Sanguine is a healing sub (and I guess you’re not talking about the Elixir version).

By updated subs you mean NSE subs?
Is this the updated list? Which are the NSE Titles? - #2 by Bull_of_Shiva_999
I’ve been trying to find info here about NSE, but couldn’t find too much to understand how it works, and what are the differences comparing with the previous version.

Not running Ascension as a beginner, seems to go against most of the recommendations. :open_mouth:

Primal seems to be more my style, but I was advised that a beginner should not venture straight into it, because I need to build the proper foundations first. My social skills are quite good.

I fucking loved Phoenix when I ran it. It was very smooth for me and helped get rid of the existential angst I had. Some people said it was tough to run, all I can say is that it’s a great subliminal, Fire really outdid himself. The Emotional Mastery part of it is no joke.

Not saying you should run it, you do what you think is best. It’s an awesome sub though, don’t discount it :slight_smile:

As I have not used Sanguine: The Elixir I cannot comment much on it.

I’d go with regular Sanguine (named New Sanguine) as @Billions recommended. It is listed as healing but it reduces reconciliation and is gentle.

Phoenix would be too early in my opinion.

I decided and bought Sanguine. Going to listen to the first 30s tomorrow and not going to listen to anything else for now, to see how it feels.

Then I’ll add Ascension.

Even though Primal is really my style I was told it’s for more advanced users.
SSX looks to be like Primal but for beginners, so this might be the third title to add to my stack.

Honestly, about the SSX vs Primal debate, I’d say open a ticket with support.

For me Primal isn’t about seduction. It’s about shedding layers upon layers of bad conditioning to become a liberated expression of yourasculine essence.

Of course that can lead to seduction. Because it makes seduction much easier if you cam exude this Primal stench of “I don’t care about your opinions because I know who I am, and I’m loving it”.

It’s like you want to build a muscular body but you have troubles with your spinal disks and are always tired.
Of course you could start with Emperor Fitness or Spartan Apex Warrior.
But perhaps Paragon would be the better fit, to help with health in general. To build a base on which you can start working out.

Primal is for me the masculine extension of LB.

To me it seems like Primal is preparing the base, getting you fit and running. With that base, you can run SSX much differently because you’ve grown so much personality wise.

The X from SSX means it’s a title from the old Weapon X series. A series that aimes to improve skills. Like UWX (Ultimate Writer) improves writing, GMX (Gaming Mastery) improves Gaming or MTX (Muay Thai Master) improves Muay Thai skills.

But Primal isn’t about seduction skills.
It’s about a seductive personality.
It’s changing you in your core.
Skills don’t need that.

A few years back, I took a course for stage training. We were 200 people. Some participated the 2nd or 3rd time. Some of them had acquired the skills already. They did everything right.
But it still wasn’t them.
Some used a lot of energy and big motions, exactly as they’ve learned to do it. But it didn’t do much. Because it wasn’t coming from their inner center. It was just something they learned to do right.
Others went on the stage and with minimal motion they stirred up the crowd. Because they were present and their energy was tangible.
It wasn’t a mask they put on, but an expression of their authentic self.

That’s the difference for me between beeing and skill.

If you change who you are, it doesn’t need extrem levels of skill to succeed.

Skill, of course, amplifies your success.
On the stage or with seduction.

And of course, learning and using skills will change you over time. So SSX will help as well. Over time.
Just like many of these seduction and PUA coaches teach their stuff, that works for them, but if others do it, it often seems fake, artifical. Because it’s not their nature. And they shy away from the hard shadow work that is necessary to change that.
But over time, asking 500 women for their number does its thing on you. You change nevertheless.
But here as well, if you’re already a person that can attract women, the same skills and techniques are more effective.

So Primal is about making you a seducer by nature. It’s about confronting your shadows, your limiting beliefs. To let them go and become the Primal, untamed man you are deep down inside. To shed all the layers of conditioning, of limitations.

That’s why I see Primal as a fundamental sub.

@Sub.Zero what he is saying is that Primal is the foundation, that you can multiply the results got from SSX if you do a proper foundation first, and you won’t need to do much effort if you build first that foundation.

In the same way Sub Club recommends Ascension or Genesis as the first Alpha titles to build an alpha foundation.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but I think if someone just wishes to have sex with lots of high quality women the path should be Ascension->Primal->SSX.

OK.

I run today my first 30s microloop of Sanguine and didn’t feel almost anything.

So I’m considering trying Rebirth, CWF, or SE.

But there is a problem I’m predicting:

So if the above is happening with some frequency using Ascension, I’m imagining with Rebirth it could become too much (it also heals through dreams as you can see below), but let me know your opinions:

Also do you predict any problem in trying 4 healing subs in a row to see which one I feel more confortable with?

I cannot tell since I don’t know the nature of your psychological struggle. Perhaps consulting a specialist would be your best bet. No healing sub can replace professional medical advice.

I opened a support ticket about that, and to clarify the Primal Vs SSX discussion.

Sanguine didn’t work. If I don’t like a title I should change it immediately like I did today instead of going through unbearable recon, wasting my time and seeing regression in my results like what happened with Love Bomb.

There are some results from Love Bomb like having the “Angel Eyes” or that innocent look,
I just hope they don’t fade away because in the instructions I read the subs are like going to the gym: you can see quick results at the beginning, but if you stop they’re going to disappear. They only become permanent after about 6 months.

Now my question is if I should readd Ascension to my stack.

I like the powerful and high status part of Ascension, but I don’t like the “quiet, emotionless and don’t talk too much” part. I’m a social and talkative person with intense emotions.

With Ascension I was also falling into negativity, frustration and anger.

So I ask if there is any title similar to Ascension that satisfies my needs or the only solution I see is to build a custom of Ascension without the “quiet, emotionless and don’t talk too much” modules.

The first time I read this I read “Go with Phoenix…”, that’s why I didn’t say anything at the time. Dragon Reborn is not a title for beginners.

But thanks for your supportive words and for trying to help.

Edit: Sorry, now that I read the descriptions again, Dragon Reborn RED is the one that is not for beginners. I didn’t know there were 2 Dragons. :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes: :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:
