ROFL. ONE LOOP. I don’t understand why this becoming so complicated. It’s one loop per title, per day to start, then take the next day off. If you’re not getting the results that you’re used to, or you think you can handle more, add more loops.

Why didnt i receive my custom download link if im using outlook or hotmail?

It’s fine – I discovered another issue while investigating this.

Looks like Hotmail and Outlook are being overzealous in blocking emails from our email provider. There’s nothing we can do about this, but I do want to point out that some of you are ordering Express Delivery and claiming the order link never arrived on time hoping you’ll get a refund (not referring to NewLease). For the record, I can log into the system and see if the email was delivered successfully. Anyone caught attempting this will lose access to the Q Custom system.

Not trying to be mean or rude, everyone, but we’ve got a lot of nonsense going on with the influx of new users.

If you stop running a title for 10 days and you’re still feeling it process, what does that mean? Incorporate more rest days into your listening pattern. To me, this is just common sense, but I guess we’re going to have to end the practice of allowing people to experiment, because when we do, this happens.

Rest days are necessary. Reduced loops and washouts when you notice you’re close to reconciliation or overload is necessary. Stop overestimating what you’re capable of running, use the titles properly and enjoy what they bring.

What will happen if i try to make a custom with more than 20 modules?

From what I see, your definition of naturalness is being congruent to “Life” and “God”.

Reality has equal parts Life and Death. Is this not so? The natural cycle of life and reality is a continuous cycle of birth, life, death, repeat.

You can see it in nature, with the seasons changing. You can see it in our own lives where we grow old and die. You can see it in people’s personal journeys.

You can see it in stories in legends, where great heroes go through massive struggling, some even die and are reborn.

That is the natural state of the universe, the one that “God” (remember, we don’t push any beliefs on you) has created.

Now, are there some spiritual traditions that attempt to avoid this? Indeed, but they are well aware that the natural state of the universe is this very same cycle of life and death, and they know they are trying to “break” the cycle.

If you want to become a great individual, you will go through ups and downs. There is nothing wrong or unnatural about that. @SaintSovereign went through extreme hardships, with his car breaking down in the desert and staring at the darkest abyss before becoming Saint Sovereign.

I went through a minute of pure, complete knowing that my heart is going to stop and I will die the very next moment while I was doing my spiritual practice… and that is just the tip of it. When it is the hardest, when you feel like you are tearing apart, that is when you push on and seize the opportunity to become something greater.

Calm your mind, consider the situation you are in. Then zoom out and think about it from a wider point. Consider it, and think of the possibilities you might be missing.

Every situation always has numerous solutions, like a tree with many branches, but often our minds cloud our judgement, especially noticeable during intense reconciliation.

Consider your business/work - as it is right now, all the features and benefits it/you bring. Think about what is missing. Think deeply about what angles you are missing, what you can innovate upon.

The person you are, the things you know, and the potential you hold within all are unique - don’t fear it but use it to your advantage in your work/business.

The negative things that are happening such as people trying to scam you - consider why is it so, and how can you benefit from it? What can you learn from this? What is causing this, how can you improve on whatever is causing it and turn it around?

Thinking about possibilities that can happen, noticing the opportunities that manifest in your life and making the most out of them - that is a part of the journey that will push you past your limits.

It’s not easy, but if you can calm your mind, think beyond the usual and take a step at a time, you’ll see yourself making progress faster than you thought you would.

Run customs similarly to any other title. Customs are quite a bit smoother due to the name-embedding.

Don’t take this as an opportunity to stuff your custom with 10 cores though y’all.

If necessary, adjust accordingly (i.e extra rest days, less stacking).
