Meta-awareness lets us witness growth as it is happening.
The lower oneās meta-awareness, the longer one will need to wait to see results. Not because the results took longer to manifest, but because we wonāt recognize them until they are extremely obvious. I work with this limitation in my own practice.

Will be purchasing Dragon Reborn Red next and stacking with Khan ST1. Iāve been extremely disciplined to the point every single sub I played this month delivered all the objectives I wanted. Business, romance, networking 
. No more recon? Even with the hard experiments Iāve done

Here is the segue into my official Dragon Reborn Red journal. The first post will be the first post of the new journal, since I havenāt publicly journaled in like 1 year. That isnāt the journal. Just the preview basically. The rest of it is to create engagement so everyone can share and maybe a tradition will form where we highlight major accomplishments. We will see.

Hi @Sub.Zero , I think you ran most of the healing subliminal. Can you tell when to use either? Because all seem similar. If you reach a plateau with subs, you may use either LD or Phoenix right, or even Elixir right?

You need to be more specific if you want to get a specific insight, mate.
The only plateau you can reach depends on you (your life, psychological makeup, daily intents and action etc.), and not on the subliminal youāre running.

My contract comes to an end shortly and ive been seeking work for months for a new place with 0 results
Since Dr red 3rd loop, ive got 3 job offers and theyāre all trying to 1up the other to secure me in their place
I feel better and my workouts are going well. Had my 33rd birthday recently yet people say I look 7-10 years younger lol

Dr red (5min) + love bomb (3 min) review:
- i feel safe and cozy (complete relaxation of body feels heavenly).
- sadness pops up once in a while then resides.
- how have i lived till now without ever running dragon reborn red? I had so much fear and suffering.
- extreme non reactivity to negative things that caused knee jerk reaction before.
- strong knowing that all will be fine now, no matter what happened in the past.
- My concentration on any task is better. Turns out I have / had a limiting belief on learning and success. I would purposely not try hard enough (after 100% accurate planning) and self sabotage for some reason.
- Iāve never felt this level of invincibility and self validation. This feeling remains whether Iām wid people or am alone.
