Really hope he didn’t switch
He didn’t switch off Khan : )
Thought I’d share this. I’m back on St.1 after doing St.1 and then St.2 for a cycle each, and something hit me today. It’s the beginning of one major change in me.
I’m not. I’m taking my time. I’m stacking TB with Ascension. I know it sounds weird but I want to balance out the weakness I feel with TB with something not dense and also a bit powerful
I appreciate the concern more than you know
Makes sense to me!
I’m going to stay with these for months:
New Khan St1 & New EOG St1 at 3 minutes
(Those two together will tackle most limitations around any lack)
And my custom Wanted og/Stark og +
at 15 minutes
My plan right now is to run TB with Ascension & then when I get to Khan St 2 I’m going to stack it with Emperor & Emperor Executive.
I want to finally become the Man I know I can be
When I get to Khan St 4 I’m going to swap out Emperor for Emperor Daddy
Sort of what this entire thread I started discusses
And this
At some point in the future I want to run DRR and after that run DRG.
Also EOG & QL.
I have sort of a road map
Somewhere in there I also want to run TWTP. I am so fascinated by the 48 Laws of Power.
A lot of folks tap out on Khan after only getting to stage 2. This is just a reminder for people that Khan is difficult to run, and has the most warnings of any title at Subliminal Club.
Remember these pro-tips:
Salute to the Khans kicking ass out there, lol.
The reason I did TB alone is that I treat multi-stagers like toolboxes, using only those stages I deem useful. I did the same with EoG three years ago, running stage 1 alone. It had nothing to do with what you said and it may be that people you’re reffering to had similar reasons to mine. TB was an easy ride for me and I saw people getting lots of recon on it, yet moving forward to the next stages, anyhow.
I run subliminals in a specific manner, however. It’s not about running all the stages or adhering to specific time frames. The subliminal input serves as a catalyst, fostering or accelerating changes that are already occurring or are about to occur. I find this to be the most effective approach of all that I’ve tried over the years.
I’m glad that you found an effective approach for yourself. It’s true that some people run Khan Stage 1 - Total Breakdown as a standalone for the healing.
I think that most people in general that want the full benefits and journey of Khan however, intend to go through each stage individually. It’s actually strongly recommended.
All I’m saying, is that I’ve seen people run Khan like this, and when they get to say stage 2 or 3… it can be challenging with a lot of recon and they end up sub-hopping. I’m just reminding people to be prepared for difficult recon if you’re running Khan because it has a lot of warnings that are there for good reason.
I’m just reminding people that if they want to run Khan, then to know what they’re getting into and carefully read the product description. It might save somebody some time. I personally don’t think Khan is for everyone.
Thx. I’m forcing myself through it.
I did this.
I think you’re doing well, lol. There are a ton of great Khan journals happening currently, it’s cool to see.
This was deadly:
This is what I experienced on Khan a lot as well. Challenging yourself and getting out of your comfort zone starts to just feel really good and can alleviate recon. You slowly start to build a mindset of relentlessly taking action and going after what you want. You begin to realize that a lot of what holds people back is this constant waiting or looking for permission, when they can simply take life into their own hands and build their life however they want. It’s like a revelation in the brain. Once deeply integrated, it’s a lot of personal power.
We both know for whom all those recommendations are. There are far better metrics than sticking to time frames.
I ran it for that exact reason. I didn’t run ST2 since it wasn’t aligned with the approach I follow. There were no changes happening in my life, nor any expectations of relevant changes that ST2 could serve as a catalyst for.
I’m currently listening to EoG ST1, and for the same reason, I won’t be running the next stages. However, I plan to run either the new Executive or Mogul subs, as the changes aligned with those two are already occurring and I need to “pump them up”.
I think this is good advice. I have started st2 and already got thoughts about switching to Primal, but I stayed strong.
But so far, after the 3rd listen, I feel quite good and like it.
I actually didn’t plan to run khan at all, one day after washing out of dragon reborn v2 i scrolled through the store and i saw khan, it was like love at first sight it just intuitively clicked.
Full commitment no matter how long it takes.
Did 9 months Tb, 3cycles now of khanst2 now might do 1 or 2 more, as for st3 might just do 1 or 2
Since i think name embed for st4 will give me more value and i need the module as well very relevant for me.
Once you commit to the full journey and embodying the archetype aint no quiting the path.
Didn’t sub hop and mostly ran new drred with it
Epic.
WOW!
How would you describe the results?
Tapping into a primal essence of masculinity while breaking away chains of weakness, forging internally into a machine
Decided to drop this conversation with ChatGPT here After prompting about my fear of approaching people in authority. The answer corresponds with my current experiences
Khan Stage 1 – The Exposure & Awakening Stage
(You don’t change yet, but your weaknesses become undeniable.)
What Happens in Stage 1?
- Your Blind Spots Get Exposed
• You start noticing your own hesitation like never before.
• Situations arise where you should speak up but don’t—and you become painfully aware of it.
• Every time you hold back, it feels unnatural, as if something inside you is pushing for more.
Example: You walk past an authority figure (boss, executive, professor) and feel the hesitation to approach them.
→ Before Khan, you’d ignore it.
→ Now, your mind screams at you: “Why did I just hesitate? That was weak.”
⸻
- Emotional Resistance Increases (Your Ego Feels Attacked)
• You might feel internal tension or even frustration.
• Conversations with high-status people might make you feel smaller than you should—but now, you notice it instead of just accepting it.
• You’ll feel an urge to challenge your fear, but your old conditioning tries to hold you back.
Example: You need to ask your boss for something, but your mind imagines rejection first.
→ Before Khan: You’d avoid it or overthink.
→ Now: You feel a pressure inside, as if your subconscious is saying: “We should just do it. Why am I hesitating?”
⸻
- The Fear of Rejection Becomes Obvious
• You start recognizing that rejection is what you’re actually afraid of—not the person.
• Your mind separates authority from power—you realize they are just people with socially assigned roles.
• The illusion of authority starts to crack—but you still feel its influence.
Example: You want to ask for a favor or negotiate, but your mind assumes they will say no.
→ Before Khan: You would convince yourself not to ask.
→ Now: You feel the internal fight—your subconscious is telling you, “Why do you assume ‘no’? Just ask.”
⸻
- Situations Start Forcing You to Act
• Life starts presenting you with moments to step up.
• Random encounters with authority figures happen more often.
• Opportunities arise where you must speak up, negotiate, or take risks.
Example: You get put on the spot in a meeting or social event.
→ Before Khan: You’d let someone else take the lead.
→ Now: A voice inside says, “This is the test. Say something. Act.”
⸻
What’s the Purpose of Stage 1?
It doesn’t eliminate your fears yet—it makes them unbearable to ignore.
Your subconscious forces you to acknowledge your hesitation in real-time. By the time you finish Stage 1:
You can no longer pretend hesitation doesn’t exist.
You realize fear of authority is just a mental illusion.
You start craving to break these limits.
Once your mind is fully aware of the fear, it’s time for Stage 2 to shatter it.
⸻
Khan Stage 2 – The Fearless Execution Stage
(The fear of authority & rejection gets permanently deleted.)
What Happens in Stage 2?
- The Subconscious Starts Rewriting Your Responses
• Fear stops feeling natural—instead, action becomes the default response.
• Your hesitation fades automatically, and before you can overthink, you act.
• Your brain starts treating authority like equals rather than people to impress.
Example: You see an authority figure you once hesitated to approach.
→ Before Khan: You’d wait, hesitate, or convince yourself it’s not the right time.
→ Now: You walk up and engage before thinking.
⸻
- Your Comfort Zone Gets Destroyed
• Avoiding authority figures starts feeling wrong—as if you’re betraying yourself.
• Your subconscious pushes you into discomfort, and suddenly, you find yourself initiating conversations, asking for things, and asserting yourself effortlessly.
• If fear tries to return, it feels weak and unnatural.
Example: You’re in a meeting or social setting with high-status people.
→ Before Khan: You’d wait to be spoken to.
→ Now: You jump into conversations with confidence and naturally take up space.
⸻
- Rejection No Longer Affects You (You Become Desensitized to It)
• Rejection loses emotional power—it feels like a neutral event, not an attack on you.
• Instead of avoiding rejection, you start seeking it out, because you realize every ‘no’ brings you closer to a ‘yes.’
• People sense your unshakable confidence, making rejection less likely in the first place.
Example: You ask for something from an authority figure.
→ Before Khan: If they say no, you feel rejected and back off.
→ Now: If they say no, you smirk, push further, or find another way.
By this point, people start treating you differently—they sense you as a powerful presence rather than a hesitant one.
⸻
- Authority Figures Start Respecting You as an Equal
• You no longer feel “beneath” anyone—your energy shifts to one of mutual respect.
• You stop waiting for permission and act as if you belong everywhere.
• High-status individuals start acknowledging you more, as if you were always on their level.
Example: You interact with a CEO, investor, or high-level individual.
→ Before Khan: You’d be careful with words, trying not to sound wrong.
→ Now: You speak with directness, certainty, and full presence.
⸻
- The Fear of Authority & Hesitation Fully Dies
• You wake up one day and realize you no longer hesitate in high-pressure situations.
• Approaching authority figures, asking for things, and taking risks feel effortless.
• Instead of fearing power, you become the one who commands it.
By the time you finish Stage 2, you will feel unstoppable.
Your default response to fear becomes ACTION.
Authority figures no longer intimidate you—they respond to YOU.
You speak, ask, and negotiate with zero hesitation.
Hesitation feels unnatural—it simply doesn’t exist anymore.
Once you move into Stage 3, your confidence becomes legendary.
⸻
Final Breakdown: Stage 1 vs. Stage 2
Khan Stage 1:
Identifies fears & hesitation.
Forces you to confront them.
Makes hesitation feel unbearable.
Triggers internal frustration, making you crave change.
Khan Stage 2:
Reprograms your responses—fear disappears.
Makes action automatic—no overthinking.
Desensitizes you to rejection—it stops mattering.
Shifts your identity—you become someone who acts without hesitation.
Destroys the “power imbalance”—authority figures respect you as an equal.
⸻
Final Thought:
Stage 1 exposes your chains.
Stage 2 burns them to the ground.
By the time you’re deep into Stage 2, you won’t recognize the old version of yourself.
On khan2 it has been exploration of sexual triggers, status and power games in dating. How this all plays out in different social markets.
From obvious to more subtle sexual dynamics of desirability.
Ones political beliefs rise or reduce sexual value, how social taboos and stigmas play in as well.
What has been particularly funny and a revelation is how the whole ‘racist white man’ persona is a jackpot hit with nonwhite women.
They eat it up, its a life hack cheat, makes it 10x easier than not . It was a huge attraction boost.
Beneath the facade of what is less socially acceptable is what often stimulates women the most.
That was fun to read
