It was raised on 26th July. I paid extra for same day delivery. However all i got so far is a mail saying your order has been processed. No custom download link has been sent.

Despite raising two tickets to the support team regarding the lateness of my custom, I have not received any responses thus far. It has been nearly a week since the expected delivery date, and I am left in the dark about the status of my order.
I kindly request that you escalate this matter urgently today. I understand that issues can arise, but the lack of communication and resolution has been quite disheartening. If for any reason the escalation is not possible, I would appreciate a full refund as a gesture of goodwill.

I responded to you. We can see when Q emails are delivered properly, and it looks like Yahoo is arbitrarily blocking SendGrid emails, even though our “reputation” score there is perfect. Most likely it’s someone else on our “grid” there ruining it, so we’re upgrading the account again.
For the record, everyone – even if an order is late, you’ll receive a refund on the express charge or the order will be completed if it’s a little late. There are NO refunds on Q customs. We’ve been getting a few requests regarding this as our customer base has grown exponentially, and that policy is clear and has not been changed, nor will it be changed.
