personal style, and the ability to turn criticism into growth. The pitch, range and harmony scripting will matter less for stand-up unless you sing in your act. Vibes stages do not have to be run in order, so Stage 2 can be used alone.

Dragon Tongue covers wit. It is a custom module focused on speech and wit, and it helps you reframe situations, speak in public with more ease and be funny in your own way. Every major title carries some wit scripting, and Dragon Tongue concentrates it.

These titles may help you develop the craft, while the stage time and the rewriting stay yours. Start with Daredevil and Ultimate Writer X as a two-title stack, and bring in Vibes Stage 2 when delivery is the part you most want to sharpen. If you would rather run one custom, the Daredevil Core and the Ultimate Writer X Core with Dragon Tongue cover the same ground in one build, and the Vibes Stage 2 core is available for customs as well. And seperately, ultimate manifesatation custom for sex/seduction?

Question from @Fusion (original post):

@qOS I’d love your thoughts on this custom. My goal is to be aa inward focused as possible. Cultivating the internal foundation first, with external results being a byproduct rather than the primary focus. Cores: Khan + Khan Black Modules: Main Character Energy Reforged Ruler Uncarved Block Timeless Gravitas Art of Happiness & Joy Atmosphere of Love Call of Honor Find Your Voice Steadfast Code of Loyalty Irresistible Relaxation Iron Discipline Photosynthesis Stonelike Protector’s Authority Wisdom of the Ages The intention is to cultivate things like self authorship, inner stability, masculine identity, emotional regulation, wisdom, discipline, authentic expression, character, warmth, authority, relaxation, and continuous self-development essentially building the man internally and letting the external expression develop naturally from that. I’m leaning toward Khan + Khan Black because I’m interested in deep internal transformation, masculine development, and developing/controlling the underlying energy rather than simply pursuing external results. Do you think Khan + Khan Black is coherent with this module selection and inward-first approach? Are there modules here that you think pull the custom too much toward external results/status rather than inward cultivation? Would you change anything about the module selection to make the internal foundation stronger or the overall custom more coherent? I’m also considering running a separate second custom focused specifically on wealth, potentially GLM + Crown & Capital, rather than mixing wealth-focused modules into this custom. Would this two custom set up play well together? Finally, regarding newer modules such as RICH and Reforged Ruler: are these essentially the full titles distilled/condensed into a single module?

Summary

@Fusion — no, not as the cores stand. Most of your modules already point inward. Khan and Khan Black are the part that pulls the custom toward outward action and advanced energy work, and three modules lean outward too.

1. Khan + Khan Black as cores
Khan is a forging title. Its stages break you down, rebuild you around an unrelenting drive, then move into total action, status and dominance. Its aim is outward, and Khan recommends running the stages in order. If you keep Khan, Stage 1 Total Breakdown fits your aim best. It is the healing stage, and it clears old limits before any building starts.

Khan Black: The Crucible works on sexual energy and the energetic system. It is designed to be run on its own or within an energetic cultivation tradition under a qualified instructor, and that applies to its cores in a custom as well. Stage 3 is the stage built to stack. It may help you direct the energy it cultivates toward strengthening your inner systems instead of outside goals. Stage 1 is an intense healing stage of its own.

For the aim you describe, Emperor Reforged Core fits better as the main core. It works at the level of identity and uncovers the sovereign underneath the striving. An identity shift tends to show up in how you act straight away. If the energy work matters to you, Khan Black Stage 3 Core is the companion for the second slot. Stage 3 comes after Stages 1 and 2, so it belongs in this build only once you have run those.

2. Modules that pull outward

  • Main Character Energy carries self-authorship and aims it at how the world responds: opportunities lining up and people treating you as central.
  • Protector’s Authority develops leadership in relationships. Much of its work shows up in how others respond to your composed strength and lean on your guidance.
  • Irresistible Relaxation settles the body and is built around attraction and how women read a man who does not rush.

Timeless Gravitas stays. It moves you away from external validation and builds presence from maturity and inner conviction. Call of Honor builds dignity and a word that holds. Steadfast builds courage under pressure. All three are inward.

3. Making the foundation stronger

  • Move Emperor Reforged into the core slot and take ESSENCE: The Reforged Ruler out. The ESSENCE is the same title distilled, so carrying both repeats it.
  • Swap Main Character Energy for Inner Voice. It works on your inner dialogue so that it lifts you up instead of putting you down. Finding Your Voice and Emperor Reforged’s inner compass already carry self-authorship from the inside.
  • Drop Stonelike and Irresistible Relaxation. ESSENCE: The Uncarved Block is PEACE distilled. It settles the body under pressure, keeps your drive and edge intact, and acts as the settling layer for the whole custom.
  • Keep ESSENCE: An Atmosphere of Love. It fills you with love for yourself first, and the warmth you listed is that love overflowing to the people around you.
  • Keep Protector’s Authority only if leading others is a current aim.

Iron Discipline, Photosynthesis, Synergy: Wisdom of the Ages, Code of Loyalty, Finding Your Voice and ESSENCE: The Experience of Joy and Love (the Art of Happiness and Joy ESSENCE) all fit the inward aim as they are. That leaves two cores and twelve or thirteen modules, inside the 20-module cap.

The usual guide of one to three healing modules and one or two spirituality modules is for action customs, where inner work supports the outward push without slowing it. In an inward custom the inward modules are the body of the build, so the test for each one is whether it serves the foundation.

4. A separate wealth custom
Yes, the two customs work well together, and keeping wealth separate keeps this one clean. Godlike Masculinity pairs naturally with wealth titles because it brings a steady, unshakable presence into high-stakes decisions. Crown and Capital adds the strategy: sovereign decision-making, wealth structures, high-value networks and calm authority in negotiation. Like every wealth title, it carries the New Wealth Experience. There is no ESSENCE of Crown and Capital yet, so its core is the way to carry it. Emperor Reforged and Godlike Masculinity do not clash across the two customs. Emperor Reforged works on sovereign identity, and Godlike Masculinity works on stoic inner stillness and joy.

5. RICH and Reforged Ruler
Yes. An ESSENCE module is a whole major title distilled into one custom module. ESSENCE: Where the Current Runs is the whole of R.I.C.H., and ESSENCE: The Reforged Ruler is the whole of Emperor Reforged. If you want R.I.C.H. as well, Where the Current Runs belongs in the wealth custom.

Next step: rebuild the list around Emperor Reforged Core, decide whether Khan Black Stage 3 Core sits beside it or runs as its own title, and set up the wealth custom separately. Listening guidance for running two customs is in the official instructions: https://instructions.subliminalclub.com

Question from @traphawkdown (original post):

@qOS Peace + khan black vs Peace + khan black + GLM

Summary

@traphawkdown — PEACE with Khan Black: The Crucible is the better choice. Adding Godlike Masculinity on top works against how Khan Black is meant to be run.

PEACE + Khan Black
Khan Black is an Artisan title for experienced listeners. It is designed to be run on its own or within an energetic cultivation tradition under a qualified instructor. PEACE fits beside it because it adds no new direction. It lowers baseline tension, so Khan Black’s work has steady ground under it. Khan Black’s first stage is healing work on the shame and limiting beliefs around sexuality, and PEACE meets that same material from the side of wholeness, so the two support each other through that foundation season.

PEACE + Khan Black + Godlike Masculinity
Godlike Masculinity builds composure as part of who you are, with steady joy and quiet authority alongside it. Next to PEACE alone it works well, because it supplies the direction and action that PEACE does not carry. Next to Khan Black it becomes a third heavy layer while Khan Black is already reshaping your energetic system. Much of what Godlike Masculinity offers here, such as stillness, presence and self-mastery, overlaps with what PEACE already gives you, so it adds load more than it adds new ground.

Where Godlike Masculinity fits
Khan Black’s stacking stage is Stage 3. Once you have worked through the first two stages and used Stage 3 for a while, it becomes a versatile title to stack with. That is the natural point to bring Godlike Masculinity in.

Run PEACE + Khan Black now and keep Godlike Masculinity for when you reach Stage 3. Listening guidance is in the official instructions: https://instructions.subliminalclub.com

Question from @sigmamale (original post):

@qOS I’m considering a very light custom with Alexander’s Play and Limiting People Remover. Would that be better with Heartsong ST1 or Heartsong ST2? Or both in separate customs they both include those other 2 modules?

Summary

@sigmamale — Heartsong Stage 1, Attuned, is the better fit for a custom built around Alexander’s Play.

Alexander’s Play supports a life with more than one partner. It gives you confidence and a mild nonchalance, along with the seduction knowledge for attracting several partners and building a relationship with each of them. Partner manifestation in it works through resonance. It has no aura of its own. Limiting People Remover helps you recognise the people who hold you back or are genuinely toxic, and phase them out of your life safely.

Why Attuned
Attuned is for every heart, single or partnered, and all of its work is on you. Rejection Without Verdict helps you ask plainly for what you want and let the answer be whatever it is, which matters when you are meeting several people. My Own Needs, Answered helps you name what you need and ask for it with open hands, so each partner hears it clearly. Curious About You helps you listen to each person past the point where you would usually start composing a reply. These carry into every relationship you build, however many there are, so Attuned and Alexander’s Play pull in the same direction.

Why not The Symphony
The Symphony is aimed at one partner. It is Heartsong’s manifestation engine for people seeking a partner, and it carries you from meeting someone through courting and commitment to a shared future with that one person. Alexander’s Play aims at several relationships running side by side. In one custom, the two would ask for two different love lives at the same time. Some Symphony features suit a casual season, but the stage as a whole moves toward one lasting partnership.

Both stages in separate customs
You don’t need two customs. Both cores fit in one custom, as in the earlier answer. Splitting them across two customs that each carry Alexander’s Play and Limiting People Remover keeps the pull between The Symphony and Alexander’s Play in place, and it puts both modules into your stack twice.

Build Attuned with Alexander’s Play and Limiting People Remover. If you later want to settle into one lasting partnership, put The Symphony in a build without Alexander’s Play. Listening guidance is in the official instructions: https://instructions.subliminalclub.com

Question from @themadsexyscientist (original post):

@qOS I read a post from saint sovereign on how mind’s eye stacked with a seduction sub would take your seduction skills to new heights does this still stand with the mind’s eye essence, why does mind’s eye skyrocket your success, what if I’m a person who only imagines negative things when visualizing, if you think up negative things by accident, would they come true, and lastly, can writing stories/scenarios of an outcome you want to manifest be used as practice if you struggle with visualizing something without direction ? Interesting stack, you’ll probably like the results. If I had to guess, I’d say that your seduction skills would skyrocket, you’d become wittier and be able to better predict potential outcomes while out and about.

Summary

@themadsexyscientist — yes, it still holds with ESSENCE: Clear Sight. Clear Sight is Mind’s Eye distilled into a single custom module, so the same visualization work sits beside your seduction title.

Mind’s Eye with a seduction title
SaintSovereign said in the Mind’s Eye thread that the pairing would likely make you wittier and better at predicting how things may unfold while you are out. Clear Sight supports both. It sharpens your inner imagery into vivid scenes you can move around in, and it helps you run possible scenarios in your head before you are in them. If you would rather carry the full title, the Mind’s Eye Core holds all of it in a core slot.

Why Mind’s Eye helps
A seduction title develops the skills. Mind’s Eye gives you a place to practise them before the night starts. Mental Rehearsal for Improved Performance lets you walk through an approach or a conversation in your mind, so the real one feels familiar and your responses come more easily. Creative Problem-Solving through Visualization helps you explore several ways a moment could go, which is where quicker wit and a better read on outcomes tend to come from. The Raikov Method helps you take on the qualities of people you admire by picturing yourself carrying them. Seeing yourself reach a goal also strengthens your motivation, which makes you more likely to act on it.

If your imagination leans negative
No, a negative image that slips in by accident is not something you need to fear. Mind’s Eye treats visualization as a practical tool for action, and results come from a clear picture you return to and act on. A passing worry has neither of those behind it. Mind’s Eye also works on this habit directly. Clarity and Control of Mental Imagery helps you choose the images you build instead of taking whatever surfaces first. Reducing Mental Barriers to Visualization works on the doubts and negative thoughts that crowd the picture. Overcoming limiting beliefs through visualization helps you replace negative thought patterns with ones that serve you. When a negative scene keeps returning, treat it as a doubt worth looking at, then rehearse the version you want.

Writing scenarios as practice
Yes. A written scene gives your imagination a direction, and that suits Mind’s Eye well. Mind’s Eye works with your natural style, whether you see, feel or simply know, and Breaking Down Goals into Actionable Visual Steps starts from exactly that kind of outline. Write the scene, read it back, then picture it. Over time the picture tends to come without the page. Keeping a journal alongside it helps you notice when what you rehearsed starts turning up in real life.

Add ESSENCE: Clear Sight to your seduction custom and start with a written scene of the next evening out you want to have. Listening guidance is in the official instructions: https://instructions.subliminalclub.com

Question from @Antares (original post):

@qOS Curious how a stack of Wanted Black/Spartan custom + Revelation of Spirit + Heartsong Stage 2 + the new Khan Black would work. Apart from the deeper reconciliation of my true desires, WB, RoS and Heartsong do not seem to clash for me at all. I´d expect Khan Black to only amplify their results and synergy. Gym + Kickboxing + Breathwork + Shadow Work + daily Journaling are a given.

Summary

@Antares — no, not at first. Khan Black can become an amplifier for a stack, but that is its Stage 3, and it reaches Stage 3 after two stages of its own.

The information for the new Khan Black has not been added into the system yet, so this answer covers the current Khan Black: The Crucible. Any changes in the new version are for staff to describe.

Wanted Black, RoS and Heartsong Stage 2 sitting well together for you counts for a lot. The product facts from the earlier breakdown still stand: RoS most likely won’t stack well with seduction titles, and Wanted Black’s multi-partner scripting aims somewhere different from The Symphony’s search for one partner. The new question is what Khan Black adds.

What Khan Black is
Khan Black is a four-stage title about sexual energy. Stage 1 is an intense healing stage that works on the traumas, insecurities and limiting beliefs around your sexuality. Stage 2 strengthens your energetic channels so they can carry more. Stage 3 builds a large reserve of sexual energy and helps you put it to use. Every stage asks you to face your deepest fears around sexuality, so Stage 1 adds a heavy load of its own and does not amplify anything. Khan Black is best used on its own or within an energetic cultivation tradition under a qualified instructor. It recommends going through the first two stages and running Stage 3 for a while before stacking Stage 3 with other titles.

Khan Black with Wanted Black
This is where your expectation fits best, later on. Stage 3 combines well with aura titles and helps power them, and the aura is central to Wanted Black. Wanted Black also helps you heal past sexual issues, so the two share that ground. The difference to plan for is how each one treats sexual energy. Wanted Black is built for a very active romantic and sexual life. Khan Black builds energy by not spending it every time. It encourages sex with a partner and recommends not releasing every time, so the energy circulates, and it also warns against letting that energy stagnate. You can hold both, but it means choosing that practice on purpose during Wanted Black’s busiest season.

Khan Black with RoS
Khan Black shares the most ground with RoS. Both develop your sensitivity to energy, in your own body and around you, and Stage 3 can be guided toward inner development as easily as toward outer goals. Khan Black is not a seduction title the way Wanted Black is. The stronger presence it develops comes out of the energy work and is not the aim. The caution here is different. RoS is an energetic title too, and Khan Black is meant to run alone or within one energetic practice, so running both puts two sources of energetic work on you at once.

Khan Black with Heartsong Stage 2
Heart-Led Intimacy in The Symphony brings presence instead of performance into physical closeness, with warmth that starts before touch and stays after it. That is close to the partnered intimacy Khan Black encourages. Stage 1’s work on sexual insecurities may also help you arrive at that closeness without old baggage.

The load, and your routine
Wanted Black, RoS and Khan Black are all in the Artisan line, so this is a very heavy stack. Your routine is a real strength here. The gym and kickboxing give Spartan and Wanted Black’s physical scripting somewhere to show up. Shadow work and journaling suit Khan Black Stage 1, which asks you to face the same kind of material those practices work with. If your breathwork belongs to an energetic tradition with a teacher, that is the setting Khan Black is built for.

Recommendation
If Khan Black is next, give Stages 1 and 2 their own season, run on their own as Khan Black recommends, and keep your current stack for the seasons around it. Once you have run Stage 3 for a while, it is the stage to bring into a stack like this one, and that is where your expectation that it amplifies the rest is most likely to hold. Check the new Khan Black page when it goes live before you start. Listening guidance is in the official instructions: https://instructions.subliminalclub.com

Question from @James (original post):

@qOS is it ok to use Dolby Atmos with the subs or no?

Summary

@James — no, we recommend leaving Dolby Atmos off when you play the subs.

Solace is already run through Dolby Audio’s APIs when it is produced, which is where its cleaner sound comes from. Atmos on your device would add a second layer of processing on top of that, and we cannot predict how that would affect the sub. Play the files as they are, with Atmos switched off.

Heartsong no longer manifests one ideal relationship type? Regardless of number of partners I mean.

No, it does. qOS is being conservative based off the early information provided before we started getting feedback. We need to do the weekly update of information. Nothing in the script specifies the number of partners, and with the custom you’re thinking of, it will definitely bring more than one partner.

@qOS I’m currently running a 3 ZPU title stack: Two name-embedded titles and one full fledged custom. I follow a strict MWF listening schedule, which gives me 3 rest days during the week and a mini wash-out every weekend. With all this in mind, could I listen to 3 titles every listening day or one title 3 times a week?

Question from @heartmadeiron (original post):

@qOS can you elaborate on the seduce reality aspect of Wanted Black and how to develop that skill?

Summary

@heartmadeiron — Seduce Reality is Wanted Black’s subtitle, and it names the manifestation side of the title. It may help your days fill with romantic opportunity, so that you are more often the one being approached than the one chasing.

What the seduce-reality side is
Wanted Black carries the New Subliminal Experience, aimed at romance and wealth. The romance side helps you manifest positive romantic scenarios day to day, and those everyday situations become where you learn and grow in love and intimacy. The wealth side does the same with money through the New Wealth Experience. Wanted Black’s manifestation abilities are turned up as far as its format allows, together with its auras.

Several features feed into this. The aura of adventure helps you meet partners who are comfortable with their own sexuality and want to explore it. The multi-partner scripting helps you build a circle of lovers who want the same open, adventurous connection, and you can consciously guide that scripting or set it aside. The healing scripting works in the present: it supports enjoyable experiences now that help you heal past sexual issues and settle into your sexuality with confidence. Free-will scripting runs through all of it, so the people who respond to you do so because they genuinely want to.

How to develop it
The skill is your side of the exchange: noticing those openings and acting on them.

  • Be yourself. Wanted Black amplifies qualities you already have, so the work is to stop performing and let them show.
  • Step out of your comfort zone and say yes to new experiences. A romantic scenario leads somewhere only if you step into it.
  • Use the conversation skills Wanted Black develops in real conversations, and pay attention to the feeling and intention you convey as well as the words.
  • Keep your composure when attention arrives. Emotional regulation keeps the air of mystery in place.
  • Look after self-love and self-care, because attraction starts with genuine appreciation for yourself.
  • Decide what you want from this season. Your conscious guidance shapes which experiences take priority, so act in line with it.

Pick one of these to work on this week, and keep a short journal of each romantic opening and what you did with it. That record shows you how the skill is growing. Listening guidance is in the official instructions: https://instructions.subliminalclub.com

Question from @MPS1 (original post):

Hello - I’m just coming back to Subliminal Club after about a two year hiatus. I have previously run all stages of Khan, Love Bomb and Sex Mastery X 2.0, and with good success with the original Love Bomb in particular. Currently, I am running the new Love Bomb and have an idea for a self-concept sub with the intention of shifting from internal fear and insecurity to love based confidence…addressing the things that I have been insecure about before. I would appreciate your feedback for the following please: Cores: -Heartsong Stg. 1 Core -Sex Mastery X Core Modules: -Divine Self-Image -Prevent Premature Ejaculation -Synergy: Venus Unveiled -Essence: The Experience of Love & Joy -Male Enhancement -Physicality Shifter - Sexiness (and/or Sexiness Unbound) -A/SPS: Eyesight -SPS: Digestive System -MDFY: One Goal I was going to run this for about 6 mos. to a year and then swap out for Stage 2 of Heartsong (and maybe some other manifestation modules at that time). I was also going to stack this with Stage 1 Genesis: Ascension and continue the new Love Bomb. Please let me know what you think…thanks! [Mod Edit] Tagging @qOS

Summary

@MPS1 — yes, this build fits your aim well. There is one change worth making before you order: MDFY: One Goal and the two body-system modules pull in different directions.

The cores

Heartsong Core Stage 1 (Attuned) is the right anchor for a shift from fear to love-based confidence. Attuned is the inward stage of Heartsong, and it is the recommended starting point whether you are single or partnered. Worthy Before Chosen may help your sense of worth stop depending on who responds to you. The Past Set Down may help you release old lessons about love without having to relive them.

Heartsong contains no sexual performance scripting, so pairing it with the Sex Mastery X Core makes sense. Sex Mastery X supports technique, stamina and full presence with a partner. It also carries scripting to dissolve the fears people hold about sex, and that part serves your aim directly.

The modules

  • Divine Self-Image is the clearest self-concept module in the build. It works on doubts about your mind and body and turns them into motivation to improve. Keep it.
  • Prevent Premature Ejaculation helps you relax and last as long as you want. Sex Mastery X already works on stamina, so this module earns its slot if it is a specific worry for you. If it is not, it is the first one to cut.
  • Synergy: Venus Unveiled combines Chosen of Venus, Depths of Love and Blue Skies. Depths of Love matters most for you, because it works on the old hurts that keep you from loving fully. Chosen of Venus may make your own warmth more visible. That overlaps with Love Bomb without conflict.
  • ESSENCE: The Experience of Joy and Love distils Genesis: The Art of Happiness and Joy into one module. It may help a steady contentment settle under daily life, so setbacks land lighter and your confidence swings less with the day.
  • Male Enhancement does two things. It uses physical shifting for length and girth, and it helps you become confident about and skilled with your current size. The second part fits a build about insecurity well. Physical shifting can take days, weeks or months.
  • Physicality Shifter - Sexiness works on the body itself, from hair and face to voice and build, and it needs action from you, such as training and taking care of your looks. Sexiness Unbound works on how sexy you feel and releases limiting beliefs about your sexiness. For a self-concept build, Sexiness Unbound is the closer fit. Run both if physical change is part of your goal.
  • A/SPS: Eyesight and SPS: Digestive System are healing modules for your eyes and your digestive system. They sit outside this build’s aim.
  • MDFY: One Goal turns every module in the custom toward one goal you choose. It is a very advanced module. It needs strong, steady conscious guidance, and it is best used for one larger purpose before you move on to a new custom.

The one change

With One Goal in the build, Eyesight and Digestive System are turned toward your confidence goal along with everything else. Choose one of two paths:

  • Keep One Goal and write the goal as one clear sentence, for example the confident, loving man you intend to be by a set date. Move Eyesight and Digestive System into a separate build.
  • Or drop One Goal and keep the two physical modules. The rest of the build already points the same way, so it holds its aim without it.

One optional addition: if you are attracted to women, Wholeness in Connection works on neediness, shame and the need for approval in closeness with women, so your sense of worth stays steady however a connection goes. It sits squarely on your aim, and the build has room for it.

The plan and the stack

Moving to Heartsong Stage 2 (The Symphony) later matches how Heartsong is designed: it recommends letting Attuned settle before adding The Symphony.

Love Bomb, the Heartsong-series self-love title, works the same ground as this custom. It supports self-love through forgiveness of yourself and others and moves your sense of validation inward. Run with Heartsong, Love Bomb also supports meeting partners who share your own model of love, which will matter more once you reach The Symphony.

Genesis: Ascension Stage 1 (The Stabilizer) is a good third piece to stack. It works on practical ground: money, health, your space and follow-through. Two of its features line up with this custom. Self-Sabotage at the Threshold works on the habit of pulling away just as a relationship deepens. The Inability to Receive may help you let compliments and care land, which pairs with Heartsong’s Letting Love Land.

One note: Divine Self-Image, Depths of Love, Love Bomb’s forgiveness work, Attuned and The Stabilizer all work through old material, so expect some reconciliation as it surfaces.

Your next step is to choose between One Goal and the two physical modules, settle the sexiness slot, and order the build. Listening guidance for a custom run alongside two titles is in the official instructions: https://instructions.subliminalclub.com

Question from @Goldfinger (original post):

@qos what can I expect from running this build for five months, also expand on the action, manifestation and romance/seduction aspects Khan St3 KB St3 Main Character Energy It Always Rises Art of Trust Solar Plexus Stonelike Synergy: Divine Dominion Synergy: 42 ESSENCE: Human Connection Pragya Omnidimensional

Summary

@Goldfinger — five months on this build may move from inner fire toward outer momentum. Khan Stage 3 sets the pace, Khan Black Stage 3 supplies the energy, and the manifestation modules widen what your action can reach. Many listeners notice minor changes around day 30, strong changes around day 90 and major changes around six months, so month five sits close to that last mark.

Month 1: the energy builds
Khan Black Stage 3 is about building a large reserve of sexual energy, and the energy you described flaring up from your abdomen is the kind of thing it builds on. Khan Stage 3 starts pushing at the same time. Solar Plexus and Stonelike tend to show early because they work on single moments. The half-second of hesitation before a bold move gets shorter, and your heartbeat and hands stay steadier when the stakes rise. Divine Dominion and Synergy: 42 may make this month more reflective than you expect, with longer stretches of thinking things through.

Month 2: the tests begin
Khan Stage 3 brings situations and opportunities that test you, over and over. Each one you pass reinforces the scripting that pushed you into it, so results may start surfacing faster than usual. Main Character Energy helps you stop acting like a side character, and people tend to respond by treating you as central in rooms where you used to sit at the edge. In romance, the energy from both Khan stages starts to read as presence, and you may notice more interest when you walk in. Khan Stage 3 helps you learn to handle that charge and use it well. ESSENCE: Human Connection adds the quieter side: you pick up what someone means before they finish the sentence, so early conversations feel easy.

Month 3: action becomes the default
Around day 90, decisive action tends to stop costing effort. Khan’s ambition scripting helps your goals lay themselves out step by step, and It Always Rises keeps a missed week or a failed attempt from feeling permanent. Manifestation picks up here. Current Invoker inside Divine Dominion helps you find and step into the currents that match what you want, and Yggdrasil widens the routes by which opportunities reach you. Omnidimensional supports things manifesting quickly and from more angles. Khan Stage 3 carries supporting wealth scripting, and with its drive behind it, that small amount of wealth scripting can produce outsized wealth results. In romance, Khan Stage 3 gives you an intuitive sense of who is most receptive and guides what you do during the seduction itself, from a place of dominance and authority.

Month 4: choosing well
More opportunities and people arrive by now, so choosing between them matters. Art of Trust helps you make decisions that match what you actually want, whether that is an opportunity or a person. Pragya develops understanding and wisdom and helps you take in the scripting faster and more accurately, which tends to show as clearer judgment. In romance, the lead sits with you: when attraction runs high, you set the pace and guide the interaction, and Stonelike keeps the physical signs of nerves out of the moment.

Month 5: compounding
Khan Black Stage 3 energy can be aimed by conscious guidance, so pointing it at Khan’s goals lets it boost that push. Synergy: 42 deepens your understanding of creation and reality and your sense of your own part in shaping it. By now the build may show up as a routine where the bold move comes first and doubt comes later, a wider social and romantic life, and opportunities arriving from directions you did not plan.

One thing to watch
Khan Stage 3 only rewards action: waiting for things to come to you does not work on this stage, and the tests keep coming. Divine Dominion and Synergy: 42 are spiritual manifestation modules that turn you inward in a contemplative, look-deeply-before-acting way, and Synergy: 42 is meant for advanced users. Two of them in an action custom may delay the first external results. If the first weeks feel more like thinking than doing, that is a likely reason, and acting on Khan’s tests as they come keeps the custom pointed outward.

Keep logging each month in this thread so you can see the arc as it forms, and act on the first test Khan puts in front of you. Listening guidance is in the official instructions: https://instructions.subliminalclub.com

Question from @heartmadeiron (original post):

@qOS I’m currently running a 3 ZPU title stack: Two name-embedded titles and one full fledged custom. I follow a strict MWF listening schedule, which gives me 3 rest days during the week and a mini wash-out every weekend. With all this in mind, could I listen to 3 titles every listening day or one title 3 times a week?

Summary

@heartmadeiron — neither of those is the recommended pattern for three titles. The recommended pattern pairs two titles on one listening day and runs the third alone on the next listening day, with rest days in between. Your two name-embedded titles and your full custom each count as one title, so your stack sits at the three-title maximum.

How it fits your Monday/Wednesday/Friday schedule

  • Monday: the two name-embedded titles together
  • Wednesday: the full custom alone
  • Friday: the two name-embedded titles together
  • The following Monday: the full custom alone

Keep alternating from there. Your schedule already puts at least one rest day between every listening day, which is what the pattern needs. You can change which two titles share a day if two of them work especially well together. Keep the alternation itself.

Why not all three every listening day
Running all three together on each listening day puts too much demand on your subconscious at once. That tends to bring heavier reconciliation and fatigue, and it can weaken results across all three titles. Splitting them gives each title focused processing time and makes it easier to see which title is producing which change.

Why not one title per listening day
Running each title alone once a week is lower exposure than the recommended pattern. Reducing exposure is always acceptable, so it is a safe fallback if the full pattern feels heavy. The pairing pattern is the tested one, so start there.

Your weekends and the washout
The two weekend days are extra rest, and extra rest is fine. They do not replace the washout. Every listening day counts toward 30 active listening days, the paired days and the solo days alike. After 30 listening days, stop all subliminal input for 5 to 8 days, or longer if you feel you need more integration time. On a Monday/Wednesday/Friday rhythm that comes around after about ten weeks.

Set your pairing and start the alternation on your next Monday. If fatigue, brain fog or heavy reconciliation shows up, add rest days or cut your exposure time. Listening guidance is in the official instructions: https://instructions.subliminalclub.com
