But whilst I guess I can understand the general concept of ‘wholeness’ in a person, I do struggle a bit to comprehend exactly how PEACE (and Attuned) are going to achieve this goal, and what it looks like. For example, someone who was bullied as a child, and then runs (e.g.) Dragon Reborn: Regeneration with Pride Unbroken might go through a process of healing that then makes that wounded part of them whole. So you could say that, in this example, the ‘mechanism’ for achieving wholeness is to gently bring into the conscious mind the wound that was suffered, and to tackle it with appropriate scripting (DRR’s healing scripting and Pride Unbroken). Stage 1 builds the seller: confidence that doesn’t depend on any one deal, communicating value without hedging, direct asks, recovery from rejection, daily activity, holding your price, follow-through; it’s the broadest. How to tell Attuned has done its work

Attuned is written as the tuning stage, and its features double as a checklist. For someone single, the signs the page describes look like this in daily life:

• A quiet evening alone is simply a good evening. Your home, friends and work already feel like enough, so a partner would be joining a full life rather than rescuing an empty one (Whole Before Anyone).
• A slow reply or an unanswered message no longer unravels your day (Worthy Before Chosen).
• You can ask for what you want plainly, and a no stings, passes, and leaves your dignity intact (Rejection Without Verdict).
• You still want love, openly and without shame, but the grip is gone: you stay whole on the days the wish goes unanswered (Wanting Cleanly).
• Closeness lands in your body instead of being braced against, and old heartbreaks have stopped auditioning for a part in the next story (The Settled Heart, The Past Set Down).
• Both old fears have gone quiet: “there’s no one left” and “no real person measures up” (Neither Scarce Nor Perfect).
• You can say clearly, and early, what you want from a shared life: children or not, which city, what your days look like (Knowing What I Want).

When those start to feel ordinary rather than like effort, the instrument is tuned. The Symphony is written to carry that note out into the world, so it lands best when there is a settled note to carry.

How long on Stage 1

The page’s own guidance is to begin with Attuned and let it settle before adding The Symphony, and if you run both, to treat them as two titles in your stack. Earlier in this thread (post 40) SaintSovereign put a figure on it: if you are serious about the whole title, no less than two cycles on Attuned before switching, or alternate the two stages. The deciding sign he gave is the same one the page points to: you feel you could enter a relationship without compromising yourself. He also noted that people who have already done a lot of inner work around romance may need less time.
