My ticket #11357 was first opened on October 7th and after a single reply (October 18th) I have not received any replies since then. I still need a solution.

Edit: somehow my ticket got deleted! In only have the emails notifications (with the staff replies in my mail)
LOL, same thing with me. #11517 it was closed, I reopened then it was deleted. It’s been MONTHS with ZERO response from anyone.

@RVconsultant seems we have some issues with tickets being deleted. Can you check into this please?
Alright, I’m going to look into this but we are going to have to overhaul everything. One of the reasons responses are slow is the fact that many of you were very, very long tickets with lots of questions regarding life issues. We legally can’t answer those questions, but we don’t want to leave you hanging, so we literally have to get legal involved to approve what’s sent.
We’re going to have to stop that. Takes too much time, and things get out of hand.
