Which of the titles have the new anti recon tech and will all subs get it? Especially wealth titles?
IIRC anything since Emperor the Art of War including itself. Yes all titles will eventually have it.

Hero: Light that Blinds is in the “wealth” category at the shop and has anti-recon.
New Stark is coming soon and very likely to have anti-recon tech.
Also if you are interested in customs there is a free module at the Q shop.

IIRC, only titles contain anti-recon technology. Simple or essence modules don’t have it. Core of those titles probably have it too.
