@RVconsultant is this correct, or should I listen to Subliminals on Monday (November 13th) as well ?

I complete Khan Black all stages. As far as results are concerned, I am still not sure what’s happening. But I got a girl and a active sexual life. I feel there should be more. I will consider listening to Diamond again. Diamond has given be best results from all the sexuality related subliminals I have gone through so far. I am open to do more experiments to see where they lead to.

For me, Diamond feels better.

Seems to be you’ve done a five day washout, plus 2 rest days… that’s 7 total of rest. How about starting again on Monday and notice what happens?

More energy?
Feel better about sex?
Is anything different since using Khan Black?

I think, energy wise am very good. But I will always like to have it more and more.
With Khan Black, I didn’t feel anything, seems like I have it all. But I know subs are still programming my sub-conscious mind. May be because I have studied this topic of sex,seduction and pua arts a lot now, hence it all feels the same.

Diamond makes me get more harder erections and last long, till the time I want it!!

I am still struggling with starting my own business, I tried different approaches and tested things along with Emperor, but they failed. I guess scripting in Emperor emphasizes more on getting started and taking action. (Correct me if am wrong). I did took action and lost a lot of money, and that’s cause it was an action without proper planning. I need something which helps me in these grounds. I am listening to all the subs which get released, but heading nowhere. Little bit of results won’t last long.

That’s been my experience too ViveKarora83. It took me basically a month to get a response to my ticket and you’re at the one month mark too. Honestly, I thought it was just-me and they just-dropped the ball this one-time. I didn’t realize this poor level of customer service and lack of responding to tickets was actually commonplace. I’m still not sure if its commonplace but I find it odd you had an identical experience.

Finally, I got a short-single reply which didn’t answer what my ticket was asking about so I wish upon you more luck when you do get a reply to your ticket, than I had to mine. I replied to it with more details and a summary of my issue to make it easier for them to read. Its funny because I got no notification from customer support when my reply came in until I got a sudden warning if I didn’t reply almost immediately my ticket would be close for taking too long to reply.

So Subliminal Club will take a month, then their ticket system will give no notice they’ve replied and give you about 1 day to reply b/c they warn you on “day 2 of 3”, that tickets with no response for 3 days will be auto-closed. Its pretty crazy how bad the ticket/customer service system is. Most ticket systems will at least send you an email to let you know you have a reply. These guys just send you a semi-threat of respond-soon or ticket is closed when you’re down to 24 hours to reply.

Now I’ve been waiting another 2 weeks!! for them to reply again. Its crazy, how slow they are. Its legitimately, the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE, I have ever had from any company. Subliminal Club literately just cannot stop dropping the ball. I regret the hundreds I spent here on a custom subliminal.

Yes, the support times have gone down due to multiple reasons:

  1. We are in the middle of release season 2, with most of @SaintSovereign and my time going directly to research and development, rather than being able to help the support team.

  2. There is an overwhelming number of Q orders and support tickets.

  3. Due to death threats, DDOS attacks, police reports we had to file and other issues that unstable individuals created, things have slowed down in order for us to deal with those. The support agent is a trooper for being able to deal with the absolute insanity that comes through support, including the threats of “murdering our families”. How nice.

  4. Tickets/customs take longer to resolve, from “this is going to take a bit longer” to “okay… this is going to take a while” when you do not follow the instructions outlined. If you change your mind after ordering the build order (which you did based upon your ticket), add unnecessary changes we need to trim (such as you attempting to add scripting to the voice embed - I really hope you didn’t do that afterwards) or do other shenanigans such as changing the name to something else (people, there’s no need to name yourself The Illustrious, Wonderful, Ultra Strong and Magnificent Steven - no joke, we had this happen more than once), this can really add up. Especially considering voice embed isn’t fully launched yet, but are still in the process of refining it.

  5. Finally, a portion of these tickets are ridiculously long and complex. It’s not the usual case like in many businesses, where most of it can be answered by an outsourced team paid minimal wage - no, this often requires in-depth knowledge of the subliminal technology and a long time to read, decipher and find a resolution.

We are dealing with many people sending us their life stories and then being angry that we cannot answer in detail to each one.

Even your ticket, @EvaUnit, is one of those. For example:

You’ll have to excuse my language but, no shit it takes a long time.

While I understand and trust me, I wish there was enough time in a day for us to personally answer each support ticket in the highest detail with the most accurate information possible to get you the most optimal results, it simply isn’t possible.

That is why our first and foremost recommendation is to ask on the forum.

The vast majority of our users here on the forum are grizzled veterans at this point, who can help out with complex issues and give recommendations based on the information provided.

That is exactly one of the reasons we even created the forum in the first place.

We have contemplated (and we might still do so) creating a limit to the number of characters a support ticket can have, as the example I shown isn’t even the worst offender.

Some users would send us extremely long, winding tickets that would read more like novels explaining their life stories and what they need - and in one of them, after all that, the user ended with “no questions here, just wanted to vent”.

As for closing the tickets, that’s automatic and you can always re-open it if you need further help - we do so to help with organizing and getting to your tickets faster.

Ultimately, I know of no business, and especially no business in the subliminal industry, that has devoted such an extensive attention to detail to their support and their customers.

Can we take longer sometimes? Sure, life is life. But you won’t find anything similar anywhere else. You don’t have to trust me, go ahead and try.

Here’s to hoping that this post elucidates the ridiculousness support has to deal with. Tomorrow I’ll divert the time of research and development to support and tackle some of these longer tickets myself. I cannot make promises that I’ll get to any specific ticket as there are many, but people should see more tickets coming out. S2: NFTW, season 3 program and it’s testing will have to take a bit longer as I don’t like having support being backlogged, regardless of the reasons why. Just the perfectionist in me.

I would appreciate, @EvaUnit, if you didn’t insinuate that customers who pay are “pay-pigs”. I’ll assume this was a joke but it struck me as poor taste - both @SaintSovereign and myself are very protective of this forum and it’s users.
