A nice warm shower usually helps me pull out of some recon

I’ve observed some of my thoughts on recon start with Should… “I should already have that…” “My life should already should be like that…”

If I recognise that thought pattern I know that I should be more gentle on myself in that moment. It seems to help a bit

KBST1 is working wonderfully with Synergy: Energetic Transcendence. I’ve noticed overall better energy throughout the day and less energy slumps where I need a nap

KBST1 as I increase loop length is definitely making me hornier. I noticed this got offset when I looped GLM which gave me more control

So good synergy there

reconciliation is by definition “reconciliing” the differences in your past/present self

attracting a woman your past self would be interested in, but then not being proud of that present version of you attracting her, is a textbook difference that needs to be reconciled

I love running ST1 of titles to make other titles more effective.

Khan ST1 makes Khan 2-4 more effective ofc, but also makes Emperor, ASBR, HOM, Wanted, Primal, etc more effective (sex and wealth)

EOG1 makes all wealth subs more effective.

QLST1 and DRR/DRG1 makes ALL subs more effective

I felt like I could listen longer but slow and steady works well…

GLM is reframing thoughts in my head quite quickly: “Why are you caring what they think?..” “Does that really matter?..” etc.

Its like a slow multitude of changes happening internally

Also, I would say the new anti-recon tech is working quite quickly. I’ll probably need to check again later in the day but its almost like a soothing water flowing into my soul

The words and thoughts just seem easier to manage

Some intense dreams that resolved itself early last night. Like a recon that resolved itself. I couldn’t tell you what it’s about

Peaceful sleeping after that

Oura ring says I have an 84 score which is good. Seems like my sleep is getting a lot better since I got it mainly because I can see my own sleep patterns

The only time you have to be careful in this sort of cases is stacking (mental/emotional) healing titles with productivity titles. For example, combining DRR with a title like Limitless. This is not always the case but in general productivity can take an initial hit when we are in the healing phase which is why that example combo wouldn’t work as well. I think people keep forgetting that Dragon Reborn Gold has more scripting related to cognitive enhancement and productivity, while Dragon Reborn RED is more focused toward deep inner transformation with the rebellious element.

RED is focused more on finding yourself through rebelling against societal limitations, GOLD is focused more on refinement through pushing those limits to the max, but somewhat remaining within them for the purposes of bringing your will to fruition.
