EXPERIMENTAL Microloop / ZPU Listening Instructions

These instructions are considered experimental and subject to change. They are provided for advanced users to test and provide feedback. Under no circumstances should these experimental instructions be used to justify overexposure or improper use of subliminal audio. As long as the individual is using the microloop strategy with diligence, focus and honesty in regards to their internal growth, it is designed to avoid overexposure. However, if you do feel like you have overexposed, simply take an extra rest day or two and proceed again at the proper listening time.

PLEASE READ: Safety Notices

At Subliminal Club, we’ve always embraced the idea of experimentation and customer choice. We still believe in those notions, but given the sheer power of titles built in Zero Point and to protect not only our company but the entire industry as a whole, we highly recommend that you adhere to the recommended listening pattern until you have a complete grasp on how Zero Point affects your life.

First and foremost: Do NOT listen to any Zero Point subliminal before or while driving, operating machinery, or any situation where special care / safety is needed. We accept no responsibility for use of our subliminal audio programs in these situations. These titles are extremely powerful and can have a “sedating” effect on some individuals. Given the fact that Zero Point titles run for only 15 minutes, there’s no need to rush and listen before entering a situation where feeling sleepy can cause potential safety issues. Again, please adhere to these instructions, even if you’ve never experienced sleepiness on a subliminal (including Zero Point) before.

Second: Do NOT overexpose yourself to Zero Point powered subliminals. By overexposure, we’re referring to listening to more than the recommend amount of loops. With Zero Point, less is more, hence why the following listening patterns contain so many rest days. The following listening patterns were evaluated by multiple testing cohorts — individuals who cover a wide and diverse spectrum of people, and we have confirmed with very high accuracy that these patterns will maximize the speed and profundity of results while greatly limiting side effects, like reconciliation.

With every purchase, we are including an additional audio file with an audible voice informing you that a new loop is beginning. To use this, create a playlist in your favorite audio player, then place this “warning” sound in-between each subliminal on the playlist. This will help prevent you from falling asleep and leaving the playlist on repeat.

The micro-loop technology, pioneered and developed by Subliminal Club is an absolute game changer in the field of subliminal audio. Our proprietary micro-loop technology allows us to cover a vast amount of topics within a single file, as well as increase customer choice to a new level.

Please Note: There is no need to try and “skip ahead.” The micro-loop technology is quite intricate, it does not consist of merely massive amounts of information. Each title is masterfully crafted according to the difficulty of the subject matter being processed, as observed through thousands of customer reports.

Every title also has different splits between the various quadrants of the title, they are not uniform from title to title.

Attempting to “guess” where they are and jump ahead is not advisable, as the titles are MADE with the micro-loop technology in mind. Jumping ahead may actually impede results, as each title is designed for the user to progressively work through, which we guarantee will help you generate incredible growth in your life.

For advanced users, the new listening schedule is adaptive, meaning the user — as long as they remain within the basic guidelines — has complete control over their listening experience, including how much they listen to on a given listening day. We will discuss this later in this section.

For those new to our products, or those wanting to follow the tested, official and approved guidelines that are guaranteed to generate results, we provide the following listening schedule:

We will be following the overall pattern of one listening day, followed by a day of rest. This means:

  • Day 1: Listening
  • Day 2: Rest
  • Day 3: Listening
  • Day 4: Rest

After 30 listening days a “washout” is required. This means after 30 days of active listening (don’t count the rest days), stop all input from subliminal audio for 5 days. The washout period is necessary to avoid long-term overexposure, as well as allowing all of your experiences to “settle” and integrate.

This change means that washouts will occur less, but there are more built in rest / integrate days built directly into the schedule, meaning there’s less of a need for a washout every 21 days.

It may be necessary with difficult titles to take more than one rest day in-between listening days, and that decision is up to the individual. In regards to counting the listening days, however, only the listening days contribute toward the “30 days of active listening.”

It is advisable from time to time, at the individual’s preference to add extra rest days. If the individual recognizes a need for it, this is fine. There is no issue in lowering exposure based on intuition. This can (as we have clearly seen) lead to improved results, as the individual is analyzing and utilizing information from their own inner state to determine what their “sweet spot” actually is.

As for the length of the loops, utilize the microloop technology to find your optimal “sweet spot,” the amount of exposure necessary to produce good results with minimal reconciliation.

On Day 1 of a new title, listen to no more than 30 seconds of a single loop. Yes, we know it sounds unbelievable, but you can visit our customer results forum to see that this strategy works, and it works well.

During the rest period, gauge your response to the title. If you are experiencing good results, on the next listening day (Day 3 in this example) you may proceed to listening to a full minute.

If you encounter recon during your rest day, please continue to listen to 30s on each listening day until no recon, or very little reconciliation is observable on the rest day.

Given the success of our new anti-reconciliation technology — which aims to help you discover and dissolve the root causes of your reconciliation, this will be MUCH easier to do.

This pattern of increasing exposure over time should follow this pattern: 30s, 1m, 3m, 7m, 15m (full loop).

By this, we mean that as you slowly increase your exposure, noting at which exposure tier where reconciliation occurs and staying at that listening exposure until reconciliation is no longer discernible during a rest day, you would increase exposure to the next interval.

So, if by day 7, you’ve progressed to 3 minutes and on day 8, there is no reconciliation — on day 9, you would listen to 7 minutes. Let us illustrate a potential situation of how this could look:

  • Day 1: Listening (30 seconds)
  • Day 2: No recon discernible.
  • Day 3: Listening (1 minute)
  • Day 4: No recon discernible.
  • Day 5: Listening (3 minutes)
  • Day 6: Experienced recon.
  • Day 7: Listening (1 minute*)

What has occurred here is on Day 5, the jump from 1 minute to 3 minutes triggered the reconciliation process.

Here, the user would return back to a single minute until the following rest day is clear enough to proceed.

** Note: Users can experiment with times that are less than the amount that triggered the recon, within reason. If 3 minutes triggers recon, you can test two minutes. Do not use this clause for advanced users to run 2 minutes and 59 seconds while claiming to reduce exposure.*

The reconciliation process is a naturally occurring outflow of accelerated growth. Circumventing this process, or pushing it to an extreme will not generate better results. The goal here is not intense accelerated growth, but rather a smooth journey of self-exploration and self-mastery, which leads to you achieving your goals.

Over time, you will be able to listen to the entire length of the loop with ease and little interruption. If you are working diligently on self-mastery and taking action, by the time you reach being able to listen to the entire file, you will have worked through an incredible amount of inner issues, which will lead to an outflow of extraordinary results.

Is it ZPU only? Or does it apply to older titles like AM, RICH, etc. too?

And also, is the new cycle 30 days of 26 days?

At the beginning it says 21 days of listening + 5 days of washout but later it says

After 30 listening days a “washout” is required. This means after 30 days of active listening (don’t count the rest days), stop all input from subliminal audio for 5 days. 30 days of active listening without counting rest days. That’s like 2 cycles without washout

It can be tested with any ZP title, but especially with the newer titles with the anti-recon tech.

My mistake. It has been fixed. Yes, it is:

The rest days are now spread out over the entire listening cycle (one day on, one day off), meaning there’s less of a need to bulk all the rest times together as long washouts. At least that’s what the testing shows. We’ll need more information to make a firm determination.

Yay guidelines! Lol

Wait, we have ZPU titles now? Or is New Wanted going to be the first one?

Thanks! I’ll try it with older titles: AM, RICH, Stark

In a 3 titles stack, does the same 1 title on a certain day (day 1) and 2 titles the following listening day (day 3) still applies or do we need to listen to 1 title max every listening day?

Like others said, is this ZPU only?

My understanding is currently its 21 day cycles with 5 day washouts, and the 21 day cycle also counts rest days right?

So:

So now it’s pretty much 30 listening sessions=1 cycle, then you take a washout?

And considering that taking extra rest days sounds like its encouraged(if experiencing heavy recon), then 1 cycle can easily take place over 75 days if I’m understanding it correct?

This is interesting. I have been thinking about doing something like this, going in cycles and then waving back down starting at a slightly longer time and going up again.

How many listening days are recommended to complete each stage of multi-stage titles?

But isn’t this exactly like the normal cycle, just way less washout/rest days overall?

So the schedule would look like this:

Day 1: Listening (Listening Day 1)
Day 2: Rest
Day 3: Listening (Listening Day 2)
Day 4: Rest
…
Day 59: Listening (Listening Day 30)
Day 60-64: 5 Washout Days
Day 65: Listening (Listening Day 1)
Day 66: Rest
Day 67: Listening (Listening Day 2)
…
Day 71: Listening (Listening Day 4)
Day 72: Rest
(34 Listening Days, 38 Rest + Washout Days)

Normal in comparison:
10 Listening Days, 9 Rest Days, 5 Washout Days per cycle, so 30 Listening Days, 42 Rest + Washout Days.

On a personal note: I am all for less Rest/Washout Days with the new anti-recon tech. Way quicker in processing.

Only these durations are strictly advised ?

Somewhat, but remember that you’re supposed to be using the progressive microloop strategy with this. That means starting with this:

Unless you are willing to commit to that strategy, please doing what you already are. @gdbdboy, you can play with the listening times as long as you are lowering exposure. You can also add more steps between 7m and 15m (like adding 9m, 11m, etc.)

We just have a hard enough time convincing people to test the microloop strategy in the first place. We knew that asking everyone to go from 7m to 9m to 11m, etc. would simply test everyone’s patience. Since most can already handle 15m (with recon), we figured that the person who could work from 30s to 7m would be able to handle the full loop.

One full cycle. 30 listening sessions. But, even with a multi-stage, you can do additional cycles of any stage you want (at least the newer multistagers following the tools-based method).

We have ZPU-lite titles. All of the recent releases are ZPU-lite. GLM, HERO, AEON, etc. I’ll compile an exact list later.

Will all the current existing titles go ZPU with anti recon tech or just the new releases?

Like DRR and stuff.

EDIT: Also, is the anti recon module the same thing as the anti recon in the newer titles you mention that already have it?

So, a washout every 2 months?
If the user uses 2 restdays in between, 3 months.

This is amazing.
I wonder since when the anti recon technology in ZPU reached such a capability.

Honestly, I’m very hesitant to give this a go, as I can start to feel the weight even with only 17 active days (9 listening days with 1 rest day in between). It’s not quite recon, but more of a subtle feeling of a weighing overload that messes with my performance & progressively gets more unbearable the closer I get to day 21. That only goes away after a washout.

But I’ll give it a try once my stack has been converted to all ZPU subs.

Those numbers are very specific.
So the jump between the lengths:

  • 30s(30s-1m)
  • 2m(1m-3m)
  • 4m(3m-7m)
  • 8m(7m-15m)

There seems to be a pattern.

We don’t have 5m anymore, and we have the 8m jump straight from 7m to 15m.

I wonder about the reasoning behind the increments here.
I’m guessing they are placed around where the scripting usually takes the depth up a notch.
Or it could be decided mostly from observation instead of placement of the scripting.

But maybe it is for the sake of having a simpler set of instructions for new users to follow.

Oh, that’s why, lol.

Yeah, tbh, it does feel like using increments when I’ve reached halfway through the sub is testing my patience. I usually just jump to 15m once I hit the 7m30s point too.

But I didn’t expect it to be the official recommendation, that was surprising. Though I can see the practical reasoning here.

@SaintSovereign since you said that to use the sub for 30 active listening days you need to use microloops, does it mean that once you built up to full loop, you need to go back to original 26 day cycles?

And if that’s the case, how to go about having multiple subs in the stack? Like, for one sub you do 15 min, for another you are at 7, for example.

Is this applicable to both zero point and major title customs?

@SaintSovereign can I ask you why you and others keep ignoring my questions lately?
