There’s rarely an emotional response with TRE anyway so being used to recon and handling emotions doesn’t mean much
For me, overdoing manifests as total exhaustion, and sometimes anxiety. My sweet spot is around 10 min every few days currently, otherwise I can’t function. For some, it’s too much, for others 1 hour daily is no problem
And keep in mind that you can’t power through it, your durations may both fall or increase just naturally, it’s something you have to accept - or else, in the best case scenario, the tremors will just become ineffective. And in the worst, you will fuck up your life for a while lol.
Some dude on reddit tried doing 1.5 hours of TRE daily hoping to make faster progress, now deals with insane anxiety, exhaustion, constant tremoring, had to quit uni and “shatter his life plans”. It’s been quite a while and he still can’t recover from that, though there are some nuances to his story.
