Alexander The R.I.C.H. Trader

4th day of my washout. I had a very interesting and vivid dream last night. I won’t go into details but essentially I was “fighting the man”, which has been a common theme for me since I was a child.

What I mean by “fighting the man” is any oppressive force, whether it’s government, dick heads, etc. Basically anyone having more power than me who is trying to control me.

Last night’s dream had a very vivid beginning, problem and resolution. “The man” was a judge who heard my side of the struggle, my feelings, my defense, etc and I was freed of the “oppression”. And was told that I’m a “free man” and to go and “conquer the world and myself”. Which was very interesting to hear. BTW, the “judge” was no one I know. Just a random “judge” that didn’t remind me of anyone in particular.

Obviously my subconscious is working hard. I’m directing it also so it’s not as though I hit play on the subliminals and do nothing. But it was an interesting dream nonetheless and one that hit home in a positive way.

My best friend and I chatted tonight and his CAT scan results were devastating. He has stage 4 prostate cancer (which means it’s spread all around his body) and it’s rated 9/10 (we don’t use a system like that in the US, stages yes, but not how advanced in a 10 system) anyway it means it’s very spread and very advanced.

However, he’s genuinely at peace with it all and was frankly in very good spirits. He’s not bullshitting me because we’ve known each other for over 15 years and I’ve seen and heard him go through most emotions including the death of his youngest brother from COVID.

Oddly, they are still giving him surgery but he was sent home with a will & testament kit and info on how to cope with possible end of life. We talked about quite a bit, including spiritual and religious matters and reminisced about our friendship. We’ll talk again just before his surgery, which of course they bumped the schedule around considerably since his case is so serious. It’s going to be in about 4 or five weeks.

It doesn’t mean his life is over, but it’s not a bed of roses either. The odds are stacked against him and his back is to the wall, but it’s not taking away his spirit, which I was most grateful about. I’ve never seen him in a situation like this so wasn’t sure how he would handle it.

He is genuinely very Stoic about it. He even said that it’s out of his hands and all he can do is stay positive and keep his faith, which he has. He hasn’t even used any subliminals, even though he’s noticed positive effects with me using them over the last few months.

He genuinely asked how I was doing as far as how I’m handling it all. Typical of my best friend, but honestly, I would l have done the same if I was in his shoes. True friends genuinely care for each other and boost each other up, no matter what.

Day 6 of my washout. Incredibly interesting and vivid dream last night that was a first for me. In this dream I had a problem within myself and resolved my own issue. I’m not talking about having a lucid dream, just me resolving an issue within my own mind in my dream.

I know this means something because for pretty much my whole life I’ve been fighting everything outside of me in my dreams, and life frankly. It’s always outside forces, even though I know and believe in the subconscious and have been doing self work for ages.

This seems like such a small and insignificant thing but I know this subtle shift isn’t subtle at all. I felt that also when I woke up, which I did right after this dream was resolved.

In this dream my struggles (what I was dealing with in this particular dream) were believed to be internal, worked on internally and resolved internally. No outside influence. No outside problems. No victimhood. This is the problem. It’s my problem now, right or wrong. It’s for me to resolve. And I did.

I just wanted to put this here in my journal because I’m convinced this is a major event for me.

Day 7 of my washout (sort of day 8 since I’m up fairly late). I was reading over R.I.C.H. Trader and realized that one of the main things I’ve been working on, and felt the need to work on, is what is referred in the description as Discipline Architecture (building systems and habits that make following your rules the path of least resistance, eliminating impulsive trades, revenge trading (my loss protocol) and the rule violations that destroy accounts.

Another aspect from the description that I’ve been go over, mostly subconsciously but I was aware of it being worked on is Long Term Thinking (Developing the professional patience and sustainability mindset (my system for reducing decision fatigue) that measures success in years, not days, and builds careers rather than chasing quick wins).

I have one more rest day and then I start my new round which includes Limitless Executive because I’m going to be refining my chart reading skills and also fine tuning my entry and exit points. I’m really looking forward to this next round and the next two months. I’m actually feeling excitement which I haven’t felt with trading in quite some time.

But I’m taking tomorrow off to relax (it’s actually today but since I’m staying up late than it’s my tomorrow) and then I’ll start going through some trading videos to relearn some things.

I’d highly recommend that, you set daily limits for losses, profits, and the maximum number of trades. It helps prevent overtrading and revenge trading. (On the brokers service/software)

Once you’ve gotten used to it, adjust it slowly, if you make more profit increase profit limit by $100, and reverse for loses. It’s how I’ve stopped myself now.

If you want a good group of people who actually trade and seem like they are trying to make it check out r/RealDayTrading. These aren’t like WSB or Day trading etc. They engrave all the information you would realistically need.

Thank you Moon. Yes I actually have that in place. I’ll share a pearl that I came across a few months ago that is pure gold. It’s what I’ve taken on as my loss protocol. I don’t claim to have written but it is a protocol that I tweaked for me and is in place now.

Trading Loss Protocol
(Do this after ALL losing trades)

10 Minute Reset

  1. As soon as a losing trade is closed set a timer for 10 minutes
  2. Put your phone on airplane mode to eliminate any distractions
  3. Minimize all windows in your trading platform
  4. Physically walk away from your trading desk
  5. Perform 30 fast Shadowbox Punches and 10 kicks. Pretend you are beating the tar
out of someone you felt was a threat to you in your childhood, and say to yourself
    “I release this loss”.
  6. If the loss angers you too much go outside. Take a short walk if it’s possible.
  7. Sit down away from your trading desk, breath slowly and ask yourself 3
    questions.
    A) “What did the market actually do?” Remove your personal narrative. Was there
a valid setup according to your rules or did you force a trade?
    B) “Did I follow my plan?” If yes than this is just a cost of doing business. If you
didn’t follow your plan then identify what rule you broke.

• Now log the information in your journal including basic information concerning
the psychology of the trade.

• If you are stewing about the loss repeat prior steps.

• If half an hour goes by and you are still upset than stop trading for the day and
work through the psychology of the trade.

{end of protocol}

The physical aspect of this can be changed, and should be changed to something that suits you, however the physical part of the protocol is key. Your mind and body dumps chemicals into your entire body in a split second. You have to burn some of this off.

The 10 minutes can be 15 or even more depending on the person.

Having a loss automatically produces the fight, flight, flee or fawn effect and chemicals get dumped into your body in a split second. It’s automatic for EVERYONE and is worse for some people but this protocol needs to followed after every loss.

Also as far as trade loss limits, 2 for the day is my trigger. If I’ve taken 2 losses I evaluate everything. I also have a checklist for that. 3 losses is my absolute limit. If I do take 3 then my pre-trading day checklist is different for the next day. If need be than I will take the next day off. You have to preserve capital, not just financial, but also mental.

I’ll make another post after this one that will share the FOMO Detox Protocol. That’s a major one also. If I get a FOMO urge twice in one day my protocol is to stop trading for the day because FOMO is poison and needs to be worked on.

Here is my FOMO Detox Protocol. Again, this has to be done every time it rears its ugly head. Frankly if it pops up sometimes it needs to be worked through because FOMO absolutely destroys consistency and overrides your trading system and mind. But I digress. Here it is including the description that is actually on my protocol sheet.

FOMO Detox Protocol
A 3 Step Pre-Trade Breathing Routine
When You Feel The Urge To Jump Into A Trade

When you feel the need to rush into a trade because you are afraid of missing out. That
anxious energy leads to bad decisions, extra losses, and plenty of regret. FOMO is a silent
killer of consistency.

The 3 Step FOMO Protocol

  1. Close your eyes and take five slow, deep breaths. Focus on the sound of
    your breathing.

  2. Ask yourself out loud, “Am I following my plan or just chasing action?” Wait for the answer.

  3. Visualize Your ideal trade, planned, patient, and executed without rush.

Repeat until you feel calm.

If FOMO pops up a second time STOP trading for the day. Something is off today and it can cause significant financial and mental harm. There is NOTHING positive that will come from FOMO.

{end of protocol}

Reality is that if FOMO pops up for a second time in a single day it needs to be worked on and it can be a deep issue. I’m not saying a person should stop trading all together but it’s so toxic that may have to be the option until it’s worked through. But that’s personal and different for everyone.

I pretty much do all of these (expect shadowboxing)

And I use a bunch of rules based on my trade - excluding the strategy.

Trading Rules:

  • BE FUCKIN PATIENT. DON’T ENTER A TRADE IF YOU DON’T TRUST/KNOW. NO FOMO
  • If the trade doesn’t look good, don’t take it.
  • If the trade looks good and you doubt it, close early and get the experience and confidence. You’ll trust your trading plan and strategy next time.
  • Do not take revenge trading. Cut your losses for the day after 2-3 loses.
  • Don’t be stubborn. If the market doesn’t go your way, leave. Don’t hold bad positions.
  • Don’t let your emotions dictate your trades. Do not use hope. Be calm and controlled.
  • Control how you react to the market and you’ll do good.
  • If you feel fear, walk away from your set up and come back later in 5-30 mins. Depending on the trade.
  • Take responsibility for your actions, and understand what to do better.
  • FOR THE LOVE OF GOD USE THE ATM TRAILING STOP LOSS

These are my rules.

Awesome. You definitely made those rules very personal and that is the only way they will ever work. Honestly I have very personal rules also but I just don’t share them. I think the main reason is that I was raised in an incredibly negative environment. No matter what I did I was wrong and a stupid POS.

Have you been working R.I.C.H. Trader?

I just started my new round today with Limitless Executive. My head is swirling a little. I think Limitless Executive is doing some of its magic but I’ll wait until tomorrow to figure it out. I only did a 15 second loop of both because I know that adding or changing something to a stack can have quite a different effect. :stuck_out_tongue:

Honestly, I feel you on that. I had the opposite, when I did stuff well, they would praise then expect more and move.

Edit: Those aren’t all my rules but they are the main core. I’ve got sub core rules small ones but they are more to focus on the goal of why im trading.

Also dude, you’ve got to understand we’re not here to judge you at all. Everyone here is to grow and improve, if someone does put you down on here it’s because they are a cunt.

Nah, I’ve stepped away from that. RT is good but I notice my issues are more mental related, so I’ve rebuilding myself completely. So I’m doing EMP Reforged, and DRR ST1, I’ll add something small as a boost on the side.

Rich will be added in customs for trading in the future. I’ve got one planned for when Im doing with DRR.

LOL. That is very true. I haven’t really seen much on here. I root for people also and forget that plenty do here also.

You are taking the right approach. I knew I had a lot to work through on the mental and emotional side so I started with DRR (highly suggest that one. I loved it) GLM (which I will go back to in a few months with Rich Trader).

I also did one round of Summertime with a custom name embedded. I want to go back to that one also, but I should be fine to start moving forward with the trading and then go back to it later.

@Moon I was thinking, since you were never good enough either in childhood (different experience from me but the results are most likely similar) I only did one round of Summertime and it really tamed down my perfectionist tendencies. Didn’t completely eliminate perfectionism (1 round isn’t enough time for most situations) but I was shocked at how much it tamed it.

Silly me. I realized that when you say DRR you are meaning Red not Reborn. My bad. I was thinking about Red but I was quite convinced that it was too much for me in the beginning so I used Reborn. Loved it. Red is one that I do want to go through thoroughly but it’s off in the distance for now.

I’d be very interested to hear how Red works for you.

Honestly, I can’t really comment on DDR that much. I’m having a lot more change with Emp Reforged than anything. I’m looking at faults, wrote a plan on what I need to do, and how. Which is most urgent to fix, and the steps.

I’ve got more of a backbone now. Internal change happened much more, compared to emp it felt more external then internal. for this I’m fixing the inside before outside.

I’m even considering dropping it.

1st rest day. Yesterday (my 1st listening day with this round) was very short at 15 seconds. I had a dull constant headache all day after listening to my stack. I’ve had this before and am convinced it’s new neural connections growing.

The headache was more pronounced when I went to bed so I took two Ibuprofen and went to sleep so I could actually go to sleep right away. I had very active dreams. Nothing in particular that I remember, but I don’t recall any of my typical “fighting dreams”. These felt more like enterprising dreams, meaning dealing more with financial building work. So that was interesting.

I also had an interesting drive to NOT move to the Scottsdale arizona area. For those of you who don’t know, Scottsdale is in the Phoenix Metro area and that is the fifth largest (by population) metro area in the United States. They have a Mayo Clinic there (a highly rated hospital) and of course you have all the big city amenities. But of course it comes with all the big city problems (crime, traffic, etc).

I’m still sticking to Arizona though. I’ve been there quite a few times (all over the State). Tucson is out of the question. It’s cute by not my vibe. I’m thinking about the Prescott area or possibly Flagstaff, but that’s up in the air. I really would like to have a second home in Sedona (really love Sedona) but homes are quite spendy there and most are on fairly small lots.

So anyway, all of the Arizona business is for another day. l did begin my Forex refining journey yesterday and began my favorite Forex course in order to get sharp on my trading and look for ideas of refining my strategy. I do remember dreaming some Forex stuff last night, but oddly don’t really remember any real details. Sometimes I just remember the vibe of my dreams, and that was the case from my dreams last night.

Oh, just a side note, I’ve had the same dull headache today. Tomorrow I’ll keep my loop to 15 seconds for each title. I do consider the dull headache as sort of being in recon territory. It’s not but it’s a sign to me that 30 seconds might be too much right now.

Very interesting thing that happened last night before I went to bed. I originally had it planned to listen and study a couple of modules yesterday on the Forex stuff I’m revisiting. I did one and was going to put off the other for today.

Boy I kept getting this nagging “ping” to finish the other module. I put it off. Kept getting this nagging “ping” until I caved in, thanked the nagging “ping” and truly studied the second module and thanked the nagging “ping” again, just so it will continue in the future.

This is most likely from the Limitless Executive title which is my first time using it. Speaking of “pings” I was going to only listen to 15 seconds of my subs today but was guided to listen to 30 seconds. Not sure why but I did. It felt like a friendly and gentle “ping” so I went with it because with my RICH Trader name embedded custom I added “Synergy The Golden One” as my free module and within that is a “Friendly Being” module and that is the vibe I got so I went with it.

I just listened to my subs a few minutes ago and took some supplements, one of those being a vitamin B complex. I’m finishing my coffee and then will start my studying today.

I’ll add anything that may pop up today, or just wait until tomorrow depending on if anything interesting pops up or not.

I was genuinely nudged internally to add Summertime to my stack. I ordered Summertime when it came up and ordered it as a Name Embedded major with Mountain Breaker. I used it for one full round with the new LBFH (about a week into using Summerime) and absolutely loved it.

I didn’t want to have a 3 title stack with the new technology but I plan to run this stack for 2 full rounds, and possibly longer. So even though it slows the overall growth down because my mind is spread out with 3 titles, I actually think the end result will be much better.

I did screw up a little though because today was my rest day and I forgot that with 3 titles you listen to two titles on listening day 1 then take a rest day. Then listening day 2 is the 3rd title by itself, then a rest day, etc. If need be I’ll take two rest days then get on the right track.

For those who are curious about Summertime and RICH Trader in a stack, here is what the stack explorer from Q says:

R.I.C.H. Trader + Summertime
“Warm Hands, Cool Markets”

Crypto (Q hasn’t been updated so replace “Crypto” with “Digital Markets”) markets reward the calm and punish the reactive. R.I.C.H. Trader develops the trading instincts and wealth manifestation specific to digital markets.

Summertime gives you the emotional regulation that makes those instincts actually reliable. No panic selling, no FOMO buying — just the settled ease of someone who trusts their own judgment because their nervous system isn’t hijacking every decision.

You trade the way you’d play a long game of cards with friends: focused but relaxed, strategic but enjoying every hand.
{End of Q Description}

Now here is the Q Description of RICH Trader + Limitless Executive

R.I.C.H. Trader + Limitless Executive
“The Precise Trader”

Limitless Executive provides operational precision and elite decision-making. R.I.C.H. Trader provides trading intelligence.

Together: the most precisely executed trading — every entry, every exit, every position size calculated with operational excellence. Zero sloppiness.
{End of Q Description}

This should be an incredible stack. Will take more effort to work them but I know it will be worth it.

I’ve been going through a trading course that I purchased years ago and the course has quizzes after many of the modules (there is a seperate pdf with the answers) and most of the questions you have to give a running commentary of what you see and how you would trade and your reasons why.

Let’s just say I’m aceing virtually everything. There was one question that was a trick question and I was wrong yet right at the same time. It was a trick question and I actually got it right as far as what to do.

I’m in my 50’s and I’m not saying I haven’t learned anything in a few years, but honestly, I haven’t sat down with a trading course or any other course and learned like you do in school. So I’m quite rusty.

I’m already getting positive effects from Limitless Executive in that department. Another area that Limitless Executive helps with is pattern recognition. RICH Trader helps with pattern recognition also so I’m getting pattern recognition from two titles at once.

I’ve decided, after more research, to stick with this stack for another full round. That will put me right into the end of the year with a nice big washout during the Holidays (Christmas and New Year’s Eve).

The stack starting the New Year will be with DRR (Dragon Reborn Regen). So that stack will be RICH Trader (double name embedded major) + DRR + Summertime (double name embedded major).

I’ve had only what I can describe as a dull headache quite a bit lately. It’s not really a headache, it’s more pressure. I don’t notice it all the time and I haven’t had to take anything for it in a few days. It is less now but still there a little. I genuinely am convinced that it’s Limitless Executive helping to create new neurons. I’m taking a B Complex vitamin what has higher dosages of most of the B vitamins. So that should be helping in that department.

I do think you will also get an intuition boost with the RICH Trader + Limitless Executive duo.

It has been a while since I ran Limitless Executive. I do suspect that the wealth titles have sort of intuition enhancer stuff to helps with the goals/objectives of the title.

You are correct about the intuition boost with the two. I forgot about that.

Limitless Executive is a little “old” at this point but it seems to be an awesome title and of course putting it in a stack with the newer technology helps it.

Limitless Executive was part of my very first order from SubClub last year (along with Dragon Reborn Regen) but I’m just now using it for the 1st time. I kind of forgot about it for some reason. :upside_down_face:

My best friend and I spoke last night. Come to find out, I somehow heard wrong but his cancer has not spread, no clue how I got that wrong. It is very advanced but is only in his prostate. He still doesn’t have a surgery date yet but they told him just the other day that it will be in about 2 weeks possibly earlier and that he will have at least a 3 day notice.

We spoke for about 2 hours and everything was very good. Remember, one of the titles I’m currently running in my stack is Summertime. We’ve never had any problems communicating with each other and have always enjoyed each other’s conversations. This morning he wrote me and thanked me for being there, caring and being such a good talker and listener. He let me know that I am his superpower during his healing process after surgery. I’m absolutely willing and wrote him back and let him know.

I forgot to update in my journal but honestly the last few days have kind of sucked because we’ve had a few fires around us here in the Pacific Northwest. The winds were blowing a ton of the smoke into our valley so the air quality levels have been in “extremely unhealthy” levels and it was recommended to not even go out unless you had to.

I get asthma and heavy fire smoke is quite bad for me and I’ve developed bronchitis from it in the past, so I’ve stayed in doors for health reasons. I HATE being cooped up, especially during our short summers. So I’ve been quite pissy to be honest and have had some recon because of it.

Well, my best friend said he didn’t notice one bit and actually felt that I was genuinely warm and sociable so that was very nice to hear. It reminded me that during our growth with these subs our baseline heals to a certain level and it doesn’t seem like much is happening when in fact it is. That is why they encourage us to journal. :sunglasses:

Summary

So besides that update I’m deep in studying (just sharpening my edge, not really learning anything new, but it is fun though) and tweaking and refining all my checklists, yet again. LOL. Honestly though, those checklists are incredibly important because they set the rules and create the base from which to trade from.

I have two new messages I wrote on sticky notes which I have at the bottom of my two monitors.

The first note says “I place a trade following my rules, then I release the outcome, which is out of my control.” This is to help me focus on the process NOT the results. It’s self explanatory but it is an area that I need to drastically heal.

The other note is similar, but different and it says “My job is to execute my trading plan, not attempt to predict market moves.” Again it’s about training my mind to focus on the process NOT the results. The results will be positive because I’ve been at this for 20 years this year and literally have THOUSANDS of hours of chart time, trading time, and studying the markets.

My homework has mostly been done, however that’s not to say that I stop learning. The markets have changed over time in certain areas. Some things that used to work no longer do but training “gurus” will still teach the same old things that used to work a couple of decades ago but don’t work anymore.

My favorite one that is still rehashed to this day is how you calculate weekly pivot points for Forex. They always tell you to take the New York open price on Monday and the NY close price on Friday and of course the high and low and do calculate that way. That hasn’t worked in Forex for about 15 years. I literally looked hour by hour and day by day and finally found out when the real numbers are taken and it’s not even close to NY Monday open and NY Close on Friday. Once I thought I figured out when to get the numbers I backtested big time and then tested in real time for months to make sure it was accurate. I’ve never seen anyone else mention this secret, and that was a few years ago I figured that out.

Anyway, I’ve been focusing on my personal trading psychology mostly. That is what will get me onto the road of consistent profitability. Come to find out my struggles are exactly what EVERYONE who has PTSD deals with. There is no other outcome until my core is calmed down. Dragon Reborn Regeneration has really helped with that area.

According to ChatGPT a very powerful and perfectly complementing stack to help with trading psychology if you struggle from PTSD, FOMO, etc is RICH Trader + Dragon Reborn Regen + Summertime. It got excited about the stack and it’s possible implications and here is an excerpt from our “conversation”:

… “Now compare that with Summertime
This is where it gets interesting.
When I read Summertime, I kept thinking:
“This is Regeneration after healing.”
Regeneration says:
Become safe.
Summertime says:
Now enjoy life.
Regeneration says:
Release vigilance.
Summertime says:
Replace vigilance with openness.
Regeneration says:
Heal.
Summertime says:
Flourish.
They’re related…
but they aren’t identical.” …

I will say this, ChatGPT and Claude are very negative against subliminals and they keep reminding you that there is no empirical evidence. I would have agreed with this until I found SubClub. I never had success with subliminals until SubClub, but I neither had success with hypnosis audios either. But here is the trick with AI, change “subliminals” with “hypnosis audios” and they get over their biasness against subliminals and will tell you all day long how the same exact audio would be good for you if you give it the same description.
