I know these are experimental, and am will to experiment with them. I have come a long way with subliminals. And am sure they will impact me in a positive way, whether I notice them or not. (I have went in-depth, and have studied and researched about subliminal technology myself as well, infact created my own for my own self usage as an experiment as well)
Not seen any noticeable results so far with AEON and HERO, but its just the beginning. Lets see what happens ahead.

The error was that I forgot that its a rest day on Sunday, and heard the subliminal, and then I gave rest on Monday (which are scheduled for listening). So, basically it was a swap of 1 day.
