will get an update with the new Khan Black. Synergy: Iron Law will go back into the custom. I thought Synergy: Preordained Vitality, Synergy: Harmonic Conflux and Synergy: Machine Totality are enough to properly handle stress, but the difference without S:IL is quite tangible.

Maybe adding Pragya. Limitless probably covers this well.

Contemplating to increase the densitiy overall a bit. Extreme Exercise Motivation → Beast Unleashed Core or Synergy: Apollon Unbound + SPS: Fat Burn + Male Enhancement → Legacy of the Spartan Core.

Not sure yet.

If it’s LotS, Shapes v6 probably becomes Mens Sana in Corpore Sano.

Or Male Enhancement → BDLM Core. Probably would call it: BDBB.

Added Synergy: Iron Law & The Aligner and swapped Extreme Exercise Motivation for Beast Unleashed. (The Beast always clicked incredibly well with KB4 for me. It’s the one core that really fires me up for training.) I am accustomed to all additions. This should work nicely after a short buildup next cycle. Most important addition was S:IL. From now on Shapes will only be updated for new tech. (or Eternal Youth :wink: )

Next (and finally) up: The Sudden Lighting of Nishiki Kamuro v3.

Should join in for Cycle VIII. Hopefully EoG will be updated by then, New Fame Experience would be grand too.

Can’t edit the last entry about raising the subliminal input.

Ways to increase subliminal input once sweet spot it reached and held for a while:

  • Increase listening time per subliminal.
  • Add another sub to the stack.
  • [after a year?] reduce rest time. (this is not recommend by SC.)
    - related: Intensify listening schedule to Listening Day: all 3 Subs + Rest Day (will be a long way to build up to this, but it will be easier to establish a habit than by gradually reducing rest time.
    Steps will be: Step 1: Listening Day (A+B), Rest Day, Listening Day (C), Rest Day, … Step 2: Listening Day (A+B+C), Rest Day, Rest Day, … Step 3: Listening Day (A+B+C), Rest Day, …

For customs:

Remake a custom, add more modules.
Substitute Focus modules by their corresponding Synergy modules. (Song of Joy → Tale of the Dragon)
Substitute core by a corresponding more comprehensive core. (RICH → EoG St. 4)
add fitting NSE
if certain goals are reached, the corresponding modules and cores could be swapped for others in later iterations.
Terminus → Terminus² → QTKS

Notes:

adding difficult modules to a custom one is used to might be a good strategy. (a spoonful of sugar)
substituting a (Synergy) module with a corrensponding core (Tale of the Dragon → Daredevil) might be an interesting strategy.

Overall with a clear set goal it makes more sense to build up the subliminal load (always keeping the key elements) than to switch to different subs for other aspects.

Some quick thoughts on washout and longterm stacks:

Key goal with subs and the related actions is to convince the subconscious to accept a gradual shift in the (experienced, “real”) world and therefore in yourself. For this to happen we have to keep the clues, hints and proof for the shift contiuously coming. Without it the subconscious will eventually snap back into old assumptions. (Weighing the fading new impressions against lifelong personal truths.)

As far as I experienced it, listening days and rest days (for processing) as well as washout, as the subconscious is still occupied by the new input, hold up the new shifted reality.

(Actions and subs are the most important proof. Will reflect later on what might also be proof for the subconscious. (Different surrounding, changed input from the environment etc.))

During the last washout I experienced a very tangible fallback (Limitless results paused rather abruptly) on day 4 and 5 of washout coinciding with a strong urge to start the next cycle. I gather the subconscious was done processing (at least with some significant bits) and was longing to proceed which is probably a good sign.

Will cut washout by one day to four til anything changes with the stack.

The stack will probably keep evolving. It will be more refinement than change, but the longer I keep running it, the clearer I get on my goals and how to get there. (And, of course, awesome stuff is going to drop that needs to find its way into the stack.)

The only light recon I get is from 42, though maybe it’s wrong to call existential questioning recon. Overwhelming sometimes. It has a delightful synergy with Daredevil. Together they tear down the walls limiting what I thought is possible.

Still have to dig way deeper. The links of comedy and hypnosis are clear, but there is way more to discover.

Will need more time to grasp the possibilities better. PR resonates more with me than PN. Though the Channelled Dirty Talk of PN is really great for erotica writing. (Works best or me if you approach it like roleplay.)

If Dirty Talk would get a stand alone module, my ideal A.-Variation would probably look something like this:

Vision of the Infinite is such a delightful contrast to MDFY.

These two packs show how broad our repertoire is when it comes to customs: From the meta-modules that change and redefine everything (rules, metaphysics, direction, mechanics) in MDFY to the hyperfocussed tools of Vision of the Infinite, which, like fine brushes, work the often most difficult finishing touches, elevating the good to grand.

Unlike MDFY, Vision of the Infinite leaves no real questions open.

Breaking The Cycle and The Feedback Loop will definitely be added in the next custom update, as they adress the dissolution (of bad) and the forming (of necessary) habits. (Not sure yet where. Breaking The Cycle would probably work well in Shapes, The Feedback Loop in The Sudden Lighting of Nishiki Kamuro?)

Deep Listening, Flowing Freely and The Language of Dreams will be added to A. Cherry on Top. These are perfect fits.

As noted before the New Fame Experience will move into The Sudden Lighting of Nishiki Kamuro, replacing Synergy: Glory Incarnate.

I really like Pathways of Intuition and Collaborative Flow. Not sure if they will find a place.

Still contemplating which timeframe to update customs makes most sense. For now updates of Khan Black and Beyond Limitless will probably be the triggers. After that I’ll aim for custom updates after every two module pack releases.
