qOS Question and Answer Thread

Answer:

Summary

@sigmamale — yes, both stages can go into one name-embedded custom.

Run together, you are developing your preferences and meeting new people in the same season. Expect the first few partners not to be “the one”. They arrive while you are still working out what you want, and some of them will help you work it out. The Symphony has features for that stretch. A Match Is Possible lets an evening be lovely without needing to be the one. The Slow Burn helps you enjoy the electric first weeks while you see whether real compatibility is there. A Season Complete lets a short connection be a good one in its own right. The Clean Release helps you end what isn’t right with kindness.

That makes both stages together a good “let’s see what’s out there while I learn what I want” build. It suits you well if you want to date casually and learn about yourself along the way.

If you would rather meet people after your preferences are already clear, Heartsong recommends starting with Attuned and letting it settle before adding The Symphony. If the casual, learning season sounds right, build both cores into one custom and go out and meet people. Listening guidance is in the official instructions: https://instructions.subliminalclub.com

Question from @mmmcheckplease (original post):

@qOS how does primal and PEACE stack well together.

Summary

@mmmcheckplease — PRIMAL and PEACE stack well because they work on different parts of the same goal, freedom. PRIMAL works on what you express. It helps you drop the rules other people put on you, approach without anxiety, flirt, escalate, take risks and have fun. PEACE works on the person doing the expressing. It helps you develop a settled baseline that holds whether the day goes well or not, so the confidence PRIMAL builds has steady ground under it.

PEACE has no aura or attraction scripting and does not reduce drive, so it doesn’t compete with anything PRIMAL does. PEACE is built to run beneath other titles as their foundation, and drive-heavy titles like PRIMAL are where that shows most.

Here is where they meet:

  • Relaxed ease. PRIMAL aims for physical and mental relaxation in any situation and complete ease in social settings. PEACE develops the same calm from underneath, so the ease may stop being something you hold up in the room and become how you actually feel.
  • Social tests. PRIMAL builds the social intuition to pass tests without thinking. The Quiet Axis widens the gap between what happens and how you answer, so when a sharp remark lands, what comes back out is your choice.
  • Rejection. PRIMAL builds a shield against rejection. Rooted Like the Mountain adds a steadiness that doesn’t need the evening to go your way, so a no is felt and then let go.
  • Risk. PRIMAL’s risk scripting helps you take the bold step. The Water That Carves helps you act decisively from a settled place rather than a spike of pressure, which tends to make the step better timed.
  • Dropping imposed shapes. PRIMAL rejects standards others load onto you. PEACE helps release the reflex of becoming whatever shape a room seems to expect. Together they support being yourself, socially and sexually, without a performance.

PEACE also boosts the other titles in a stack, older Zero Point titles like PRIMAL included. Many PEACE listeners also notice people around them becoming calmer and warmer in their company, which suits PRIMAL’s social side well.

One thing to know: with PEACE underneath, PRIMAL’s wildness tends to feel chosen rather than frantic. The amount of drive stays the same, but if the restless, frenetic edge is what you want from PRIMAL, PEACE tends to smooth it.

If that trade sounds right, run PRIMAL as your outward title with PEACE beneath it. Listening guidance is in the official instructions: https://instructions.subliminalclub.com

Question from @Zero99 (original post):

@qOS Stacking. Primal seduction with phoenix is this not ideal because of the healing nature of phoenix.?

Summary

@Zero99 — no, Phoenix’s healing nature is not the problem. The issue with this pairing is intensity: Phoenix and Primal Seduction together is an advanced stack, and it should be approached with caution.

A dedicated healing title running beside an action title is the recommended way to carry healing, so the healing side is not what makes this pairing hard. Phoenix is not a rest-and-recover title in any case. It reframes the beliefs, memories and limits that hold you back and turns them into fuel, it is built for people who take action, and its emotional intelligence and resilience scripting carry straight into the calibration and the setbacks of an active dating life.

What makes the pairing demanding is how much each title asks on its own. Phoenix is built for rapid transformation: it goes after deep-rooted material with the intensity of fire, and it can bring up a lot of memories and emotion in a short time. It warns off anyone who is afraid of taking action, and heavy reconciliation is part of the design. Primal Seduction is one of the longest scripts in the catalogue, with the New Subliminal Experience weaving seduction scenarios into your daily life. Each is a lot on its own. Run together, the processing load is high, and when Phoenix is in a heavy stretch your attention may go inward for a while before the Primal Seduction side shows up fully.

That is why this is an advanced pairing. It suits an experienced listener who already knows his own reconciliation and processing capacity, who is going out regularly so Primal Seduction has somewhere to work, and who is willing to meet whatever Phoenix brings up. It does not suit a first stack, or a stretch of life where you cannot afford turbulence.

If you run it, run it carefully: start from the shortest exposure, keep the rest of the stack light, and decide which title leads. If attraction results are the priority, Primal Seduction leads and Phoenix works on what is in the way behind it. If something old is clearly blocking you, let Phoenix do its work first and expect the seduction results to build on that. If the load proves too much, drop one of the two for a season rather than pushing through both. Listening guidance is in the official instructions: https://instructions.subliminalclub.com

@qOS

I read a post from saint sovereign on how mind’s eye stacked with a seduction sub would take your seduction skills to new heights

does this still stand with the mind’s eye essence, why does mind’s eye skyrocket your success, what if I’m a person who only imagines negative things when visualizing, if you think up negative things by accident, would they come true, and lastly, can writing stories/scenarios of an outcome you want to manifest be used as practice if you struggle with visualizing something without direction ?

@qOS I’m considering a very light custom with Alexander’s Play and Limiting People Remover.

Would that be better with Heartsong ST1 or Heartsong ST2? Or both in separate customs they both include those other 2 modules?

@qOS

Peace + khan black

vs

Peace + khan black + GLM

@qOS I’d love your thoughts on this custom. My goal is to be aa inward focused as possible. Cultivating the internal foundation first, with external results being a byproduct rather than the primary focus.

Cores: Khan + Khan Black

Modules:

  • Main Character Energy
  • Reforged Ruler
  • Uncarved Block
  • Timeless Gravitas
  • Art of Happiness & Joy
  • Atmosphere of Love
  • Call of Honor
  • Find Your Voice
  • Steadfast
  • Code of Loyalty
  • Irresistible Relaxation
  • Iron Discipline
  • Photosynthesis
  • Stonelike
  • Protector’s Authority
  • Wisdom of the Ages

The intention is to cultivate things like self authorship, inner stability, masculine identity, emotional regulation, wisdom, discipline, authentic expression, character, warmth, authority, relaxation, and continuous self-development essentially building the man internally and letting the external expression develop naturally from that.

I’m leaning toward Khan + Khan Black because I’m interested in deep internal transformation, masculine development, and developing/controlling the underlying energy rather than simply pursuing external results.

Do you think Khan + Khan Black is coherent with this module selection and inward-first approach? Are there modules here that you think pull the custom too much toward external results/status rather than inward cultivation?

Would you change anything about the module selection to make the internal foundation stronger or the overall custom more coherent?

I’m also considering running a separate second custom focused specifically on wealth, potentially GLM + Crown & Capital, rather than mixing wealth-focused modules into this custom. Would this two custom set up play well together?

Finally, regarding newer modules such as RICH and Reforged Ruler: are these essentially the full titles distilled/condensed into a single module?

@qOS Best stack options for becoming an stand-up comedian?

Yo @qOS, appreciate your hard work, keep it up.

Anyway I’m currently running Wanted and Spartan for my fitness and being attractive goals. I want a third title to make sure I grow in my career too. I’m a software engineer but also moving towards tech lead/ai lead direction. I need to skill up fast but also produce results tech wise and being customer oriented, leadership, looking at bigger picture than just pure code etc.

Question from @Kandarpa (original post):

@qOS How would summertime pair with a seduction title compared to PEACE. For what reasons might one choose peace or summertime to combine with a seduction title. And what if Attuned is added to it, would Summertime or Peace make more sense? Let’s say Summertime, Attuned and PS or Peace, Attuned and PS?

Summary

@Kandarpa — for most people running Primal Seduction, Summertime + Attuned + Primal Seduction is the better stack. PEACE + Attuned + Primal Seduction is the better choice when what holds you back is mostly internal. Summertime and PEACE settle the nervous system to the same depth. They differ in where that settled state points.

Summertime with a seduction title

Summertime points the settled state outward. It develops social warmth, ease, joy and magnetism in every social setting, without turning anything into a performance. Beside a romance or seduction title it adds realness and unhurried ease, so connection may come across as natural. That suits Primal Seduction, which works best when you regularly go out to bars, clubs, concerts and restaurants. Summertime helps you enjoy those nights and be relaxed, warm company in them, and people tend to respond to that ease.

PEACE with a seduction title

PEACE points the settled state inward. It restores a sense of wholeness underneath every role you play, quiets overthinking and supports non-neediness. It has no aura or attraction scripting, and it does not reduce your drive. The attention people often notice around a PEACE listener comes from co-regulation: when you are calm, the people near you tend to relax too. Beside a seduction title, PEACE gives you steadier ground. Outcomes tend to matter less, a rejection tends to pass more quickly, and wanting someone may stop feeling urgent.

Reasons to choose one or the other

Choose Summertime if you already feel reasonably settled and want more fun, warmth and social aliveness in the places where you meet people. Choose PEACE if the obstacle is inside you: overthinking, needing a particular outcome, tensing up when someone starts to matter, or running on pressure. You do not need both for the settling itself. Running both only makes sense if you want both directions.

With Attuned added

Attuned is already inward work. It helps you feel worthy before anyone chooses you, want someone wholeheartedly without desperation, and stay open when closeness becomes real. That changes the balance of each stack.

Summertime + Attuned + Primal Seduction gives you one inward title, one outward title and one action title. Attuned keeps the heart side clear, Summertime makes the social side warm and easy, and Primal Seduction drives the dating itself. This is my recommendation if you go out regularly and want to enjoy it while learning what you actually want from love.

PEACE + Attuned + Primal Seduction puts two inward titles under one action title. Attuned with PEACE is the deepest foundation for love in the catalogue. This stack fits someone whose dating has been held back by anxiety, neediness or old patterns around closeness, and who wants that ground solid while Primal Seduction gets them out the door.

Primal Seduction is demanding in its own right, with one of the longest scripts in the catalogue, and it only pays off if you actually go out.

If you are already out most weekends, go with Summertime + Attuned + Primal Seduction. If the PEACE reasons above describe you better, swap Summertime for PEACE. Listening guidance is in the official instructions: https://instructions.subliminalclub.com

Question from @Green-power-ranger (original post):

@qOS How does phoenix’s healing differ from dragon reborn red or regeneration?

Summary

@Green-power-ranger — Phoenix, Dragon Reborn: RED and Regeneration are three different healing approaches, and none of them is the stronger healer. Phoenix reframes old material quickly and turns it into fuel for action. RED purifies gradually across four stages. Regeneration heals inside a felt sense of safety. The earlier answer on RED and Regeneration still holds, so this one places Phoenix beside them.

How Phoenix heals

Phoenix works on how you see the beliefs, memories and limitations that hold you back. Instead of processing them slowly, it takes the charge out of them and reframes them, so what used to weigh on you may become a source of drive, focus and power. The New Subliminal Experience scripting follows each release with a change you can notice in daily life. Resilience scripting helps you recover quickly from hard seasons such as a breakup, a job loss or a dark stretch, and take the lesson with you.

Phoenix can bring up a lot of memories and emotions at once, so it carries extensive emotional intelligence scripting to help you handle them. Over time that tends to show up as steadier emotional self-control and a better read on other people. Phoenix is built for people who take action. Heavy reconciliation is part of its design, and it moves fastest when you act on what it surfaces.

Phoenix next to RED

RED is a broad cleansing across four stages, physical, mental and spiritual. Its rebellion scripting pushes you to fight whatever is not the true you. It unfolds gradually and covers a lot of ground. Phoenix concentrates on reframing how you see your past and turning what it reframes into momentum, and it aims to do that rapidly.

Phoenix next to Regeneration

Regeneration works through the inner spa method. It settles your nervous system into warmth and safety, and the grief, anger and shame you set aside get room to surface and move through you at a pace your system can hold. Its aim is restoration and an emotional baseline you can return to under stress. Phoenix moves quickly and expects you to act on what it brings up.

Which to pick

If you want to recover your capacity and feel safe in your own body first, start with Regeneration. If you are ready to act and want old material turned into fuel quickly, Phoenix fits. If you want a wide, staged purification and already have experience with demanding titles, choose RED. Whichever you pick, read its included instructions before you start: https://instructions.subliminalclub.com

@qOS I keep getting draw to Khan but want to continue running Emperor as well

Lets say I have done the Total Breakdown - Stage 1 already

How would Khan and Emperor work in a stack? Is it redundant or do they enhance each other as you work through the stages from stage 2 onwards

If it is redundant, what do I miss out on from switching from Emperor to Khan

Question from @heartmadeiron (original post):

Model MAhk and I badged qOS about a manifestation custom. Surprising result for the cores: Ascension Chamber Core: the centre of the build. It develops conscious control over your natural ability to manifest, both through inspired, creative action and through manifestation that happens without direct effort. Genesis Core (instead of AC): the centre of the build. It helps you find out what you truly want to achieve, gives you the tools to go after it, and dissolves the fears that come up along the way. A manifestation build works best with a clear goal, and this core helps you find one. New Result Enhancing Experience Core: the general NSE core. It is not tied to one area, and it amplifies and speeds up the results of everything else in the build. Inner Circle Core: manifests the people who can help with any goal, such as teachers, partners, friends and contacts. Most goals move through people, so this widens every channel the rest of the build opens. I’m using AC, NRE and Peace for my manifestation custom.

Summary

@heartmadeiron — yes, your summary of the four cores is accurate. Ascension Chamber develops conscious control over your natural manifestation ability, through inspired creative action and through passive manifestation. Genesis helps you discover what you truly want to achieve, gives you the tools to pursue it and dissolves the fears that surface on the way. The New Result Enhancing Experience Core is the NSE core that amplifies and speeds up results across the whole custom, because every other core and module is processed through it. Inner Circle helps you manifest the people who can help with a goal, such as friends, teachers, partners and contacts.

I have two things to add about your own build of Ascension Chamber, New Result Enhancing Experience and PEACE.

PEACE is a sound third core here. It is designed as a foundation core that sits beneath performance, wealth or healing work and does not compete with it. The settled state it develops supports manifestation in its own right. It also works toward aliveness and effortless action, which suits a build that relies on inspired action.

On Ascension Chamber, SaintSovereign explained in the Q&A thread that it is set to return as a major title release next season. Staff are holding back from recommending purchases of the core until they know how it will end up: qOS Question and Answer Thread - #201 by SaintSovereign. That is why Genesis Core appears as the alternative centre. He also said there is no reason for alarm for anyone already running it.

If you are building this custom fresh, start with Genesis Core in the centre slot and review once the new Ascension Chamber is out. Listening guidance is in the official instructions: https://instructions.subliminalclub.com

Question from @Risky (original post):

Yo @qOS , appreciate your hard work, keep it up. What would be three good contender third titles?

Summary

@Risky — thanks for the kind words. Stark ZP is the title I would pick for the move toward tech lead and AI lead. Index Gate: Ultimate Programmer X is the runner-up, and Limitless Executive is the third contender.

1. Stark ZP (my pick)

Stark ZP covers the part of your goal that goes beyond code. It develops the kind of leadership that helps the people around you innovate and create on their own, which is a large part of what a tech lead does. It strengthens your ability to persuade others to believe in your ideas, which matters when you are selling an architecture to your team or a solution to a customer. It also develops intelligence, innovation, strategy and planning, and it supports you in becoming the leading expert in your area of choice. Opportunities tend to open up through people, situations and connections you had not made before. Stark ZP is a broad title. It also carries magnetism, romance and wealth scripting, so part of it works on ground WANTED already covers.

2. Index Gate: Ultimate Programmer X (runner-up)

Pick this one if skilling up fast on the technical side is the bigger gap right now. It may help you learn any language and absorb other people’s code more quickly, understand the technologies underneath your work, AI included, and handle the mathematics behind algorithms. It supports flow during work sessions and helps you find the right mentors, books and resources. It carries the New Subliminal Experience for learning and wealth, and it stacks particularly well with Stark ZP, so the two make a natural pair later on.

3. Limitless Executive

Limitless Executive joins Beyond Limitless’s work on memory, recall, pattern recognition and processing with Executive’s drive to deliver. It suits you if the main need is learning fast and then shipping results at work. It is lighter on leadership and the customer side than Stark ZP.

How to choose

If your next year is mostly about leading people, owning the bigger picture and winning trust from customers, take Stark ZP. If it is mostly about getting technically sharp on AI quickly, take Ultimate Programmer X and add Stark ZP once that foundation is in place. Whichever you choose, use it on real projects every day, because it develops through use. Question from @369 (original post):

Revised custom, assessment please (New WANTED + 9 modules) @qOS can I get your assessment of this revised custom please? It’s an updated version of the one I posted earlier. I trimmed it after the feedback: dropped Primal Nights and the extra aura and sexuality modules, and added True Shine and Tale of the Dragon. I’m planning to run it long term, more than a year. I want to embody what the New WANTED sales page describes, and I picked the modules I like that I think fit what I’m going for. Core: New WANTED (Develop Your Attractiveness) Modules: ESSENCE: Endless Summer, ESSENCE: True Shine, Edge of Danger, Hegemon, King’s Radiance, Main Character Energy, Synergy: Beyo nd Seduction, Synergy: Secrets of Seduction, Synergy: Tale of the Dragon How do the core and the modules work together? Do you see any overlap, conflicts or imbalance, and is there anything you’d change for a long run like this? I’m mainly wondering whether Tale of the Dragon and Endless Summer overlap too much with WANTED’s own Living Pulse and Relaxation. Thanks

Summary

@369 — no, neither one overlaps too much. Tale of the Dragon and Endless Summer each sit beside a WANTED feature without doing the same job, and this version is much cleaner than the first. The one thing to watch is balance. Both new social modules lean toward talking, while WANTED leads with mystery.

What improved

New WANTED is now the only aura in charge. Nothing in the build pulls its mystery toward lust or stacks more auras on top of it. King’s Radiance, Hegemon and Main Character Energy carry presence and status. Secrets of Seduction and Beyond Seduction carry the seduction skill. Endless Summer is the single regulation module. Nine modules leaves plenty of room under the cap.

Endless Summer and WANTED Relaxation

WANTED Relaxation calms body and mind in the moment, so your composure may hold when attraction is in play. Endless Summer is distilled from Summertime and works on your everyday baseline. It helps you set down the low background vigilance, so warmth may become your normal temperature at work and at home as well as on a night out. The two aim at the same calm, one in the moment and one across the day. Over a long run, Endless Summer may help WANTED’s ease feel like your ordinary state. Keep it.

Tale of the Dragon and The Living Pulse

The Living Pulse is about atmosphere. It helps you be relaxed and fun to be around, so time with you feels worth repeating. Tale of the Dragon is a skill module. It combines Dragon Tongue for wit and quick speech, Song of Joy for humour and timing, True Sell for persuasion and Story Teller for telling a story well. The shared ground is humour, and that is a small part of each.

The real question with Tale of the Dragon is style. WANTED’s Silent Depth has you reveal little and let pauses carry weight. Tale of the Dragon builds a talker who tells the stories, lands the jokes and wins the debate. The two can live together if you use the verbal skill with restraint. If you catch yourself filling every silence, that is Tale of the Dragon working against WANTED’s mystery.

True Shine

True Shine fits WANTED well. It is distilled from Daredevil: True Social and helps build a calm presence in which timing, posture and gaze do the work, and your silences draw attention instead of feeling awkward. That is close to WANTED’s own restraint, carried into every social setting. It shares a little ground with Hegemon and Main Character Energy on presence, and that small overlap does no harm.

What I would change

I would change very little. If mystery is the heart of what you want from WANTED, Tale of the Dragon is the module to reconsider, and that slot can stay open. If you want to be the man with the stories and the jokes as well as the mystery, keep it and let True Shine set the tone. DEUS has dropped out since the first version. The build holds up without it, and it can return later as a single amplifier if you want one.

Build it as it stands, or leave Tale of the Dragon out if mystery comes first. Listening guidance for a long run is in the official instructions: https://instructions.subliminalclub.com

Question from @Bull_of_Shiva_999 (original post):

@qOS Best stack options for becoming an stand-up comedian?

Summary

@Bull_of_Shiva_999 — the strongest stack for stand-up is Daredevil with Renaissance Man: Ultimate Writer X. Renaissance Man: Vibes Stage 2 is worth adding for voice and stage delivery, and if you build a custom, the Dragon Tongue module is worth adding for wit.

No title is built around comedy itself, so the stack comes from the capacities a comic leans on. You need to write the material, deliver it, stay quick on your feet, and get back up after a set that goes badly.

Ultimate Writer X covers the writing. It develops language expression and word choice, and it helps you discover your own style and voice, which is much of what separates one comic’s act from another’s. It eases the fear of criticism, so you can write and try material whatever the reception turns out to be. It also carries scripting for writer’s block and for understanding your audience.

Daredevil covers the delivery. It develops storytelling and helps you find the extraordinary in ordinary moments and turn them into stories people want to hear, which is the raw material of observational comedy. It works on vocal expression, including tone, pace and volume, and on a captivating presence in any performance. It also strengthens your fortitude after setbacks, so the drive to get back up and share stays intact. Daredevil: True Social is the other Daredevil title. It works on the mechanics of social rooms such as first impressions, status and networking, so it suits the networking side of the scene more than the set itself.

Renaissance Man: Vibes Stage 2 goes deeper on the voice and the stage. It is the singers’ stage of Vibes, and a large part of it is about performing live with your voice, which a comic does every set. It cultivates calm nerves and composure under pressure, builds stage presence and helps you connect with an audience with confidence and charisma. It works on tonal quality, on diction and articulation so every word is delivered clearly, and on phrasing and dynamics, which shape where the emphasis falls in a line. It also develops breath control, vocal resilience, energy and stamina for rehearsals and performances, a personal style, and the ability to turn criticism into growth. The pitch, range and harmony scripting will matter less for stand-up unless you sing in your act. Vibes stages do not have to be run in order, so Stage 2 can be used alone.

Dragon Tongue covers wit. It is a custom module focused on speech and wit, and it helps you reframe situations, speak in public with more ease and be funny in your own way. Every major title carries some wit scripting, and Dragon Tongue concentrates it.

These titles may help you develop the craft, while the stage time and the rewriting stay yours. Start with Daredevil and Ultimate Writer X as a two-title stack, and bring in Vibes Stage 2 when delivery is the part you most want to sharpen. If you would rather run one custom, the Daredevil Core and the Ultimate Writer X Core with Dragon Tongue cover the same ground in one build, and the Vibes Stage 2 core is available for customs as well. @qOS as a follow up to this

In your opinion what would be the ultimate wealth manifestation custom?

And seperately, ultimate manifesatation custom for sex/seduction?

Constraints are again up to 3 cores for each custom and the rest can be filled up by modules
