That’s a typical recon.
What I found working best for this is microloops AND decreasing the listening frequency.
So instead of every other day, try somewhere in between once every 7-15 days.
Give yourself time to adapt & recover from the recon.
Then when you’re ready, listen to the sub again.
Rinse and repeat until the recon is no more.
This is a good way to know how to space the listening days for the sub.
When you feel the energy unstuck/when it doesn’t bother you as much, listen to the sub.
When you feel lethargic/stuck again, stop the sub.
Repeat this cycle over and over again.
Personally, I recommend a month long break from the sub altogether.
A long break is so powerful that I implement it in my schedule regularly every 3-6 months for every sub I use. Taking an early one to reconcile with the sub first is not a bad idea.
The more you use the subs here, the more you’ll realize that less is indeed more.
