The answer is relative to you personally. Whether it’s 30s, 3 minutes or 13 minutes, depends on your reaction. Whether it’s 1 cycle or 3, up to your needs.

Every single person on this forum and the lurkers, are all uniquely different. We might all share similar operating system, but the softwares are relatively unique to yourself.

Therefore, the only accurate answer is to figure it out yourself by experimenting, following your intuition and your experience with your own self.

15 minutes of Sanguine is nothing like 15 minutes of DR, or any other title. How anyone reacts is personal. Some can listen to full loops of Love Bombs other recon in a microloop.

Since you’re not getting any negative effects, then keep increasing until you get one, whatever shape or form it comes at you.

1 cycle is a minimum, more for a deeper clearing if you need. You can always return to Stage 1 later or continue until you finish the whole program, then run New Game+ and start your second playthrough. You can also pick and choose whichever stage you think you need.

Thanks I appreciate it’s totally subjective, I’m probably being a bit impatient and wanting the results so not wanting to do too little but also realise too much too soon will be counterproductive! Maybe I’ll stick to increasing by 30 seconds each listen and see how it goes.

Fuck the recon from dr red prefer recon from khan, will make khan st1 the longer 15min loops while dr support 5min loops makes me feel a lot better and khan to fully shine

Is it better to -
stick to each stage for a prolonged period like 6 months and then move on to the next stage ie. Finish program in 2.4 years,
or
run through the entire program in 4 months and then repeat it ie. 6 repeats of the program in 2 4 years?

  • Run through the multi-stage program the first time, spending 1 or 2 play periods (~26 days) on each stage.

  • During each stage, take relevant action and pay attention to how that stage is affecting your ability to take effective action (and also noticing any other important aspects).

  • When you have completed the final stage, look back on the experiences and the effects of each stage in order to plan which stages you want to emphasize or play longer during your second, more intensive run-through.

Or

  • If you have already largely met your goals by the end of the first play-through, then extend the stage 4 in order to cement your gains, or switch to a new title.

If I just made a DR1 custom on May 27, if I rebuild it would it be a DRR1 custom?

This is just my to cents, take it however you wish.

I think you should plan to go through it in the shortest possible time. Then either stay on the 4th stage or repeat the full cycle.

I feel that it helps to keep you advancing.

Healing should be dynamic. Getting stuck on an early stage might be detrimental to your progress in the big picture.

As a guy who does 6 months per stage, yes go for it. Always remember self-improvement is a marathon, not a sprint. I just made my DR1 custom, and may have to rebuild it, and yes I plan on 6 months at the bare minimum.

Why, I want no fear left in me, I don’t want to shake stuff loose and go ‘next.’ Deep healing is what I want.

Only YOU can say this.

For me, the perfect middle point is always 7 minutes. Thats the sweet spot. For others 30s is already a lot.

Figure out what exposure you can take. Start low and get slowly up to when you get still results (overexposure can also ruin results) and recon isnt too tough. Basically, you generally feel good while getting effects without being too emotional.

Or so I do it.

Lots of people seem to be stuck.

And then they try different methods to get unstuck. Like subliminals.

Just need to keep the momentum going.

Edit: I believe a lot into the power of momentum. You just need to get the ball rolling. And then accelerating it to ridiculous speeds.

Regarding healing… In my view there are two methods: passive and active.

Just listening to a healing subliminal for long times is passive.

Active is building some experience that contradicts the old beliefs you want to heal.

Why not use both?

Cycles of healing combined with cycles of more active subs like Emperor. While taking massive action, of course.

After last dr red runs, my body feels tight as hell its doing the opposite of relaxing my body damn

Interesting my muscles were relaxing and being used in different areas, sometimes i started shaking due to some not being used

Are you running anything else? Maybe book a massage or something. I had a girl i was seeing give me a massage not too long ago and it definitely helps, especially the lower back.

Ye did too much khan 15min and 30min dr to test out big volume, made me wana workout hard but then the soreness hit me hard, my spine feels very fucked, overall feeling like 90year old

Imo for dragon better to just speedrun it, i did 5cycles per stage for over a year but wasnt worth didnt feel much changes nothing much in external, same old issues…

For khan tho i feel its worth it as its more concrete and you are building a foundation for later stages to expand upon.
I will do 6 cycles st1 khan then see prob 2or3 for later stages sinnce they are similar and khan4 has 3 of em combined

Got some DR recon today, questioning myself and life and feelings of unworthiness

Might lower the loops, seems like 30-40 secs is the best as anything higher seems to result in feeling crap than the day before

Good thing to keep track of guys is your sweet spot, try measure it. Gonna ride the wave until it passes

Yeah it feels really sweet when u play it and it hits the subconscious just in the spot right away but then u get carried away at duration.
