Could you kindly update me on the status of my refund? It has been a week since I initiated the process, and despite raising a ticket, I have not received any responses from SC. Could you please help me get in touch with the founders to address this matter.

We initiated the refund on that day, but I’ll check and initiate a manual refund if something went wrong.

@SaintSovereign @Fire how about for mine with ZIP? They’ve charged me over 200$+ and they’re about charged me another 100$ for the order that was canceled. I contacted them and they said Sub Club needs to cancel it so that I can get my money back. Please help:/

July 26,2023 I created the ticket and haven’t gotten a new response since July 27, 2023.

I notified staff.

@RVconsultant any updates on this? It’s a bit urgent as I have till the 15 where they charge ZIP charges me again for a order that was canceled:/

I don’t have access to the support ticket section, so I don’t know of any updates.

On July 29th support Ticket #17180 around the refund for my express order. As mentioned in the ticket while I do appreciate that it still came with relative alacrity, it did not fulfill the one day express guarantee so my understanding was the express fee get’s refunded. If this was already initiated or completed I am not aware of that so forgive my asking.

While I’m here #17311 Support ticket, it has not been 5 business days yet so no concerns there, but do want to flag it had a somewhat medical question and I do fully understand subs not replacing medical and professional help but if CS is able to address it at all that would be excellent.
