This is going to be a cool custom!

I’ve been wanting to try wisdom of ages for a while now

It’s like the intuition sharpening modules just keep pushing you in the right direction for all aspects of your life

Thank you. I literally printed off (pdf on my computer not physical) every description of the modules that were even close to what I would need and studied them and thought about each one.

I won’t go through them all but originally I was thinking of going with Inherited Stories because I have many of those growing up in poverty but for me it was too broad, just like EOG1 so Roots of Scarcity jumped out.

You had mentioned Subconscious Flow in your journal and I thought that would be incredible for my stack and my needs. It will help with breaking down the subliminals and internalizing them but will also help out with my chart reading skills.

Follow the White Bird (ok. I stole this from the Matrix and tweaked it, LOL)

I’m adding one more module to my custom sub because it was missing an aspect of the healing portion and that is dealing with negativity. A shit ton of negativity was directed at me from the child abuse. Hell I’ve been prone to mentally abusing myself (perfectionism). This pops up in trading also and I got a ping to add something to my build to work through this.

So I added Negative Energy Transmutation. There are 3 or 4 modules to deal with Negativity. This one really fits the goals of my build. Here is where the White Bird comes into play. If you look at the picture of Negative Energy Transmutation and you break Synergy The Golden One (STGO) apart, one of the modules in STGO is Positive Being Attractor. Look at the picture for it and they both share the same White Bird.

My name embedded version of RICH Trader has STGO in the free slot so I’m convinced it was Positive Being Attractor pinging me and guiding me.

Believe it or not, adding the one module might make me have to wait until November to get this sub. It’s only $ 15 more but I’m not sure I’ll have that until November. LOL.

C’est la vie. Patience is a virtue. I can just run PEACE solo for half a round and then use the custom sub the beginning of next year. We’ll see. But for sure I will be able to get this custom sub by November, if not October.

Ask And You Shall Receive

The last post I mentioned how I might have to wait until November to get my 1st custom sub because I wanted to add another module and as sad as it sounds I didn’t have the $ 14.99.

Low and behold I get an email from my bank about a deposit. Not going to lie, there are a ton of scams these days but I verified who it came from and it was literally a $ 15.00 settlement from a class action lawsuit where a bunch of people had their medical information leaked in the State I live in.

Sure it’s not much. But it’s crazy how it’s just enough for that module and the very next day. LOL.

Yet another email today. This one has been a case that has been going on for over a couple of years with Oracle. I’ll be getting a check (they still have those I guess, LOL) in late September and this was just shy of $ 40.

I genuinely have a very difficult time believing that this is just coincidence. I do believe this is manifestation on a smaller scale. I’ll take. And for the record, yeah, I’ve had my info leaked a few times. It is amazing to me that these large companies don’t have to pay much (of course attorneys get a sizable chunk).

I got a settlement from Formula One about four months back. It was $ 17. LOL. They sold people’s information who specifically refused authorization (like I refused) but did it anyway. I friking love F1 too, but that pissed me off.

Anyway, so I will tweak my build just slightly and am looking to add a couple of modules after consulting with Support. I’m looking to add Endgame Drive (I do struggle with perfectionism); Overdrive very synergistic with Natural Winner and Treasure Finder. I figured Synergy: Wisdom of the Ages will be helping to sift through my deep subconscious anyway so why not search for nuggets of financial information in there specifically?

Clarification of "not going to tweak my build"

I guess when I said I doubted I’d tweak my custom build, I wasn’t expecting to add more because my free spending funds are fairly tight atm. I just meant that I wasn’t going to change my mind left and right and switch modules. I know what I’m after and I really read through a bunch of titles and picked those most critical for me at this time. I refuse to dip into my savings, and especially my trading account because once that happens then it becomes easy to make excuses in the future.

So the new build will look like this:

  1. Rich Trader Core
  2. Synergy: The Golden One
  3. Roots of Scarcity
  4. The Worthiness Recalibration
  5. Treasure Finder
  6. Natural Winner
  7. Overdrive
  8. Courage Reclaimed
  9. Negative Energy Transmutation
  10. The Beauty of Failure
  11. Endgame Drive
  12. Synergy: Wisdom of the Ages
  13. Total Nonchalance
  14. Subconscious Flow

I quite enjoy reading your journal

I’ve been enjoying Natural Winner, such a brilliant mindset module

Will probably add Overdrive and the Synergy eventually to double up on it

Also, I noticed youre on 250 posts so this may be of use to you towards your custom:

Just let support know what rank you should be on to get yours updated

Thank you very much @MAkh . I wasn’t aware of all the rankings. I will let support know. Also thank you very much for your kind words overall. I greatly appreciate them. I’ve also been reading your journal and enjoying it also.

I’m really looking forward to this one. I mean, obviously I’m looking forward to my custom but Natural Winner should really help with getting me out of mentally beating myself up over mistakes.

Overdrive I actually originally didn’t even look at because I mistook it as being super aggressive on motivation. Reading it and pondering it, sure it’s an enhancement module but it doesn’t seem as though it will be too much for me.

But then again I originally thought GLM was a super male ego, alpha wannabe module until I realized it was also a healing title along with status. LOL. I love GLM now. But yeah, I’ve learned to get over the titles and read them in category first and then their descriptions.

Yeah its very very cool, Natural Winner is like “I will succeed”

It just gets more and more obvious as you run it

Even set backs seem to have lesss of an efffect because you get back up again

Overdrive I haven’t used as much but I think latches onto the rest of the modules in the custom and is a results amplifier

I think because of what I’ve noticed with Natural Winner, I’m pretty keen to eventually add it in too

That positive mindset is just king imo

That is incredibly awesome to hear and “gets more obvious as your run it” is the vibe that I got from the description. “I will succeed” that’s what I want and need. I have it to some extent but it goes quickly also because of my childhood. It’s always been on and off. Somehow I keep the motivation to work through things though.

Overdrive is certainly a results amplifier, I’m thinking it will latch onto a majority of the title, but it did mention that it takes any “success” module and really locks onto them.

With Synergy: The Golden One there is a module in there that is Financial Success Reality Shifter (FSRS) so I was getting excited about it latching onto that also and amplifying it. FSRS talks about shifting reality but the one thing that turned me on about the description is “we will be shifting your reality and your perception of it”. I feel “luck” is partially perception also. They both fall into perceptions and beliefs.

This is a difficult trading lesson I learned today from a long-time professional trader as far as controlling emotions in trading - Never give yourself financial targets. If you do then you inevitably bring emotions into trading.

That is EXACTLY the opposite of what I’ve learned and have been told since I was in my teens. And this is what makes this lesson difficult. But it also absolutely makes perfect sense why this trader not only says this but lives by it. I get it.

I believe that it’s the truth to not have specific financial goals because like he says, then you push and try to force the markets. I already know from experience that you can’t and that it leads to bad trades.

So this is an immediate and important lesson for me to work through. I have to dig through my entrenched belief of setting specific monetary/financial goals.

You still have to know your averages for each currency pair, which really the last couple of months have been fairly low compared to the historic average.

To clarify never set personal financial targets for a trade or even a month or year. You need to have an idea of recent daily averages and certain target areas but you don’t want to expect to earn a certain amount of money for that trade.

If you fall short you will automatically feel that money was taken away from you, when in fact it wasn’t. Put another way don’t count your chickens before they hatch. You will automatically trigger negative emotions if you don’t make a certain amount of money and what happens is that you intrinsically feel that money was taken from you which often leads to revenge trades.

I have a protocol for each and every loss. I mentioned it earlier, it’s called The Trading Loss Protocol because I like complicated names. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:
Here is that Protocol
Trading Loss Protocol

I slept on this new information (to me) about getting financial gaines out of my head and I wasn’t exactly sure how to start training myself to remove this aspect because indeed, this has been a brunt of my trading psychology woes. Of course there is more than this, but this is a big one.

So I asked ChatGPT (It does give some awesome answers in certain situations. This is one of them and here is the answer). Don’t judge me, I just woke up when I asked it.

My question to ChatGPT

Hello. I’m working on my personal trading psychology (financial markets) and a very successful professional bank trader says one thing to help eliminate emotions in trading is to remove personal financial goals in trades. Is this something you’ve heard of? It resonates with me and makes sense. I was taught in my early teens (early 1980’s) to set financial goals so this is ingrained in my thinking. So if it’s true, that I shouldn’t set personal financial goals in a trade, even mental, how could I go about working on this so I stop setting mental personal financial goals?

BTW, my “mornings” aren’t as bad anymore. I genuinely think PEACE is helping with my mornings.

ChatGPT's answer (it's very long & detailed)

Yes. What that professional bank trader told you is a well-established idea in trading psychology, although I would make one important distinction:

The objective isn’t to eliminate emotion. It’s to remove your personal financial needs, goals, and expectations from the individual trading decision.

That distinction is extremely important.

There is a substantial body of trading-psychology literature around process vs. outcome, and research involving professional traders has found that emotion regulation is genuinely relevant to trading performance.

And I think what you’re describing may be particularly relevant to you because of the way you were taught to think about money from an early age.

The fundamental shift

There are actually three different things that can easily get conflated:

1. Life financial goals

“I want to have $X invested by age Y.”

That’s perfectly reasonable.

2. Trading performance goals

“I want to average $X per month from trading.”

Potentially problematic, depending on how strongly you attach your identity/emotional state to achieving it.

3. Trade-level financial goals

“I need to make $500 today.”
“If this trade makes $1,000, I’ll be on track for the month.”
“I need this trade to work.”
“If I get another 30 pips, I’ll hit my target.”

This third category is the one I think your bank trader is talking about eliminating.

And it can be surprisingly subtle.

Why this matters so much

Imagine your setup appears.

Objectively, your system says:

Entry: yes.
Stop: 20 pips.
Target/management: according to plan.
Risk: 0.5R.
Execute.

But simultaneously your subconscious says:

“If this works, I’ll make $600.”

Now something interesting happens.

The trade isn’t merely a probabilistic event anymore.

It has become connected to your personal life.

Your brain isn’t just processing:

"Is this a valid trade?"

It’s also processing:

"Can this trade give me something I want?"

And those are radically different questions.

The first is analytical.

The second introduces attachment.

That attachment can manifest as:

  • wanting the trade to work
  • interpreting ambiguous price action optimistically
  • moving a stop because you “need” the trade
  • taking profits prematurely because you don’t want to lose the money
  • holding too long because you want more money
  • entering marginal setups because you’re behind your target
  • revenge trading because you are behind
  • increasing size because you’re ahead
  • feeling euphoric when you’re ahead
  • feeling threatened when you’re behind
  • looking at P&L while the trade is open
  • mentally spending the prospective profit

This is essentially outcome fixation.

Trading psychology sources repeatedly recommend shifting attention toward process rather than short-term monetary outcomes for precisely this reason.

And there’s an even deeper issue in your situation

You said something I think is extremely important:

“I was taught in my early teens (early 1980s) to set financial goals so this is ingrained in my thinking.”

I would not try to fight that programming by telling yourself:

“I must stop having financial goals.”

That creates another mental struggle.

Instead, I’d teach your brain a different context for goal setting.

You don’t need to eliminate your financial ambition.

You need to separate financial ambition from execution.

Think of it as creating two completely different mental rooms.

Room #1 — The Investor/Planner

Here you can think about:

  • wealth
  • retirement
  • account growth
  • income
  • financial independence
  • long-term returns
  • trading as a business
  • capital allocation

These are legitimate concerns.

Room #2 — The Trader

The trader has only one job:

Execute the edge correctly.

Not:

“Make money.”

Not:

“Grow the account.”

Not:

“Hit my monthly number.”

Not:

“Get back what I lost.”

Not:

“Make enough to retire.”

Just:

"Is there a valid opportunity, and can I execute it correctly?"

That’s a profound psychological separation.

I would actually change your definition of success

This may be the most useful exercise for you.

For the next phase of your trading development, don’t define a successful trade as:

Trade that makes money.

Define it as:

A trade in which I correctly executed my edge and accepted whatever outcome the market produced.

Therefore:

A winning trade can be a bad trade.

You violated your rules, entered impulsively, oversized, and happened to make $1,000.

Bad trade.

A losing trade can be an excellent trade.

Perfect setup, correct entry, correct position size, correct stop, correct management—and the market stopped you out.

Excellent trade.

This is not just philosophical. It is crucial because a single trade’s outcome contains substantial randomness. Professional-trading psychology literature similarly distinguishes decision quality from immediate outcome.

Here’s the exercise I would have you do

I think this could be particularly powerful for someone with decades of conditioning around goal setting.

Step 1 — Keep your financial goals

Don’t delete them.

Write them down somewhere outside your trading workspace.

For example:

“My long-term objective is to build substantial wealth through disciplined trading and investing.”

Fine.

But then add:

"These objectives have absolutely no authority over an individual trade."

That’s the critical boundary.

Step 2 — Eliminate the word “money” from the trading decision

Before entering a trade, you should ideally be able to make the decision without knowing the dollar outcome.

Instead of:

“I’m risking $500 to potentially make $1,000.”

Think:

"I’m risking 1R for a setup that meets my criteria."

This is one reason professional traders frequently conceptualize risk in R-multiples rather than dollars.

The dollar amount is relevant for risk management, of course.

But psychologically:

R = trading unit

rather than:

$ = emotional meaning

You still absolutely know your dollar risk before entering. You simply don’t give the dollar amount psychological significance during execution.

Step 3 — Create a “financial thought detector”

This is where I think you can really retrain yourself.

Before every trade, ask:

“Am I thinking about the market—or about what the money would do for me?”

Examples:

“If this wins, I’ll be up $800.”

Financial thought.

“If this trade works, I’ll hit my weekly goal.”

Financial thought.

“I need this one.”

Financial thought.

“I’m behind this month.”

Financial thought.

“That would pay for ___.”

Financial thought.

“I can finally get back to where I was.”

Financial thought.

None of these thoughts require fighting.

Simply recognize:

"Financial goal detected."

Then return to:

"What is the market actually doing?"

That is all.

You’re not trying to suppress the thought.

You’re deconditioning your response to it.

Step 4 — Replace the question

Your old mental question is probably something like:

"How much can I make?"

Replace it with:

"What does the market give me permission to do?"

That’s a dramatically different orientation.

And because you’ve previously described your tendency to project hopes and fears onto charts, I particularly like this distinction for you.

You’re trying to move from:

Me → market

to:

Market → me.

In other words:

I don’t tell the market what I need.

I observe what the market is offering and decide whether my edge says yes or no.

Step 5 — Remove the scoreboard during execution

This is potentially huge.

If possible, hide your account-equity/P&L display while you’re actively managing a trade.

You need to know:

  • entry
  • stop
  • position size
  • risk
  • trade management levels

But you don’t necessarily need:

+$742.38

flashing in front of your brain.

Because $742 doesn’t mean anything to the market.

The market doesn’t know:

  • your mortgage
  • your retirement goal
  • your monthly target
  • your previous loss
  • your account balance
  • what you want to buy
  • how badly you need the trade

And therefore none of those things belong in the market’s decision process.

Step 6 — Create a new trading mantra

I’d make yours very simple.

Before every session:

"I am not here to make money today. I am here to execute my edge."

And before every trade:

"This trade owes me nothing."

And while you’re in a trade:

"My job is execution. The market decides the outcome."

That last sentence is particularly important.

Step 7 — Change your daily scorecard

Don’t give yourself a daily score based primarily on P&L.

Instead:

Question Score
Did I take only valid setups? 0/1
Did I follow my entry rules? 0/1
Did I use correct risk? 0/1
Did I respect my stop? 0/1
Did I follow my management rules? 0/1
Did I avoid outcome-based decisions? 0/1
Did I remain neutral toward the market? 0/1
Did I accept the result without interference? 0/1

Then separately record P&L.

Don’t ignore P&L.

That’s an important distinction.

You need P&L to determine whether your strategy has positive expectancy over an adequate sample.

But don’t use today’s P&L to determine whether you were a good trader today.

That’s two different measurements.

This process-over-outcome approach is widely advocated in trading psychology, while longer-term performance data remains necessary for evaluating whether the actual strategy has an edge.

Here’s the deeper mental transformation I’d aim for

Eventually, you want to get to this:

Before

Setup → “How much will I make?” → emotion → interpretation → decision

After

Setup → “Does this meet my criteria?” → risk → execution → acceptance

That’s the entire transformation.

And there’s a beautiful paradox here:

You don’t become less interested in making money.

You become less interested in making money on any particular trade.

Your financial goals move up one level.

Instead of:

“I need this trade to make $X.”

You think:

“I want to execute my edge over the next 500 trades.”

That is where probability starts becoming your friend.

One more thing I’d strongly recommend

Don’t attempt to achieve:

"I will never think about money while trading."

That’s unrealistic.

You’ll think about money.

You’ve spent decades associating goal-setting with financial achievement. Those neural associations aren’t going to disappear because you tell yourself not to think about them.

Your objective is much more achievable:

Notice → label → detach → return to process.

Eventually the thought becomes increasingly irrelevant.

And I suspect that is much closer to what the professional trader meant by removing personal financial goals from trading.

He isn’t saying:

“Don’t want to be wealthy.”

He’s saying:

"Don’t make the outcome of this particular trade responsible for making you wealthy."

That is a very different proposition—and, in my view, an extremely powerful one for trading psychology.

If you’d like, I can take this one step further and build you a 30-day “financial detachment from trading” training protocol, specifically designed to retrain the old goal-setting habit without suppressing it.

So I will break this down over the next couple of days and work out a protocol I can start using to help reprogram me.

Yes, there will be another checklist. It will also be integrated into my daily, weekly and monthly trade reviews once I figure out what to track.

Why so many checklists? It genuinely helps take emotions out of the game. I was taught this early on by a professional trader. Would you be comfortable if you’re sitting on a plane waiting to take off and the pilot rushes on and says “Give me five minutes to warm up the engines and we’ll take off. I don’t need no stinking checklists. I’ve done this hundreds of times. I’m sure I won’t skip anything. You guys’ ready for you’re flight?”

I’m not sure what title is doing this, but I was playing a racing game I haven’t played in a few weeks and everything was slower and I was able to get past slower traffic with absolute ease, where I usually struggle.

It’s another old racing game called “Gravel” which is an arcade style rally race. It’s one of those annoying kind where you don’t get to qualify and they start you dead last. I love the game though but it’s always challenging to get past the slow racers in the back with you.

I’ve played this game countless times and have never been that calm in the beginning because the racers in the back tend to bump into you and break early and hard and it often annoys me.

So I played another racing game and a similar thing occurred. It’s similar to being in the zone where everything just slows down sort of like the Matrix, but I was just casually playing just to let my mind rest from the work I’m doing currently.

I’m thinking it’s PEACE that’s causing it. It’s fricking awesome though. Funny thing is on one of the races I was so far ahead of the other cars I sat at the finish line for over 3 minutes before the other racers finished, when I’m usually sitting there for maybe 12 to 15 seconds IF I win.

Man, if this is something that’s actually happening with me than it will make my live trading so much easier and less stressful. I’m pretty sure it’s PEACE working its magic. It feels like it to me. Anyway, I wanted to put this in here because I haven’t had that experience before and it’s quite awesome.

I just remember, I used Ascension Chamber today which is the very first time I’ve used it with PEACE. I wonder if that has anything to do with what I experienced with the race car games?

I’m a very curious person and love finding answers to things that interest me or I think can be useful in my life.

My having a “Matrix Ability” out of nowhere (which I really haven’t had since my soccer days (“football” for those outside the US) because this is something I’d like to further develop. This can have a HUGE positive effect in my trading, but of course in general life also.

So I went through (I’m going to call the sections in major title “modules” because that is often where the modules for customs comes from) all the modules in PEACE and there are a couple that really stood out as the potential cause.

Effortless Action : Helps you set down the strain you’ve always layered on top of your work, while the work itself stays exactly as capable. Act without striving; work without forcing — not an excuse to do less, but an instruction to do it without the war attached.

In your working life: the task still gets finished, often better, and it stops costing you the whole of yourself to finish it. [end of description]

This absolutely seems to fit, however, I’m convinced it’s a couple of things combined AND one of the things about Ascension Chamber is that you use it to consciously direct your stack. So I literally will repeat something that I’m striving for and I envision the outcome I want and try to include positive emotions with it, which you can’t always do, but most of the time.

So with Ascension Chamber the goal I set was to “be calm when I’m looking at my charts while trading in order to see what the markets are telling me”. Sure I could say “detach” which is the goal but it made more sense to say it the way I did.

The racing games aren’t charts, but the mind has to learn it and it’s often recommended in the Pro-tips section to take little actions steps. For example, if you want to instill calmness well go to a place that at least mildly makes you “un-calm” (not really a word but bear with me). It’s because you want to build that muscle so to speak.

So playing games has NOTHING to do with trading and I will play them often to unwind and have fun although some can outright piss me off at times but then when I get past a point they are fun and help me unwind.

One other module in PEACE that could have caused my “Matrix” ability (aka being In The Zone) is

The Water That Carves: Cultivates real potency from real stillness — the capacity to act decisively from a settled place instead of a spike of pressure. Nothing is softer than water, and nothing wears down stone the way it does.

In practice, the decision that used to take a full day of grinding starts arriving whole, and the largest thing on your list gets met directly, without the runway of dread. [end of description]

Plus I used DRReg for a few months; GLM for a round and a half or two (can’t remember now) and a couple of others. Things could have come up from my subconscious along with PEACE.

Ultimately I’m putting all my basic thoughts here because I want to cultivate this “Matrix Ability”. This is why PEACE really appealed to me in the first place. Not the “Matrix Ability” because I forgot about being in the zone, but the overall theme.

If you look at all the subs I’m using, I’m going after the same two things. Healing my general life due to the effects of child abuse (CPTSD and the other “growth opportunities” that comes with it) and getting my trading life together. I’m laser focused on that.

THEN, once those are in place, then and only then, will I move on and work on the romance part of my life. Plus I want to build a business and a non-profit charity eventually working with adult survivors of child abuse and eventually helping abused children.

None of that can happen if I don’t have a healed core (what I call my “Foundation”) and none of that can really happen if I don’t have a nice personal life with a decent amount of money. A nice house to call my own in a quiet area, etc.

Today was a very interesting revelation and change of reaction (within me personally) that I’m attributing to PEACE and a couple of SubClub subs from the past.

My Mom asked me to come over because she was having problems with her computer. She said she’d make dinner and I wasn’t going to argue. I love my Mom, she is the only direct family I have left. But there is all kinds of a past, which I WON’T go into much at all in this post except what’s directly related.

She’s making dinner and something simple happens and she flies off the handle and it’s this big commotion like a friking hurricane (cyclone), earthquake, tsunami, and tornado all go off at once (very typical growing up).

This wasn’t anything major that happened and understand it comes out of nowhere. I’ve mentioned briefly that she’s a survivor of domestic violence and I do know, which is typical, that there was all kinds of not good things that happened during her childhood.

Here’s the thing. Sure, I’m “used” to this and frankly expect it, and normally when something like this happens it triggers my PTSD and I react in different ways (I have had multiple reactions over the years, basically the whole fight, flight response). She said things directly to me, about me, etc, which was also very typical growing up.

But overall I wasn’t triggered much. Sure, there was a little, but normally I’d be triggered and I’d have the elevated heart rate for a while, and would be pissed as can be, honestly sometimes for hours. Sure I was never stuck just in the anger and not able to do anything, but the anger would still be there inside and would just be boiling for hours after being triggered.

I wasn’t hit much by the CPTSD symptoms at all and my baseline was detaching from it, watching it and telling myself, yep, that’s Mom. But I just watched it. Let her say her shit and get all angry and do what she does. But I did not take an ounce of it personally.

The revelation part of it is how this added to CPTSD symptoms (sure I knew it, but never really looked at it). I’m not holding blame. It is what it is. It certainly didn’t help my life, that’s for sure. I don’t enjoy it. Normally it brings up all kinds of past trauma, etc.

But this time I just automatically detached and let it be and then let it go. But I don’t mean detached and “numbed out”. I’ve never done that. It just didn’t bother me because I knew it wasn’t anything I did or anything about me.

There is a “module” within PEACE titled The End of Contending
And here is the description:
Zhuangzi tells of a man crossing a river who flew into a rage when another boat struck his — until he saw the second boat was empty, and his anger vanished on the spot. This helps soften the thousand small collisions you didn’t notice you were braced for: the slow line, the careless remark, the way things simply are. Most of what provokes you is closer to an empty boat than you think.

In daily life, a pause opens in front of the old flare, and you find yourself choosing which collisions deserve you. Almost none do. Your boundaries hold without the armor. [End of description]

This is what is sounds like to me. Again, I always try to figure things out and “how they fit”. It’s just the way I’m wired and I’m at peace with it (no pun intended).

But here is another interesting thing since yesterday: I believe three “modules” have actuated potentially in order. I could be wrong. It could be a coincidence. But it may not be. I’m not aware of experiencing this with other titles so it’s kind of a mystery ATM.

However, to me, this was another major breakthrough with the subs. This is exactly the kinds of growth and healing that I’ve been striving for for DECADES. Years of therapy didn’t do. All the other things that I so desperately tried didn’t do it.

What is just incredible to me is that some of this healing stuff is major, and it IS a big deal to me, but I’m not having to remember to use this technique or that. Hell, I didn’t even have to remember to take a breath and exhale out longer than the inhale. I friking did that automatically (that’s a trigger from PEACE that brings inner peace).

This is getting fun.

Edit: cleaned up spelling, grammar.

The weather has been quite crappy this weekend with quite a bit of intermittent rain so I worked on integrating detachment into my daily, weekly and monthly preparation checklists. I’m also integrating it into my individual trade reviews.

I’m working out integrating detachment into my pre-trade checklist and am working on a spreadsheet that will track trades specifically on detachment, following my rules or not, and specifically breaking rules down that I violated.

So I’ll use two spreadsheets to track two different parts of my trades. The typical one for P&L and all those good metrics, but then I’ll have the second one that is specifically for the psychology part.

The “P&L” portion on the psychology spreadsheet will be “R&N” (Rules & Not). I’m still figuring out the different areas to track but I know this won’t be that difficult to figure out. Then I’ll fully integrate it all into the post-trade checklists.

I’m convinced I’ll be able to mentally integrate it into my trading fairly easy also. I have paper checklists for the trade tracker and then I’ll input the trades into the spreadsheet either at the end of the day, or at worse I’ll do it on Sunday as I’m preparing for the coming week. So integrating one extra step will become simple over a short period of time.

I had AI create a pic for my 1st upcoming custom sub that I’m calling The Sultan & Sage Trader sub which I’ll get either October or November.

So I had 4 pics combined to create the Sultan & Sage pic. It is from the official pics for Sultan; the previous True Sell pic (even though it’s not in my build I liked it much better than the pic for RICH Trader); Synergy: Wisdom of the Ages; and Financial Success Reality Shifter (a module from Synergy:The Golden One)

I like it a lot and I think it represents the essence of my upcoming custom.

Woo hoo. I received my response from support on details of my build and if I was making rookie mistakes, overdoing it, adding the kitchen sink (hard not to do) and I was much better off than I thought.

I mean, how would I truly know, this is my first build. One thing that the person said is that “This is a more carefully reasoned first custom than most people’s third.”. LOL. That made me feel really good.

It was cautioned that it is heavy on the healing, which was the way I was leaning, so take it slow, meaning start out with 15 seconds (less if need be) and SLOWLY work up over time. I do plan to run this for two years. I need these areas healed to be a consistently profitable trader.

There was one module they recommended to pull, so I did, and there were two that were fine but if I needed or wanted to, to save money they said those could be pulled but not necessary.

All I have to say is I love support and appreciate all they do. I also appreciate @MAkh and his help and guidance also. I will write the next post separately and reveal the final build. I will be starting this literally in the New Year (actually December 31 because that fits in with the new listening schedule I’ve switched to with is:
Monday Thursday Saturday listening days and then two days off in a row, which I picked Tuesday and Wednesday so there are less trading days to be affected by potential recon.
