Custom without a core

Will a custom be effective without a core?

Every q custom comes with a mandatory core. Yes a custom will still work without a major title core.

Oh! Thanks. I didn’t know that

You could make a custom without a core, however, the modules would be aimless, in that, they’ll be general without a focus, direction, without a true objective; adding a core would serve the modules well. You would be cheating yourself. Someone Correct me if I am incorrect.

I believe this question was answered by Fire or Saint somewhere around here.

In either case, I would think that they would build it for you if you wish to experiment.

you are right I feel

except one case: one already has (like me) 3 customs, with 9 cores, and maybe one day decides the modules look cool so let’s include 20 modules in another custom

I really dont know how I’ll deal in the future with this playlist being full thing, want to keep listening to all these xd but let’s see, for now a year with all these, then we see maybe a new format etc comes

well said!

I’m guessing you mean by a core:

Khan or Stark or Emperor or Primal Seduction…

Is that what you’re asking?

Those and any module with Core in it. Like Limitless Q Core, Dragon Reborn ST1 Core, Ecstasy of Gold ST3 Core, Survival Instinct Q Core, etc

Bump to @mecharc

@RVconsultant
sorry for the late reply.

By core i mean all the modules that have core written after them:

ie. Daredevil Core, Emperor Q Core.

These are only to name a few

I don’t know. Would be interesting for stacking with major programs or creating very specialised light weight customs.

I have a Universal Results Enhancement custom which was pretty carefully designed to enhance any other custom I run it with. It works pretty well. That said, I wouldn’t stick a bunch of modules that do this that and the other thing in a custom.

Okay thank you for clarifying.

So will a custom be effective without a core module? It should!

Just post what you want to do, and we can comment.

If I build an Ultima (without the Paragon core) like this:

  1. A/SPS: Eyesight
  2. A/SPS: Hearing
  3. Epigenetics & DNA Modulator

If I had a hearing or eye problem, I would do something like this. Maybe add The Architect, Asclepius, and Yggdrasil.

Built the following Ultima 2 days ago. Waiting for it to arrive:

  • Paragon Complete Ultima Core
  • A/SPS: Eyesight
  • A/SPS: Hearing
  • Epigenetics & DNA Modulator

Thought of something like this for a future custom.
But I think I would have:

  • Deus
  • Omnidimensional
  • Epigenetics & DNA Modulator
  • A/SPS: Eyesight
  • A/SPS: Hearing
  • Asclepius or Paragon Complete Ultima Core

I wonder how effective a custom would be with:

  • Mosaic
  • Deus
  • Omnidimensional
  • Epigenetics & DNA Modulator
  • Tyrant
  • Yggdrasil

…to use as boost for regular stack?

Thanks for clarifying. I’ve been away for a bit, and I don’t remember everything I read.

That’s a nice one.

I don’t remember who but someone else had tried an idea similar to this. Was successful I think

Hope all is well, my friend
