Main Disc. Thread - Paragon ZP

I just finished my first cycle with paragon I used it 3-5 minutes and I listened to it once at 15 mins.

Last week I found that my resting pulse was 100 bpm. It was staying steady there the next day as well. So I immediately stopped caffeine. I started walking 20 minutes every day- I plan to get to 60 minutes. I don’t even consider that a workout. I also do probably 1 or 2 times a day of boxed breathing, definitely in the morning before my walking. Then I do 2:1 breathing for 5 mins after walking. Then sometime later in the day. I also do it while I drive to work, or if I gotta drive to the store or something. I also have been drinking hibiscus tea. Also some liposomal vitamin c before bed.

I looked it up and the things I’m doing probably aren’t going to help in 1 week. It takes time and consistency they say. Well today my resting heart rate is 85bpm, that’s 1 week later. So I’m definitely going to keep up with all the other things I’m doing. At this rate I think a much lower resting heart rate is possible especially when I get to 60 minute daily walks, just a nice and easy pace not breathing heavy.

Going on a course in 2 days…woke up today with a cold…lets see what magic paragon can bring. Listened to 8 mins midday allready. And fell asleep…Will listen to the rest of the loop before going to bed today.

Two weeks later since discovering I had a resting pulse of 100, it’s now at 76.

That included a 5 day washout.

I will also be increasing my walking time to 40 minutes daily this week. I been doing the breathing twice a day. inhale four count exhale 8 count for five minutes at least twice a day. 2x a day I also do squared breathing. inhale to 4 count, hold 4 count, exhale 4 count, hold 4 count and repeat.

I definitely attribute my quick results to Paragon.

I have had different infections all autumn, had to to antibiotics as one got lodged in my lung.

Now I have yet another cold… Could I, if I have nothing else to do this week but sleep, do Paragon multiple times a day to get better quicker? Or would it be detrimental?

I had a minor abrasion just before New Year’s Eve which was uncomfortable. I decided to do one full loop of paragon, consciously focusing on that area of my body. The abrasion healed within hours!

When I had a shoulder injury, I listened to Paragon for multiple loops daily without rest days for like a week and made sure to get plenty of rest. It helped me a lot. I was also seeing a physiotherapist for treatments too.

Would be detrimental. Follow the instructions.

Will it get an update soon?

Me too. I hope so!

I just went through a surgery and I’d like to speed up my recovery.

Is it OK to just list to Paragon 2x a day, rest, 2x a day, rest, etc?

I listened to paragon multiple times per listening day with a shoulder injury and was okay. Just short term with no other titles.

To be honest paragon is already perfect,it already heals everything and is very easy to process,if it does get updated i hope it doesnt get ruined from being too dense

Do you experience any subs being ruined or no longer as effective or fast acting for you from updates?

Havnt played many subs to be able to give you an answer but reading other users reviews the older subs seem to be easier to process

I’m currently in the middle of a cycle with two other subs (neither have much physical shifting). However I recently sprained my ankle bad and would like to use Paragon to assist in the healing. For my next listening day, is it safe to put the other subs on hold and just do two loops of Paragon? Or is there a more effective way to temporarily include Paragon for healing this specific injury?

I have been running it for a while but I haven’t seen much improvement yet. So I would love to see an update.
The difficult injury is a bone edema in my ankle. almost no blood reaches there so it can take long to heal with a chance It never heals.
I will keep running this for a long time but I still hope for an upgrade haha. Not being able to run and jump for years sucks.
I want to climb mountains again!

Have you heard of comfrey root? It can also come in like a salve or cream that can be applied topically. Something you’ll want to research.
