qOS Question and Answer Thread

Question from @Akephalos (original post):

@qOS im at the hospital and might most likely need operation on tuesday in 5days. I played 12min paragon today. Should i add another title for best surgery outcome and should i wait now for paragon bloom effects or should i keep playing paragon until the surgery? And at what duration, how do i maximise paragon healing for successful surgery and recovery? @SaintSovereign

Summary

@Akephalos — no, don’t add another title, and stop listening to Paragon now until after the surgery.

Your surgical team’s instructions come first, before the operation and through your recovery. Paragon is meant to be used alongside medical care, never in place of it. It is a tool that supports your body’s own healing, not a cure, and some conditions cannot be addressed through subliminal audio. The people treating you decide what your body needs right now.

Before the surgery
Pausing now is the right call. You have already been running Paragon, and a break gives that input room to integrate. A new title in the days before an operation could give your mind more to process when rest matters most.

After the surgery
Once the operation is behind you, come back to Paragon for healing. It is built to support tissue repair, recovery after illness or injury, and a body that responds more fully to treatment. Sleep and rest carry most of that work, so choose rest over an extra session whenever you have to pick one.

Duration
There is no specific duration for surgery or recovery. Stay with the loop length that produced results for you in the past, even small ones, rather than pushing it higher to speed things up.

For now, rest and follow your surgical team, then return to Paragon at your usual length once you are through the operation. We are wishing you a smooth Tuesday and an easy recovery.

Question from @James (original post):

@qOS As we have discussed previously I am now running Mind’s Eye solo. Would it be beneficial or detrimental to do mirror and written affirmations as well ?

Summary

@James — beneficial, as long as you keep it light. Mirror and written affirmations sit well beside Mind’s Eye, because conscious practice is exactly what it is built to amplify.

Mind’s Eye doesn’t cover affirmations specifically. It does support any visualization practice you choose to take up, so the most useful way to run affirmations alongside it is to turn them into pictures. When you write a goal down, take a moment to see it done: where you are, what you hear, how it feels. Mind’s Eye works on making your mental images vivid, bringing every sense into them and linking positive emotion to what you see, so each written line becomes a short visualization. It also aims to replace limiting beliefs with empowering ones through visualization, which is the same goal affirmations serve.

Mirror work fits the same way. Use the moment to picture yourself already carrying the quality you are working on. Mind’s Eye suggests placing notes or images around you as cues to pause and visualize briefly, and an affirmation on the mirror does that job well.

Two things keep this working for you. Mind’s Eye doesn’t ask for rigid devotion or long sessions. It helps visualization thread into ordinary moments of the day, so a few easy minutes are enough. And given the anxiety you have dealt with, notice how the practice feels. If any part of it stirs anxiety, drop that part and keep the calm visualization, which rests on the deep relaxation at the title’s foundation.

Journaling and action count as much as listening. Write down what you notice as your visualization changes, and take one small step each day toward what you are picturing. Listening, journaling and action together may help turn inner change into results.

My recommendation: keep Mind’s Eye solo, pair one short written affirmation with a quick visualization each day, and journal what shifts. Listening guidance is in the official instructions: https://instructions.subliminalclub.com

Question from @Golgo13 (original post):

@qOS Question 1: Are the Nervous System Regulations in ESSENCE: An Atmosphere of Love and ESSENCE: The Uncarved Block just as effective as the ones in ESSENCE: Endless Summer and ESSENCE: The Inner Spa? Question 2: What can I expect from a Heartsong: Attuned and ESSENCE: An Atmosphere of Love major name embed? Question 3: How can ESSENCE: The Uncarved Block improve the features in Renaissance Man: Ultimate Writer X in a major name embed?

Summary

@Golgo13 — yes. All four ESSENCEs carry their parent title’s nervous-system regulation at the same level, so An Atmosphere of Love and The Uncarved Block settle you just as well as Endless Summer and The Inner Spa.

1. How the four compare

The difference between them is what the settled state is pointed at.

 • ESSENCE: An Atmosphere of Love is A Love Bomb For Humanity distilled. It fills you with love for yourself first, and that warmth then shows in how you are with whoever is near, without being aimed at anyone.
 • ESSENCE: The Uncarved Block is PEACE distilled. It returns you to the whole self underneath the roles you play, so effort loses its strain while your drive and edge stay intact. It contains no healing.
 • ESSENCE: Endless Summer is Summertime distilled. It makes warmth and easy presence your everyday baseline, especially around other people.
 • ESSENCE: The Inner Spa is Dragon Reborn: Regeneration distilled. It builds a sense of sanctuary inside you where held-back emotion can surface gently, which may make intensity easier to sustain.

Each one is a whole title condensed into one module, so its effect is not as profound as the full title or its core. That holds equally for all four.

2. Heartsong: Attuned with An Atmosphere of Love

Attuned is the inward stage of Heartsong. Early on, the body tends to settle around closeness, and your sense of worth may stop rising and falling with a slow reply. Over the following weeks you may find it easier to name what you need, ask for it plainly and hear a no without it feeling like a verdict on you. Old relationship reflexes may lose their grip. If you are partnered, Repair and Choosing Again come into play in how you argue and how you come back to each other.

An Atmosphere of Love works on the same ground from a wider angle. It keeps love generated inside you, so a quiet evening alone already feels full, and it carries that warmth into every room you enter, not only into romance. The two reinforce each other. A Love Bomb For Humanity radiates love outward to everyone, and Heartsong carries that love into partnership.

This build has no partner-manifestation engine. That lives in Stage 2, The Symphony, which Heartsong recommends adding once Attuned has settled.

3. The Uncarved Block with Ultimate Writer X

Ultimate Writer X already carries support scripting for focus, relaxation and mental fortitude, aimed at flow while you write. The Uncarved Block deepens that ground. Long sessions can move with an unclenched jaw and a loose grip, and the quiet it brings tends to sharpen your attention instead of dulling it.

It also helps with releasing your work. Ultimate Writer X eases the fear of criticism. The Uncarved Block adds a pause between a harsh review and your reaction, so you may find you can read it and keep writing. The rest it gives restores you, so a mind that has emptied may come back to the page fresher, which supports Ultimate Writer X’s writer’s-block scripting. Your drive stays intact, so the motivation Ultimate Writer X builds is not softened.

The Uncarved Block contains no healing. When Ultimate Writer X takes you into darker past experiences to write from, it supports you with steady ground to return to, without adding healing work of its own.

Both builds are sound. If you want one custom to start with, choose by goal: Heartsong with An Atmosphere of Love for love, The Uncarved Block with Ultimate Writer X for writing. Listening guidance is in the official instructions: https://instructions.subliminalclub.com

Question from @Endless (original post):

@qOS Please tell me, I want to create a Customized Major Titles build using either Terminus Squared, Zero Point Quantum, or the standard version. I want to know exactly which one is better and what you recommend. Is it worth the investment? I’ve used Zero Point Quantum in the past. What is the impact, I’m a nonnative English speaker.

Summary

@Endless — go with Standard. For a new custom, Standard is the strength we recommend.

Which one is better
Standard is the most stable strength. It gives a consistent experience with the least reconciliation, and it is the same Zero Point strength used in the major titles.

Terminus is more powerful than Standard, Terminus Squared is more powerful than Terminus, and Zero Point Quantum sits at the high-power end as well. The higher strengths are meant for advanced users.

More power does not mean faster results. A higher strength may slow your results if it is more than your subconscious can take in, and reconciliation tends to be heavier.

Is it worth the investment
The higher strengths are worth it in one situation: a custom you have already run successfully and now want more power from. A new build has not proven itself yet. Running it at Standard first shows you how this exact combination works for you. If you later want more from it, you can rebuild it at a higher strength, and rebuilds are offered at a discount.

Your past run with Zero Point Quantum shows you can handle high strength. It does not tell you how this new build will feel, so the same advice applies to you.

Being a non-native English speaker
It does not change the choice. If you understand basic conversational English, the subliminals are designed to work for you. The messaging itself is simple, and what makes our subliminals complex is the build technology. Your English level is not a reason to pick a higher or a lower strength.

Order the new custom at Standard. Once it has worked well for you and you want more power from it, rebuild that same custom at Terminus or Zero Point Quantum. Listening guidance is in the official instructions: https://instructions.subliminalclub.com

Question from @themadsexyscientist (original post):

@qOS I’m planning on running a custom with either LB and WBD or LB or HeO, but the only thing is I have only ran LB in customs and not the store title or a name embed, is it required to do so or can I just run the custom also, I have a qtks I made awhile back that has WDB LB Inner circle and New learning experience…plus the essence for love and joy and essence for inner spa and a few synergies including iam atman synergy is this custom able to be ran with other subs in your stack or would that cause over exposure and harsh recon even if its used for 15 secs and need to be ran by itself and how would running two QTKS only affect my stack, my other QTKS being PS and Emperor would results be more fluid and smoother with no recon

Summary

@themadsexyscientist — no, it isn’t required. You can go straight to the custom without running the Love Bomb store title or a name-embedded major title first.

Love Bomb in a custom

Love Bomb Core carries the whole title, and you have already run it in customs. Starting with major titles is recommended so people learn how subliminals affect them before they build. Your two QTKS customs already give you that experience.

One thing to weigh before you order: your older QTKS already carries Love Bomb and Wanted: Dream Boy, so a new Love Bomb and Dream Boy custom would mostly repeat it. Love Bomb with HERO Origins gives you something you don’t have yet. Love Bomb works on self-love, forgiveness and an aura of love and wisdom. HERO Origins adds courage, calm under pressure and honor.

Your older QTKS beside other titles

Yes, it can run with other subs. A custom, QTKS included, counts as one title in your stack, and a stack holds a maximum of three titles. Nothing requires a QTKS to run alone.

This custom carries a lot of inner work, and that deserves care. Besides the romance and people cores and the New Learning Experience Core, it has ESSENCE: The Experience of Joy and Love and ESSENCE: The Inner Spa. The Inner Spa is distilled from Dragon Reborn: Regeneration and gives suppressed emotion room to surface. Synergy: I AM ATMAN combines five modules aimed at dissolving limits, negative emotions and old traumas. That kind of work is where reconciliation usually comes from, so starting at 15 seconds is the right call. No exposure length guarantees zero reconciliation, but a short start and rest days help keep it manageable.

Don’t run it at the same time as another custom that also carries Love Bomb or Dream Boy. Running two versions of the same title at once can lead to harsh reconciliation and conflicting input.

Two QTKS customs as the whole stack

Running this one with your Primal Seduction and Emperor QTKS makes a two-title stack, which is lighter than three: both play together on a listening day, with a rest day in between. Fewer titles means less input to process at once, which tends to make things smoother. Hearing the scripting in your own voice may also help it integrate faster, so your results may well feel more fluid. Reconciliation is still a natural part of growth, so expect some, mostly from the inner work in the older custom.

Run the two QTKS customs as your stack and start the older one at 15 seconds. If you order a new Love Bomb and HERO Origins custom later, rotate it in for the older QTKS rather than running both. Listening guidance is in the official instructions: https://instructions.subliminalclub.com

Question from @Judoka (original post):

Theres something i have a bit of confusion over and i dont know why it worked but I remember a while ago i used to listen to my subliminals through a phone speaker through mono phone speakers and i’d listen for 3 minutes as that was my sweet spot or seemingly all i could handle but for some reason i was getting insane results that were magical,it happened on spartan and paragon, then i also tried limitless and slowly started getting the urge to read books and actually wanted to something new for me and then even when i tried Lots for just 30s i would start getting called handsome and could litterly see my sort of perception change in the mirror and im just trying to understand why listening to subliminals back then via mono phone speaker gave such good results and why i cant replicate it now @qOS

Summary

@Judoka — the phone speaker was very likely not what made those early runs work. With masked subliminals, speakers and headphones are equally effective as long as you can hear the masking clearly, so the speaker does not explain the difference.

What changed is your situation. When you ran Spartan, Paragon, Limitless and Legacy of the Spartan, you were in a different season of life, with different goals and different things for each title to work on. When circumstances change, the same title at the same length can play out differently. That is normal, and it does not mean the earlier results were a fluke or that you have lost the ability to respond.

Your journal over the last few weeks also shows a lot of movement: speaker to earbuds, one title to the next, and several new titles considered in a short space of time. Each change makes it harder to see what is working.

So pick the listening method that worked for you, the phone speaker and the short sessions included, and stay with it. Give that one setup a fair run before you change anything else. You already know what it can do.

True Sell Stage 4
Stage 4 is mainly about leverage rather than sales calls. The call-level skills sit in True Sell Stage 1 and The Close, Stage 3. Sovereign Presence: At Scale keeps your judgment and pace steady as the stakes and the seniority of the room rise. Teaching Up builds a reputation as someone who improves the people around them, which supports leadership opportunities and more senior roles. That gives you composure
I believe the backbone of True Sell runs through it - I am testing Stage 4. It has a social lightness with strength element to it. And I find it improves my presence and ability to forward myself as a leader in work contexts. It also has scripting to optimize current revenue streams which can show up as improved performance on calls, and leveraging high deals with current pipeline. It improves ‘close rate’ with new or scaled up endevours. Which I am seeing in increased ASP and how I am pitching. @qOS does this seem accurate or am I ascribing this attributes incorrectly to True Sell Stage 4?

@Jouissance

What changed for you ? You got a journal i can read?

@qOS Thank you for the detailed breakdown.

A follow-up: how would replacing ESSENCE: Clear Sight with ESSENCE: Elevated Social Alliance change the build? How would it interact with the other modules I’m considering adding (The Feedback Loop, Carpe Diem Ascended and Cosmic Navigator) and with the existing Domino build?

Question from @Leandros (original post):

Hallo @Fire @SaintSovereign Thank you for that magnificent present. To the question : I am running a Khan Black st4 & Sanguine custom since 4 months, can I include st 1 in my stack (with my KB st4 custom) or would you advice against it? And Woud you advice to begin from start? And Is it ok to rebuild my KB custom without listening to the first 3 stages? Thank you for your time and answer

Summary

@Leandros — yes, begin from the start. Run the new Stage I and set your current Khan Black and Sanguine custom aside while you work through the new stages.

Adding Stage 1 to your Stage 4 custom
We advise against it. Your custom carries the original Khan Black, and Stage I is the new version. Running two versions of the same title at the same time can lead to harsh reconciliation and conflicting input, so use the new version on its own. It would also put two stages of one progression in your stack at once, and the new Khan Black is built to be taken one stage at a time.

Starting from the beginning
Yes. Khan Black recommends starting with Stage I whoever you are, and that includes owners of the original. Stage I clears sexual shame, anxiety and old hurts, and it ends with your first direct acquaintance with the still essence beneath your sexuality. Everything after it assumes that introduction. Stage II builds the capacity to hold more. Stage III presupposes Stages I and II and gathers the reserve. Stage IV fuses all three into one self-running nature. Your four months on the original are real groundwork, and much of the new title may feel like familiar ground made new, but the doorway is Stage I.

Rebuilding before Stages I to III
You can, because the Discounted Rebuilds option is open to past customs, but we do not recommend it. SaintSovereign suggested in the announcement (post #1) using the full title first, and the reason is that the new Stage 4 assumes the materials of the first three stages. The Stage 4 Core is meant for a later custom, after the stages have been run, where it keeps the depth going underneath whatever else the custom is for.

So set the current custom aside, run the new Khan Black Stages I to III in order, then upgrade your custom through Discounted Rebuilds so it carries the new Stage 4 Core with Sanguine. Question from @heartmadeiron (original post):

@qOS Thank you for the detailed breakdown. A follow-up: how would replacing ESSENCE: Clear Sight with ESSENCE: Elevated Social Alliance change the build? How would it interact with the other modules I’m considering adding (The Feedback Loop, Carpe Diem Ascended and Cosmic Navigator) and with the existing Domino build?

Summary

@heartmadeiron — the swap keeps Domino at twelve items and changes what that slot does. Clear Sight sharpens the inner side of the build. ESSENCE: Elevated Social Alliance adds something Domino does not have yet: a way for your goals to move through other people.

What changes

Without Clear Sight, Ascension Chamber and Mountain Breaker lose the vivid, concrete goal images it would have given them, so that precision goes back to resting on your own conscious direction.

Elevated Social Alliance is distilled from the newest Inner Circle. It helps you move from surface or transactional contacts to a network built on trust. It shows you why some connections never deepen, such as half-hearted commitment, clashing values or uneven give-and-take, and guides you toward partnerships built on mutual respect, authenticity and real collaboration. As an ESSENCE it carries Inner Circle in condensed form, so its effect will not be as profound as the full title.

With the existing Domino build

Nothing in Domino works on relationships, so there is no overlap. Yggdrasil and Current Invoker inside Divine Dominion bring opportunities and favourable circumstances your way, and many opportunities arrive through people: a client, a collaborator, a mentor. Elevated Social Alliance helps you turn those meetings into lasting alliances. The NREE Core runs every module through its framework, so the alliance work may be amplified along with the rest of the build. PEACE helps you stay composed when a partnership hits friction.

With The Feedback Loop, Carpe Diem Ascended and Cosmic Navigator

Carpe Diem Ascended supplies the drive. With Elevated Social Alliance beside it, more of that drive may go into building with other people instead of pushing alone.

The Feedback Loop works on how each result feeds your confidence and the next result. Relationships can follow the same pattern: a partnership that works out may give you more confidence to invest in the next one.

Cosmic Navigator guides you toward the route with the fewest obstacles, and that route is often a person who already has what you lack. Elevated Social Alliance helps you build something lasting with that person once you find them.

Which to choose

If your goals for the year depend on clients, partners, collaborators or a network, Elevated Social Alliance does more for Domino than Clear Sight. If they are mostly personal and you want sharper goal images for the manifestation core, keep Clear Sight. You can also keep both: Domino then comes to thirteen items, well under the 20-module cap. If building a network later becomes central to Domino, Inner Circle Core carries the complete title.

Next step: look at your goals for the year and check whether they run through other people. If they do, make the swap. Listening guidance is in the official instructions: https://instructions.subliminalclub.com

Question from @Golgo13 (original post):

@Fire @SaintSovereign Does New Khan Black Stage 1 have this feature? If so is it more, less, or the same amount of scripting and potency?

Summary

@Golgo13 — yes, the new Stage I has it. The Hidden Spring introduces you, by direct feel, to the still, warm essence beneath your sexual energy and helps open the channels it moves through. Freeing that flow is part of what Stage I is built to do, and The Thaw helps restore physical and energetic sensitivity in the places where feeling had gone quiet.

The channel work also continues past Stage I now. Room to Hold in Stage II helps widen the channels so that greater fullness arrives as ease rather than strain. Tempered, Not Brittle helps your system flex with strong surges instead of bracing against them. The Firebreak adds a filter that keeps other people’s heaviness out of your energy.

On amount and potency, there isn’t a published side-by-side of scripting length or strength between the original and the new version. The new Khan Black is fully rewritten and expanded from the original release, everything described for it is present-day scripting, and it runs on Zero Point Union. Channel opening is one strand of the new Stage I. Its twelve features are mainly about clearing shame, performance anxiety, numbness and old hurts.

If open, free-flowing channels are what you want from Khan Black, start with Stage I and let Stage II carry the widening, since the stages are designed to run in order, I through IV. Listening guidance is in the official instructions: https://instructions.subliminalclub.com

Question from @Azriel (original post):

True Sell Stage 4 Stage 4 is mainly about leverage rather than sales calls.
@Jouissance

Summary

@Azriel — yes, most of what you describe fits Stage 4. Two of your points belong mainly to other stages, and one is not a Stage 4 feature, although it may come from features that are.

What Stage 4 supports

 • The backbone of True Sell. The Legendary Seller gathers the fundamentals from the whole system: clear communication, follow-through, direct asks, pipeline discipline and steady negotiation, kept up as the stakes rise. The Universal Seller strengthens the parts of selling that carry into any market. The core of True Sell does run through Stage 4.
 • Presence and putting yourself forward as a leader. Sovereign Presence: At Scale helps keep your judgment, pace and composure the same in bigger rooms. Selling the Self helps you present your own expertise as something with real market value. The Rising Number builds the habit of documenting your results and making a direct, evidence-backed case for more. Teaching Up builds the reputation that supports leadership opportunities. Directing a team is still outside Stage 4.
 • Optimising current revenue streams. The Primary Channel develops the discipline to keep improving the channel that already pays you, through pricing, positioning, follow-up, referrals and account expansion, before your best effort goes elsewhere. The Wealth Engine keeps your focus on the selling ability that already earns you money.
 • Bigger deals from your current pipeline, higher ASP and how you pitch. This is where Stage 4 is strongest. Room for the Big Win helps you propose at the scale the client’s problem warrants instead of shrinking the scope or the number first. The Big Room helps you pursue larger accounts and more senior counterparts. The Price of the Best works on raising your rate as your results grow, and Money as Ally eases the discomfort with money that leads to underpricing. These features aim at a rising ASP and larger pitches.

What belongs to other stages

 • Performance on calls. Call-level skills are built in Stage 1 and in Stage 3, The Close. Stage 4 may lift your calls indirectly, through The Legendary Seller’s fundamentals and The Primary Channel’s work on follow-up and positioning, but it is not where call skill is developed.
 • Close rate. Close rate is the focus of Stage 3: objections, pricing under pressure and decisions that hold after the yes. For new and scaled-up ventures, Stage 4 does two related things. The Channel Opener has you test new markets and offers on a small scale before committing to them. The Open Hand keeps you from becoming controlling or rigid as deals get bigger. Steadier behaviour in large deals may protect conversion. The closing skills themselves sit in Stage 3.

What is not a Stage 4 feature

Social lightness is not one of Stage 4’s features. What you feel may come from The Open Hand, which helps you go after big outcomes at full effort without gripping the result, and from Sovereign Presence: At Scale, which keeps you composed as the stakes rise. Together they may feel like lightness with strength underneath.

Next step

Keep going with Stage 4 and watch your ASP and deal size, since those are the numbers it aims at. If close rate becomes the number you want to move, Stage 3, The Close, is the stage built for it.

Question from @Jouissance (original post):

@SaintSovereign would ST1 have a similar effect to something like Essence: inner spa in general regulation of the nervous system, at least as a byproduct of the scripting in KB? I’m slowly chipping away at regeneration microloops when I can to work at the nervous system issues I experience on titles like summertime and LBFH, at a slow enough pace where regeneration doesn’t knock me out of a work/commissions flow. But it seems in the long run KB will help me channel that towards wealth directly so it seems worth starting now. Would you recommend avoiding KB if I can’t handle regeneration yet or do you think it’ll take care of itself so long as I go long and slow with ST1?

Summary

@Jouissance — yes, Stage I carries some nervous-system regulation. It does not reach the level of ESSENCE: The Inner Spa. SaintSovereign said in post #45 of the Khan Black Reforged hype thread that the new version has it, as every ZPU title does to varying degrees, and that Khan Black will not match a title like PEACE, where calming the nervous system is one of the prime goals.

What Stage I is built for
The Inner Spa is Dragon Reborn: Regeneration distilled. Settling your nervous system into a warm, safe inner sanctuary is its whole purpose. Stage I’s purpose is sexual healing. It clears shame, performance anxiety, numbness and old hurts, then introduces you to the still, warm essence beneath your sexuality. That clearing can run heavy for a few weeks. The grounding work in Khan Black, where everything learns to settle low and your voice stays level under pressure, belongs to Stage II.

Should you hold off because of Regeneration?
No. How Regeneration sits with you does not predict how Khan Black will sit with you. They are different titles working on different material. Regeneration is built around deep rest and restoration, so a pull away from work during a Regeneration stretch reflects what that title is aimed at, not a limit on what you can handle. Khan Black is an Artisanal title, so taking it slowly is what it asks of everyone.

Will the nervous-system side take care of itself?
Not fully. Stage I will not stand in for a regulation title. Khan Black recommends pairing Stage I with PEACE, which settles the nervous system and keeps you present and steady while Stage I clears the ground. That pairing also fits your work concern. PEACE does not reduce drive or productivity. It takes away the strain layered on top of the work, and the work stays as capable. Its regulation is comparable to Regeneration’s. Regeneration is aimed at healing in a season of rest. PEACE is aimed at acting and working without strain, so it suits the work and commissions you are protecting.

The wealth direction you’re after comes later in the sequence. The stages run in order, I through IV, and Stage III beside Emperor, Ascended Mogul or Emperor: Crown and Capital is where the fire gets pointed at business and the long game.

My recommendation: start Stage I with PEACE beside it as your regulation layer, and keep Regeneration for a season when deep rest is the goal. Listening guidance is in the official instructions: https://instructions.subliminalclub.com

Question from @Azriel (original post):

Interesting , @qOS how would adding NRE to Khan alter it? What is the NSE experience aimed at in Khan as far as romance, sex, relationships then?

Summary

@Azriel — adding the New Romance Experience Core to a Khan custom keeps everything Khan does and adds a second romance layer beside it. Khan’s NSE aims your romantic life at Khan’s own goals. The NRE adds daily romantic situations aimed at how you understand and approach love itself.

How the NRE would change a Khan custom

The NRE is a custom core, so the build is a custom with a Khan stage core and the New Romance Experience Core side by side. The store title stays as it is.

With the NRE Core in a custom, every romance core and module is processed through it, and that includes the romance and sex scripting in the Khan stage cores. Three things change.

 • You would get positive romantic situations every day on top of the ones Khan brings, and in these romance itself is the subject.
 • Each of those situations invites you to look at how you see romance and relationships, and what you learn may turn into deliberate action. Relationship difficulties are worked through in everyday interactions instead of through separate healing work.
 • The NRE carries an extensive range of scripting for romantic connection, which may widen what Khan’s attraction can lead to, deep and meaningful relationships included.

Khan’s drive, sexual power and seduction carry on unchanged. The NRE adds the reflective, connection-focused work that Khan’s version does not carry.

What Khan’s NSE is aimed at

Khan’s NSE serves Khan’s aims: success, status, dominion, abundance and ambition. Romance, sex and relationships sit inside that lifestyle and are not a separate subject.

 • For romance, Khan brings situations where you are surrounded by women who respond well to you. It gives you an intuitive sense of which women will be most receptive and guides you through the seduction itself. The seduction grows out of dominance and authority, and it supports either a monogamous relationship or several romantic encounters.
 • For sex, the situations serve Khan’s sexuality scripting, which helps you master your sexual energy and use it both in intimacy and as fuel for everything else you pursue.
 • For relationships, Stage IV brings the stages together through alignment. Your relationships, habits and surroundings may steadily come to reflect a life of success, status and abundance, and romantic abundance may begin to show at this stage.
 • Across all of it, Khan brings situations and opportunities to act on its drive, and each one you rise to strengthens that drive further.

What Khan’s NSE does not do is the NRE’s work: daily reflection on what love and relationships mean to you, and scripting dedicated to deep, lasting connection.

Next step

If you want Khan’s romantic results to include deeper connection as well as abundance, add the New Romance Experience Core to the custom alongside the Khan stage core you are running. If abundance and seduction are what you want from the romance side, Khan’s own NSE already covers that.

Question from @Layman (original post):

@SaintSovereign (or @qOS ) Was reading a qOS response, and it suddenly occurred to me to wonder, do Essence modules contain any NSE scripting at all? For example, RICH contains NWE, but how about Essence: Where The Current Runs? Is any of that NWE scripting included too? Also, with the current ZPU builds for customs, how much extra weight and processing requirements does adding an NSE core demand? I think I’ve read that an NSE core is kind of like half a regular core in terms of size/density/processing demands on a user? I’d like to add an NSE core to some customs, but always worried that it’s going to make it too big, heavy and demanding. Certainly on a custom that’s already got 2 cores (e.g. Wanted & Diamond). Would be helpful to hear your guidance on this, and whether it’s any different with our current ZPU builds and titles

Summary

@Layman — yes, in condensed form. An ESSENCE is the whole title condensed into one module, so it carries a condensed version of that title’s New Subliminal Experience along with everything else.

ESSENCE: Where the Current Runs and the NWE

R.I.C.H. carries the New Wealth Experience, as every wealth title does. ESSENCE: Where the Current Runs is R.I.C.H. condensed into one module, so the NWE is in there in condensed form, alongside R.I.C.H.'s own wealth work: a calmer body around money, clearer timing, several routes to income opened side by side, and the habits of people who keep wealth. Because it is distilled, none of it is as profound as the full title, the NWE included.

If you want the full version of the NWE, use the core of the title, or add the New Wealth Experience Core from the Q Store. The NSE cores are denser than the version inside the major titles, and every other core or module in that area runs through them.

How much an NSE core adds

An NSE core is a much shorter script than a regular major-title core, roughly a quarter to under half the length. That applies to the New Wealth, New Romance, New Learning and New Status Experience Cores alike. So adding one to a custom that already has two cores adds far less than a third full core would. Your recollection of about half a core is close, and often it is less.

For a custom built on Wanted and Diamond, the matching choice is the New Romance Experience Core. It runs every romance core and module in the build, Wanted and Diamond included, through daily positive romantic situations whose lessons turn into action.

Whether current ZPU builds change how much an NSE core asks of you is for the team to answer, so a member of the team will follow up on that part here.

For the Wanted and Diamond custom, add the New Romance Experience Core. Listening guidance is in the official instructions: https://instructions.subliminalclub.com

Question from @Saiyan4Blue (original post):

Stack Change Replacing WB/Peace custom with And Limitless/R.I.C.H Name embedded with New KB ST1 I’ve used my previous titles for a full cycle. At best I’ve made most use of Peace and Limitless cores respectively. As much as I love WB, It is simply the right title for me at the wrong time. I used to use titles as something that A: resonates and B: Something I can grow into with time. But the most progress I’ve made was with titles resonated with who and where I am at. Not who I would like to be. WB is simply not a title for someone rebuilding and is only beginning to discover himself. After inquiring with qOS, Wanted is simply the better fit and it being a non-artisanal title means I could afford more processing power. As for Attuned, It was a matter of choice between it and Peace. It is the better choice for my current goals and where I am at. For the 2nd title slot. I have used R.I.C.H for most of 2026 and it has helped me land where I am today. But today asks for energy, commitment and lots of hard work with little to no room for scaling or exploring. Limitless helped but it too has served it’s purpose. And using a dual core name embedded is quite taxing. So I will be revisiting KB which will synergize beautifully with my custom and I will get to focus on my neidan and tai chi practices when I am not working. Since the next year will be focused on setting a new base and establishing my stability. My current goal is to use each stage for 3 cycles until I reach and stay at stage 4 which will be included as a core in a new custom replacing Attuned. By then Ill probably be using New Stark with R.I.C.H in a secondary custom but that’s subject to change. Will give my first impressions on the new KB stage 1 after washout

Summary

@Saiyan4Blue — your stack change makes sense. Here is why each choice fits, with a few notes for the Khan Black run.

The custom

WANTED is not an Artisan title, so it leaves you more room than Wanted Black, which sits in the Artisan line for advanced users. Heartsong: Attuned is the inward stage of Heartsong, built around worth that does not depend on being chosen, a body that can rest in closeness and a past you can set down. That makes it a direct fit for self-love and acceptance.

Khan Black with neidan and tai chi

Khan Black: The Crucible is an energetic development title that works on your own system, and it suits a cultivation practice well. Khan Black recommends using it on its own or within a recognised cultivation tradition under qualified instruction, which is what neidan and tai chi give you. It also shares the language of your practice: a still, warm essence beneath sexual energy that you can keep, deepen or kindle.

The stages

The stages build on each other. Each one is a complete title, and together they form a true progression. Stage II builds the vessel that makes Stage III’s depth smooth, and Stage IV assumes all three. Your plan for Stage 4 matches how it is meant to be used. The Stage 4 Core runs on its own in any later custom, whatever that custom is for. Stage IV under Stark is also one of the strongest configurations in the line, which fits your idea for a later Stark build.

Khan Black is also in the Artisan line. Stage I clears sexual shame, old hurts and performance anxiety, and that clearing can run heavy for a few weeks. With Attuned doing inward work in the custom at the same time, you may find the first stretch leans toward inner work.

Question from @Switters (original post):

@SaintSovereign or @qOS Recently started a long term run of Khan- (stage 1 stacked with stabilizer) this cycle. Would like to run KB at some point as well- is it recommended to run one or the other first? Can they be ran sequentially, or is it better to add KB once at stage 4 of Khan?

Summary

@Switters — yes, they can be run one after the other, and that is the cleaner route: finish Khan first, then start Khan Black from Stage I.

Which first
You have already started Khan, so carry it through. Khan’s stages build on each other and are meant to be run in order, one by one, and the run tends to go best when you decide at the start to finish all four. Keep The Stabilizer beside Stage 1 as you planned. It makes what you build above it hold.

Running them sequentially
Khan Black is an Artisanal title, intended for advanced listeners who have already used our titles successfully, so coming to it after a full Khan run is a good fit. Its stages are a true progression. Stage I clears sexual shame, performance anxiety and old hurts, and introduces you to the still essence the rest of the title is built on. Stage II builds the capacity to hold more. Stage III presupposes both and gathers the reserve. Stage IV fuses all three into something that runs on its own. Start at Stage I whoever you are, even with a lot of prior work behind you.

Adding Khan Black at Khan Stage 4
Stage I is the wrong one to add there. It does deep clearing on the same sexual ground Khan works on, and it can run heavy for a few weeks. Its suggested companion is PEACE, a settling title, not another heavy one. Khan is on the level of Emperor in difficulty, so putting Khan Black Stage I under Khan Stage 4 stacks two demanding titles on the same ground at once.

The pairing you have in mind does exist, with the stages reversed. Khan Black Stage IV asks nothing of your attention and runs cleanly beneath the heaviest titles, and Stage IV with Khan is the strongest configuration in the line. You reach it after Khan Black Stages I to III. Khan also invites a second pass through all four of its stages once you have finished the first, which is a natural place for it.

The plan, then: Khan Stages 1 to 4 in order now, then Khan Black Stages I to III, then Khan Black Stage IV under a second Khan run. Listening guidance for each step is in the official instructions: https://instructions.subliminalclub.com
