Interesting tidbit on RM: Vibes St. 2, Synergy: Inescapable Gaze and probably One Scent: I enjoy sounds, music and smells a lot more… Mh… maybe Mind’s Eye would be an interesting combination with it? It’s a strange and beautiful feeling. Stronger association of sounds and music with the other senses, every sound has a colour and a vibration and sometimes even a smell, some have geometric forms. Love it. Will try to cultivate.
Memes are great as hypnotic metaphors.
A couple of thoughts on the coming stack.
A. Very Special Sauce v2 needs quite a bit of energy, I sleep a lot. (Increased the listening time quite quickly. Curious how the NAE will change that.) I don’t feel reconny.
A. Very Special Sauce v3
- Daredevil Core
- Renaissance Man: Vibes Stage 2 Core
- Primal Nights Core
- New Auric Experience Core
- Synergy: Primordial Aura
- Synergy: Inescapable Gaze
- Song of Joy
- Dragon Tongue
- Symphony of the Glyphs
- Deep State
- One Scent
- Faith Unyielding
will go ahead as planned. It will take a while, sure, but this is one I will run for a long, long time. Maybe add a module now and then with new packs dropping, but that will be it. After a proper listening buildup it will get the QTKS treatment. Very happy with all modules included, most I can actually feel in results, which is a first for me.

will get an update once the new Khan Black is released.
Still not sure about the 3rd core (besides NPSE & KB4). Always wanted to try Limitless in a custom, it would fit and cognitive power is what is needed in the near future. Very curious about the new Mind’s Eye for manifestation purposes. And S:AW or LotS would make a lot of sense to have one core for health and fitness in the stack… mh… as always. Too many good options menu. I’ll will have to reflect on that.
EDIT: Narrowed down to Limitless Core and Spartan: Apex Warrior. Fitness not shifting would be the goal, so rather S:AW than LotS. The temptation for Mind’s Eye will return with a vengeance as soon as Saint drops the copy of course.
EDIT 2: Limitless makes most sense.
The Sudden Lighting of Nishiki Kamuro v3
I. Renaissance Man: Ultimate Writer X Core
II. Nouveau RICH Core
III. Ecstasy of Gold Core (St. tbd)
IV. New Fame Experience Core
V. Synergy: Divine Dominion
VI. Synergy: Carpe Vitam
VII. MDFY: One Goal
VIII. MDFY: Conscious Guidance
IX. Fortune’s Favorite
X. Treasure Finder
XI. Single Point
XII. Free Pass
XIII. Polyglot
is more or less set. Waiting for Fire’s thoughts on the NREE but as the New Skill Experience will probably be integrated in the new RM:UWX, the NREE would redefine NRICH & RM:UWX in a way that would probably clash with MDFY: One Goal & in a way that wouldn’t really fit my plan I will probably go with Ascension Chamber which works marvelous for the manifestation aspects of the sub.
EDIT: Missed a long reply entry by Fire. He answered most questions regarding the NREE already. Won’t fit with MDFY: One Goal and the actual goal. Will go with Ascension Chamber in The Sudden Lighting of Nishiki Kamuro v3. MDFY was what has been missing.
A. Very Special Sauce v3 is fix and ordered.
Only a couple of small decisions are still open.
Was thinking about Stillmind and Dopaminergic Revival in Shapes v5, but I guess Limitless got me covered on these fronts. Shapes v5 is more or less ready to go. (Next cycles will be A. Very Special Sauce v3 and Shapes v5 til buildup to 15 minutes, then The Sudden Lighting of Nishiki Kamuro v3 will join in.)
For The Sudden Lighting of Nishiki Kamuro v3 I was contemplating Cosmic Navigator… mh… still am. Well. Got another cycle before I will decide.
EDIT3: Limitless, RM: Ultimate Writer X & RM: Vibes St. 2 should cover AI Whisperer. I think, that’s it.
Will go with these three at least til spring. I’ll collect ideas and make a list of possible additions, note modules of interest, but all things considered these look pretty perfect to/for me and the given goals and circumstances.
Important quotes on NSE & MDFY to take into account.
“This [MDFY: One Goal] is a very advanced module as it requires very high amounts of conscious guidance […]”
The NSE is your coach, the module your training subject.
Ways to increase subliminal input once sweet spot it reached and held for a while:
- Increase listening time per subliminal.
- Add another sub to the stack.
- [after a year?] reduce rest time. (this is not recommend by SC.)
For customs:
- Remake a custom, add more modules.
- Substitute Focus modules by their corresponding Synergy modules. (Song of Joy → Tale of the Dragon)
- Substitute core by a corresponding more comprehensive core. (RICH → EoG St. 4)
- add fitting NSE
- if certain goals are reached, the corresponding modules and cores could be swapped for others in later iterations.
- Terminus → Terminus² → QTKS
Notes:
- adding difficult modules to a custom one is used to might be a good strategy. (a spoonful of sugar)
- substituting a (Synergy) module with a corrensponding core (Tale of the Dragon → Daredevil) might be an interesting strategy.
Overall with a clear set goal it makes more sense to build up the subliminal load (always keeping the key elements) than to switch to different subs for other aspects.
(This post was inspired by @Sub.Zero’s last entry.)
Yes, that’s a good summary for my plans with Abundance Architect.
- I can add 6 more modules
- I’ll drop Job seeker, perhaps lineage as well
- Swap out Mastermind for Synergy Master of the world
Only about the new modules I’m not so sure. I’ve narrowed it down to 22 modules. Also some of these are focus modules whose Synergies are on the list as well (Lifeblood Fable and Glory Incarnate, Direct Influencing Aura and Primordial Aura). Perhaps starting with the focus module and adding the Synergy in a later iteration.
Also considering adding TS. But GM, HoM, TS and NWE might be overkill. Or I might drop Dragon Tongue for TS. I mainly chose it for TS module. Perhaps also in the third or fourth Iteration.
Experienced density over time is an interesting point.
GM, HoM, TS and NWE is a good goal to build up to. I suspect if you ran a custom for ~10 cycles with 15 minutes and no tangible recon adding another core (or building up to one) is probably very much doable.
Know your goal.
That’s a first.
Choose your sub route.
[Every route you envision]
[leads to your goal.]
Stick with your sub route.
That is all.
[Switching route’s]
[starting all over again.]
“Cushioning” new modules with some I am very accustomed to works quite well.

are Limitless Core and New Physical Shifting Experience Core but after two listens already at 8 minutes. Felt tangible readjustments after the first listen.
An interesting follow up will be:
Once completely accustomed to Shapes v5 (having run it 15 min. for ~6 cycles) will it make more sense to build up (upgrade/add modules) or to switch out a core for new directions. (say Limitless for Mind’s Eye) or is it best to keep everything as is and make it a QTKS?
That being said: Limitless is going nowhere. I enjoy the focus and determination very much.
Thinking about every last little detail of a custom again and again, evaluating, reevaluating, reflecting, especially emotionally, speculating how every piece will work, how to best take action on it, might seem pedantic, but it will prime your subconscious for it and help immensely.
A Very Special Sauce v3 felt just right right away. Shapes v5 is growing quickly on me. Both feel good, like finding just the right training method in the gym. Exactly what I needed.
Will probably go with these two for another cycle before adding The Sudden Lighting of Nishiki Kamuro. Limitless and Synergy: Machine Totality are great together for focus and productivity.
A couple of thoughts and observations on customs and stacks
[Sorting through my thoughts. This post was inspired by a post by @Judoka.]
For me the subliminal process is divided in (at least) two very different phases which require different approaches.
That being said taking action before and during both phases is prerequisite for this to work. Taking action will minimize recon, quicken results and help to move forward.
Phase 1: Sorting Out Phantasies & Defining the Goals
When building customs and the stack first point of consideration is sorting phantasies from potential goals.
You like the idea of a Wanted Black harem and the irrestistible playboy lifestyle? Great. You are also married, have kids and don’t want to break up your family? Than WB is probably best suited for the Box of Wild Phantasies but not your stack or custom.
We can (and should!) find strong temptations in the subs’ copy.
By their very nature subs and their description leave a lot of space for projection. The copy might describe in colourful pictures of what we feel missing from our lives. Quite often, what’s “missing” is the result of a past choice or circumstances out of our control. This is a crucial point to evaluate. What draws us to a sub or module? Try to discard the regrets about past choices. Step over all the other puddles of spilled milk.
It’s not about the roads not taken.
It’s about the path you walk now.
To find and define the goals, it’s easiest not to look at the delisciously written prose of the copy you are drawn towards, but at the advised action to be taken. Ask yourself: What kind of action (in concrete terms) am I willing to take? How would it look like? Do I actually want to do that? Is this my path? This goes for every sub and every module. Compare different ones and compare what the actions taken would be like.
Over time a better understanding will develop.
In a way this is a negotiation with your subconscious.
Speaking personally, Phase 1 took me years. Could have done with a couple of weeks if I’ve sorted out the phantasies early. Oh well. Regrets and all that.
Once the custom and stack is set Phase 2 can begin.
Phase 2: Conscious Action and Bad Handwriting
Once the stack and your listening schedule is set, writing down the results of your stack (by hand) is ideally the only conscious engagement with the whole subliminal process. In my experience the subconscious works a bit like Heinzelmännchen (not sure what right englisch expression is. The Good Folk?) doing enormous among of work, but only when noone’s watching. Thinking through everything in Phase 1 is great for priming oneself. Staring at your (not yet manifested) changes, questioning the process in one way or another in Phase 2 is bad and can diminish results. Especially with stuff like auras you don’t often recognize results at all. Others do. Also: Do not contemplate switching. You engage into a completely new negotiation with the subconscious and even though the goals would probably stay roughly the same, switching would bring you again to the beginning of the processs.
(This last point is hard as you will read in the coming 1-2 months at least one must have hot shit never seen before SC sub you really, really want to run. The Resist the Eternal Temptation module (brutal presults all around) is one of the toughest to master.)
Writing down tangible results works like a reinforcement. It’s another small assurance for the subconscious that the rules of your personal world have slightly shifted. And writing by hand holds IME more weight for the subconscious than typing.
Absolute key is consistency. Pop in a stack and keep it. If you have the strong urge to switch and have customs you can add a module now and then. But other than that: Keep Your Stack!
**A Very Special Sauce v3**

- Synergy: Inescapable Gaze
- Song of Joy
- Dragon Tongue
- Symphony of the Glyphs

is quite a heavy sub (3 Core + 1 NSE).
A bit of recon at first, it took me a while to get to 15 minutes. But into a next cycle recon is gone, it feels rather light, familiar. If you commit for 6 months or a year, density of a sub isn’t really that much of a problem. As with every selfimprovement concept that really changes your life, the stack has to become a habit, a constant of your life. Than the equation changes for good.
Let’s not forget about goals that don’t require any action, like the emotional regulation and auras in WB, for example.
I’m not having sex with multiple women on WB, yet the sub has changed my inner landscape dramatically. For the better.
Other than that, I agree with your statement. How couldn’t I when it’s so obvious?
That’s a very good point!
Taking action in regards to SC subs overall has changed over the years, with more inner work, the Revelations and with the NSE the action, well, comes to you.
Been wondering about this but kind of more extreme. My attempts to take sub-related actions mostly fail, and I’ve been thinking that maybe I’m trying too hard and carrying too much expectation. In contrast KB works really well for me and I don’t do anything (like outright not do practices I’d learned or are recommended in the thread), so am wondering if with other subs I should also just listen, forget and carry on.
It really depends on the sub and your goals. Revelations (except for the sticky one), Ascencion Chamber probably go without. E. g. Primal, if you are only going for social genius and inner groundedness, action is taken automatically: You observe people and social situations and do inner work. You don’t have to do much actively.
The NSE IMO lets things kick in earlier: If you have romantic goals, you still have to go to a club for results but you are eased into (inter-)action. Still can’t work if you never get into the space where results are possible.
Carrying too much expectation could be a problem. For me, when daydreaming what could happen and how, it mostly won’t.
I suspect it is linked to the perception of the subconscious. When we tell a grand masterplan what we will heroically do and achieve, for the subconscious on a certain level, to a certain degree this has happened (subconscious doesn’t do hypotheticals). Our longing, drive and motivation to actually achieve it will dwindle considerably and I suspect this can have influence on sub results.
It’s an incredibly complex topic though. Brainstorm e. g. (closely related) can help considerably. But purely regarding wishfullfillment it applies IMO.
When you write “trying too hard”, can you give an example?
Hm things like this:
I’m (was) on an ASBR/Spartan custom made on a whim, had a huge want to improve athletically, but the harder I tried the worse I performed and lost confidence (foosball, general exercise, the drumming above^), or I got really upset by interferences (disrupted from classes multiple times). Same for work e.g. setting myself a target and getting mad at myself when I fail to meet/others when they disrupt. In previous months, it was trying to socialize not working out, or attempts to be positive turning into extra disappointment when bad things happen.
The irony was, for the athletics part, when I filled in a 2v2 foosball game feeling defeatist, that was when we won, and I could credit my part, hence started thinking about trying too hard.
Yeah, I think the problem with “trying too hard” in these instances is the consciousness taking over. Just (relaxed) doing something without thinking about every move and just letting it flow (letting the subconscious doing its thing) is the way to go.
I’ll try to work on that. Thanks for the advice again!
