EXPERIMENTAL Microloop / ZPU Listening Instructions

Has anyone managed to finish a full cycle using these new instructions?

I started with micro loops and then short loops, currently 7 minutes each of my 3 subs and this is the highest I have managed so far. I often take more than 1 rest day and, at the moment, I am increasing listening time by one minute at the time repeating the same duration for a few days untill it feels right to increase it by another minute. Life, ilnesses and other issues get in the way and so far I haven’t managed to complete a 30 listening day cycle. I end up doing a 5 day wash out before I get there.

Not much to add, but I struggle similarly. Also only at 1 min loops. Last cycle I got to 20 days and had to break for a little over 5 days.

It depends on the subs you’re working on but it’s recommended to start out at 1 minute and to NOT increase the length until you have ZERO Recon. So one listening day one day off. If you experience no Recon than increase ALL Subs another 30 seconds and stay at that until NO Recon.

By no means I’m I being prickly or salty but if you’re having to take more than 1 rest day you’re doing it wrong and need to reduce the amount of listening time. It’s not a race. You will have much better success with shorter loops.

I’m only half way into my round using this technique but I decided to only work on GLM. That is a very condensed Sub and there is a ton to it so the recommendation with one title is to run it twice a day on listening day and then one rest day.

But I recommend reducing your loop time back down to 5 minutes and see if that works. If that doesn’t work than bring it down to 3 minutes and take it from there.

Saint often only runs 30 second loops and he’s very advanced at running Subs so that should tell you something.

Saint just mentioned that there will be an official post coming up very soon and the Microloop protocol will be the new official protocol. Not sure if it’s changed at all since this post

A couple of times it has been due to recon and, in those cases, I have reduced listening times. Most of the time I have taken more than one rest days because I haven’t found the time. Ideally, I like listening when I am relaxed. I get up at 5 am for work, when I come back I have lots of stuff to do and listening before bed used to give me trouble sleeping. I normally listen early in the morning on one of my days off or sometimes after work, but it is not easy to find 21+ minutes when I can relax.
Family and other commitments also get in the way.

Yes . Progressed to full loops smoothly .

Thanks for your answer.
Do you listen to them back to back or at different times?

Back to back . :slightly_smiling_face:

Completely understandable. Especially if there is a title that is working on some deep blockages and you listen to it before sleep.

I could understand how your schedule and everything makes it difficult. Easier said than done but try to be more patient with yourself and try to give yourself some kudos for trying to work through your hurdles.

Wow thats great.

Im still at 5m microloops for the 3 subs

5m isn’t a micro loop by far.
Anything between 30s and 2:59m is a micro loop.
Anything from 3m onwards is a regular loop.

Well, microloops can be as short as 10 seconds if the title is difficult to run for the user. Saint mentioned that in some thread, I don’t remember exactly.

That was the official answer from support when I asked about clarification about micro loop length. 30 seconds to 2:59.

Of course you can go lower.
And still get bombastic results.

That led me to call shorter loops quantum loops. Something smaller than micro.
I think @William who uses these kind of short loops pretty often has his own name for them.

I think those names are better.

I usually call anything <30s as aggressive microlooping or super short microloops, lol.
Scuffed but it gets the message across.

What about running your main titles for the full 15 mins 3 days a week and then doing 15 second micro loops twice a week ? Would that still be over exposure?

How many main and secondary ate you talking about here

This is how it has been going for me for the past few months:

Listening length: mostly <15s for DRR3 & WB, <30s for EE. I can’t get lower than this. I even resetted the playtime lower a few times.

I found myself unable to finish the new cycle without a sub that has no anti recon (before EE got updated). But now my results have been more consistent with less funny businesses after I took a 5 day break (the first quote) from the subs that haven’t been updated with anti recon, independent from EE.

EE DRR3 WB
EE DRR3 WB
EE
EE
EE DRR3 WB
EE DRR3 WB

Nothing conclusive yet. I need to get to the end of this cycle before I can say anything conclusive. But for now, either the anti recon or the break (or both) have been working so well that the results from DRR3 & WB have been noticeably better & more consistent than the last cycle when I tried the new experimental schedule.

Wonderful. I’ll be referring to this often.

I’m confused, are you saying that after overusing WB you saw no effect but when you didn’t listen to it for a while and then read the product description again got instant results? Or did you listen to it again at 30 seconds and got instant results?
