I agree, I did notice over the last days that it’s really just the power of QV2 I underestimated. Also solace which added even more punch. I am now gonna add a rest week and then get on the “every other day” train. Sounds good!
One more question:
Customs tend to have more than one core. So technically that is more than “one loop PER TITLE” right?
Got any testing feedback if that changes anything about the pattern for customs? Like one more rest day?
Personally, once I dive into my custom (3 cores) I am gonna run it and then observe myself for 3 days before I make an assessment.
I actually did that experiment.
I worked out EVERY DAY for a year. First, my physique improved (you lose a lot of weight that way, but also muscle), but after 1-2 months, muscles started to fade and after that year I had less than before.
Only after I added rest days and now work out 3x a week did my muscles come back MASSIVELY (Khan helped, I am sure, but still).

Run customs similarly to any other title. Customs are quite a bit smoother due to the name-embedding.
Don’t take this as an opportunity to stuff your custom with 10 cores though y’all.
If necessary, adjust accordingly (i.e extra rest days, less stacking).
Question for you @RVconsultant or @Fire on the 1 day on, 1 day off.
Can I run 1 stack on the day on and another completely different stack the next day? For example, a romance stack one day and a wealth stack the next day. Or, am I limited to one stack and the next day no subs at all?
And is a stack limited to a maximum of 2 majors/customs + 2 Ultimas (i.e. 4 hours listening time per day)?

Haha,the person who made the 10 core 25 module custom.Would be really interested to hear how it goes for them.Lol,im already having trouble with my smaller customs on qv2.That custom would melt my brain.
Here is what I would encourage you to consider.
First if you have DR, this might eclipse other programs. Please keep this possibility in mind.
Next prioritize.
If romance is a priority:
Monday: Romance stack, ONE loop of each.
Wednesday: Wealth stack, ONE loop each.
Friday: Romance stack, ONE loop each.
Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday: rest
Personally, 2 Ultimas per day is my limit. As for majors, make sure you are getting results from 1 before adding more. Some people have 4 and are still seeing results. I think you will know what to do. You seem to be methodical and thoughtful.

Hmm,do you think removing the 2 day in a row rest would make a big enough difference to bother?Saint recommends removing it but i think ill still keep it because i usually cant listen on weekends.

I am currently running just one loop OVERALL per on-day. Then again, I overloaded recently, so once this is processed I might change that.
Regardless, if you run multiple loops per day, let’s say AM and EoG, I once read there should be a bit of time between each loop. Like at least 30 minutes or something? Anyone has experience with this or y’all running them back to back?
I don’t know what the official word is, but I’m running Emperor and EOG with a gap in between. The amount of time between usually depends on whether I’ve had breakfast or not. It didn’t feel good to run them back to back, so I stopped doing that pretty quick.

Some people take a break. Some people have white noise in between programs. Personally, I run them one after the other.

is there anything to read about how to know if youre processing ?

Much depends on your energy level and how far you’re from the reality the sub is suppose to help you create. There’s a lot of some other, minor factors.
So much better barely any recon and results are way more visible. Like I’ve been getting results like never before if you saw my post about me doing my blood test on QLQ ST1 and it becoming from 200ng/ml to 800ng/ml
