I listened to my ultima late in the afternoon. I started studying while I was listening to the tape. This course was much shorter and the easiest so far. I finished the remaining two sections, wrote two essays, and took the final examination.
I scored a 98% on my first attempt! 
This puts me ahead of schedule. Took me about 3 hours to do everything. Limitless Executive helped me power though, stay focused, and do well on the final exam.
Feels good to be back on track.

Today I was tasked with writing an addendum to a policy at work. Since that task involved a lot of coordination with management and other union members I threw in a loop of HoM during my lunch break. I’m glad I did.
After lunch, I sat down with two managers and another union rep to discuss what I wrote. The meeting went well. I was surprised at how it turned out because I wrote the addendum to benefit me and people on my exact shift schedule more than anyone else, and my managers and the union guy went along with it. I sold it so well that everyone was good with it right away. During the meeting, the managers even helped us word the policy so it is even more direct.
I saw what it was like to be a politician today. It’s easy to make the rules work for you when you’re the one making them.
Rest Day
I’m reaching the four-month mark of listening to the Stark custom. I’m starting to see more aspects of the cores come to the surface. The other day I saw someone say that they feel that customs don’t act as fast as the regular major programs. I can see why though. A custom can have 3 to 4 major programs in it depending on the cores a person chooses. Also, a majority of people don’t listen to a specific subliminal long enough to see long-term benefits.

That’s a really good point. I hadn’t thought about it in quite this way before. A custom may be a combined unity, but 3 major programs are still 3 major programs.
And 2 customs may have 6 or even 7 major programs.
Yeah and also with a custom you have less exposure time. You listen to 1 core for an entire hour, with a custom it is way less. I wonder on the other hand if name embedding compensates for less exposure time
@aaa I think name-embedding does compensate for less exposure time.
That was one of the main reasons I started using customs. You can address so many goals in one loop instead of listening to many different major programs and Ultimas. It’s much more efficient and less time consuming.
Exactly! What I’ve been seeing since I updated the StarkQ Custom and made this new journal is how smooth name-embedding is. The one thing I notice is the recon is strong for the first couple of weeks sometimes less, then it is smooth sailing(that did not happen with the HoM/EoG ST4/R.I.C
H. Crypto custom but I understand why now). The Writing custom gave me almost no recon whatsoever.
With the addition of the APX/Dreams/ME custom I’m up to 10 cores now. I do wish the results were faster with the new custom but I can understand why they aren’t because I’m taking in such a huge amount of input.
You have a lot more experience than I do with subliminals, do you experience any recon from your customs?
I don’t think I really knew what conventional reconciliation was until Qv2. As a result, I developed my own definition of recon. I think of it as all changes—pleasurable and unpleasurable—that are experienced during the transition to the desired state.
What most people here call ‘recon’ I would think of more as ‘overwhelm’.
I suspect that daily meditation has significantly moderated my experiences of being overwhelmed by the subliminals.
That being said, when things have gotten intense enough, I’ve experienced short temper, euphoric and unfocused mood, and periods of self-doubt and persistent questioning.
With Qv2, I even experienced a couple of light headaches a few times. I was also sleep-deprived when that happened, and that seemed to contribute a lot.
So in general not a lot of negative recon symptoms. What meditation doesn’t deal with, exercise seems to handle.
The more challenging part—of stacking dense programs—for me has been slow results. I’m in the process of deciding to run just one major program at a time for a while. I think I may appreciate the purity of that after running stacks for so long.

I’m having such good results from the StarkQ Custom I think it would be best to run that solo for a while.
I took some time off from work and have been enjoying myself. My productivity has not been the best, which is my own doing. Yesterday I listened to my custom ultima but didn’t take any action afterwords. The mix of LDU, LEU, Natural Winner, and Furious Ascent with no action sent me to recon city.
Today I made up for it. One loop of The Wayfinder this afternoon and I did 3 sections from the home inspection course. Currently doing plumbing. The course is long, but not that difficult. My background in fire inspections gave me a foundation for understanding water systems.
I’m also thinking about what I’ve seen RV say lately about absolutely no subliminal input on rest days. I’ve listened to my Ultima my last two rest days and can tell I’m getting some symptoms of overwhelm. I’ll tone it down and stick with the Stark custom during the day and APX custom before bed.
I’m currently in a weird state today. I feel like crap physically because I got my COVID booster shot yesterday, but feel like I can handle anything mentally. It’s an interesting mix of bloom/exhaustion.
I received a bill from the garbage company in my area. I noticed that a couple of charges were not correct. I called up their customer service and was super friendly with the rep. I wrote down the rep’s name and started the call by saying, “Rep, I could use your help, I noticed some inconsistencies on my bill and could use some assistance.” I said it in a tone that was slow and soft-spoken with a hint of concern. This guy went out of his way to help me out and kept apologizing to me. By the end of our conversation, I got my bill lowered by $50. True Sell is no joke, all of this happened on autopilot as soon as I started talking to the guy.
The bloom continued with a force after I took a nap this afternoon. I was hit with a surge of motivation and finished all the remaining sections of the plumbing course. Took me about 5 hours to complete the rest of the course, Machine Action and Productivity Unleashed showed their worth today.
I scored a 95% on the final exam! 
Next up is exterior home inspections. I’m on a mission to get all these courses done.
I’d credit that to IBT. I’ve had these experiences on Medici alone, long before True Sell. 
I’m currently on my third rest day. I’m not sure what is happening. I have this feeling as if my subconscious is telling me I don’t need to listen to subliminals right now. I can tell my mind is still processing, I feel fine, motivation is there, and I’m making progress on the exterior home inspection course.

Informaticon contains a very needed part that guides you to the exact amount of repetitions you need for the current subliminal.
This morning I started reading The Prince by Niccolò Machiavelli. I did a Google search and that was the top-rated book for someone who wants to get involved in politics. The book is interesting and reminds me of The 48 Laws of Power. I was even able to find the book and audiobook for free with Prime Reading. Seems to me like Informaticon is manifesting in other ways besides telling me to lower my subliminal input.
How about taking 3 days off?

I’m back to listening today. @RVconsultant I did take three days off. It was a good choice to do three days. Even with the one day on, one day off schedule I can still tell I get overwhelmed from time to time.
I put in a lot of work today. My organization and planning skills are improving. In the past, I have used hands-on planners, but I lose interest rather quickly. I went the digital route and turned my phone into a planner for me. I’m using Google Calendar for repeated tasks, and an app called Tasks for daily tasks. I’m also trying a new manifestation method. My goal is to see if I can add more conscious guidance with R.I.C.H. Ultima Core. I bought a book called It Works yesterday afternoon. The book was incredibly short, took like 10 minutes to read the entire thing. I’ll sum it up for you guys here. Write down everything you want to manifest in order of importance. Doesn’t matter how far-fetched it is, write it down anyways. Then follow these rules:
Read the list of what you want three times each day: morning, noon, and night.
Think of what you want as often as possible.
Do not talk to anyone about your plan except to the Great Power within you which will unfold to your Objective Mind the method of accomplishment.
I’m making some good progress on the exterior inspection course. Plowing through the last couple of courses helped me out this week. This course is massive (around 35 sections). It covers everything from the base of the foundation to the fascia at the edge of the roof line.
I can see the benefits of QL ST4 starting to shine through. I’ll read through a section, take the quiz, and get a score of 90%+ on my first try.
Motivation has been high lately and I can feel my personal belief increasing every day. I’m getting more and more serious about running for office. I even started researching different positions that are opening up in my state/local area next year.
The support center helped me out with specific modules they recommend for someone wanting to run for office. I have the custom designed and started getting some of the modules. I won’t purchase the custom until I fulfill the goal I set with this journal.
Here is the final design for the political custom. I initially wanted to include Inner Circle but decided against it and went with True Sell instead.
Today started off rough but ended up being great. As I wrote in my APX custom journal, I slept like crap last night. I had signed up for an overtime shift today. I woke up early, loaded my car, and headed to work. During the entire drive, all I could think about was how the last thing I wanted to do was go to work. I kept thinking about how nice it would be to just stay at home, relax, take a nap, and not have to worry about anything.
I’m not even exaggerating here. The second I walked into the fire station my chief called me to tell me my overtime was canceled. He kept apologizing because he had to cancel it at the last minute. I kept my composure because I was surprised and relieved. Then he hit me with the best part. He said that it’s department policy that if someone shows up for overtime and their shift is canceled at the last second, that the person still gets paid four hours of overtime pay.
Not only did I get what I wanted, which was to not work today, I got paid four hours of overtime pay for showing up for five minutes.
I got my nap in, listened to my custom, Alchemist ST1, and have been working on the home inspection course. Feeling like a Natural Winner!
I’ve been relaxing and partying the last few days because it was my birthday weekend. Work consisted of a lot of eating and watching movies. Home consisted of cake, beer, and hanging out with family. It’s been a great time.
Today it was time to get back to work. Because of my excessive partying, I fell behind on my one course per week goal.
I made up for it today. I finished the exterior home inspection course. I got a 95% on the final exam!
I’ll be working on the interior course this week. It feels good to be making progress towards my goal of starting a business.
Last week I re-evaluated my priorities. I realized that all this focus on studying and getting stuff done for the certification I’ve lacked in the area of taking care of myself. I threw in a loop of Emperor Fitness ST1 every listening day and started a new workout plan.
I also noticed that results had started to slow down over the last couple of weeks. I think it was a mix of overwhelm and recon. I’m doing a washout this week. Everything is going well so far. I’ve been blooming since Saturday. I’ve been plowing through courses for the certification and also purchasing equipment that I’ll need when I start the business. Things are getting close and starting to feel real. I even updated the Stark custom and got it in the solace [A] mask. It’s a really good mix of my writing and creativity custom I was listening to and the political custom I was thinking about making. I took the best of all three customs and built it into one. I also dropped it to three cores, I have R.I.C.H. in my custom ultima so I’ll still get abundance manifestation from that. The focus is on creativity, sales, communication, fame, and planning.
I’m planning to do the washout for this week but might extend it another week depending on how I feel. The biggest difference I’ve noticed is that my productivity and planning have been great. Before I would kind of take each day by shooting at the hip and figuring it out. I’ve been planning out each day and following through on everything I task myself with.
I’ve also been journaling offline for the last week. Which helps me process everything because I can write my thoughts in an unfiltered form. Here I tone down the craziness a bit.
