I am experiencing this right now with the new KHAN Stage 2.
It is so subtle, I am not sure whether I am actually changing lol.
A little bit of recon here and there, barely noticeable, which leads to the issue of me not knowing when the processing queue of my subconscious mind has cleared enough for the next loop…
Are there any clear indicators of how one can know when the processing queue has been cleared up and it is okay to add new subliminal input?
I remember back then with ZP V1, this was easy to tell, because both, recon and results brutally manifested themselves “in your face”, but since NSE everything has become so subtle, recon and results, that I often question myself “am I still processing?”, “is this stonewalling?”, “is anything happening at all?”
But also understand that with the nature of NSE, the process of changing into a new person has become so fluid and subtle, that the only way to tell that one has changed, is to rigorously journal everything that happens and every little bit of one’s own behavior and thoughts.
During exponential phases all comes together, results skyrocket, big changes happen or big mind shifting manifestations happen.
And then there are the plateau phases, during which the subconscious mind is working in the background on the deeper layers of issues and core beliefs and all the different aspects of it – which sometimes takes time and during these phases there are not so many results. But once all that stuff at the deepest layers has been updated, the exponential phase kicks in again.
Think about this is terms of software:
Plateau phases → your subconscious mind is replacing the operating software, replacing MacOS with Windows, or even upgrading the BIOS etc.
Expontial phases → your subconscious mind is installing a new game to play onto that new operating system. The new game is now fully compatible with the new operating system and can be executed and run smoothly and without errors. The new game you see on the screen are the now the positive results you experience consciously.
Verdict:
Your subconscious mind is always doing something with the ZP script, even if you don’t notice it.

Just be grateful for seeing results so damn fast.
I need usually a couple of weeks to notice the slightest change. Same goes for recon.
To me, this sounds like a gift. I could tweak so much if I would be able to feel the subs so intensely. But no, I need to rely on guesswork.
Am I listening to much? Or not enough?
I’ll know in a couple of weeks.
If I’m carefully watching.
What helps is keeping a journal and rereading it every couple of weeks/months to become aware of slight changes.
But still, after spending close to two years with SC, my life changed tremendously.
Not on the outside.
There didn’t change to much.
But personality wise I grew a lot.
And I trust, that at a point when the foundation is set, when enough trauma is solved, enough understanding has arisen, enough building of positive characteristics is done, change will come rapidly.
What most people tend to forget is that subs aren’t supposed to manifest great change after just a couple of weeks.
On average, you’re supposed to run a sub for a whole year to see the results you desire.
And if you read journals like @Viktor s Victory Ventures, you see how a sub works if you run it for a year and longer. And it still delivers.
I kind of agree with it. I hope it will be solved when the new instructions drop, because right now, an average person would just buy the sub, read the official guidelines of 1-2 loops every other day and would go crazy lol
Afaik only few sales pages mention microloops at the moment
Still, I seem to be doing good with the following strategy: start at 30 seconds, increase by 30s each listening day until feeling slight recon (more irritable, sleep worse, dreams, etc.) - stay there until it is resolved. Then increase again, with the same strategy. This way I’m able to grow, increase exposure, resolve recon, keep productivity high and smoothly work through my issues
The trick is knowing when the plateau happens - but it’s not quite a “plateau”. This is the area when the bulk of the deeper work is occurring. This is the same as in authentic spiritual practice.
Yes, it will be added.
However, it’s important to point out that recon is not the evil big bad guy it might seem at first glance. It’s simply the process of reconciliation between the subconscious structures and the subliminal. It is the actual change happening within.
A blacksmith cannot forge a blade without actually melting, bending and hitting the iron. Muscles cannot be built without first breaking them down. Energy cannot be gathered and grown without proper, correct practice.
Subconscious mind cannot be changed without proper input and subsequent reconciliation.
Now, that does not mean we cannot influence this process and make it smoother, less painful, more efficient - and that is one of the biggest challenges in the subliminal industry. Most haven’t even scratched the existence of this process (as can be seen on YouTube), and others treat this process as the mind being unwilling to change, and thus it necessitates beating it into submission. But there is no beating yourself into submission, because the subconscious mind is you.
You are your own greatest ally, and just like with attaining a top 0.1% physique, it requires careful planning, diet, optimized muscle building exercise regiment and highly tuned supplement regime - in other words, carefully created and optimized subliminal technology, as well as proper usage from the user, which we have massively simplified to simply taking action, introspection/journaling and a proper listening schedule.
Many take this simplicity as basic, but mastery is when you can take something as incredibly, massively complex like the subconscious mind, and then narrowing it down to just the most fundamental things that give the most effect (like the famous 80/20 rule).
Side tangent but related - there was a discussion between inspired action vs action about a year back, and how some individuals don’t want to take blind action and instead want “inspired” action. However, inspired action can also be simplified to simply action + X component (visualization, “knowing it’s true” as some in those circles like to say, working with external “amplifying” spiritual systems, guided by something greater, etc.).
The subliminals already fulfill the role of the X component - all you need is action, and eventually action becomes this “inspired” action - i.e action guided by the subliminal and the subconscious mind.
This line of thinking stems from misunderstanding with recon actually is. As I said previously, there’s no getting around reconciliation - it’s going to be there in one form or another (unless we come up with some completely game-changing technology). It’s simply the side effect of change.
And the fun part - if you’re not getting any recon from a producer, you’re likely not creating any actual change, or it’s quite minimal and would take a very, very long time. People are free to try it for themselves - no need to take my word for it.
Ultima had recon just the same as ZP. Older versions had recon as well. The titles were less powerful, less deep and had less effect on the subconscious structures that needed to be affected. Thus the recon was lower - but it was still there.
Thus it was easier to listen. And before the single listen, they were even less effective (although compared to most of the stuff out even now, lightyears ahead), and required 8 hours of listening a day. Most users used to listen overnight, and some up to 16 hours.
And recon was still there. Because it’s not an amorphous, invisible, unpredictable and insidious force that tries to mess you up - it’s just your mind trying to figure out how to best fit all the changes you desire. It’s like lactic acid build up with working out, but much more complex. Due to it being more complex, if you work with it rather than against it, thankfully you can minimize massively it’s effects - for example @Invictus get’s minimal recon because usually he’s quite decided on the things he wants, is ready to work with the subliminal (adaptable) and takes action. High flow factor (individual makeup of the subconscious structures) also plays a role.
As for results, of course there were good results. But it’s not about getting good results, it’s about getting even better results. That is why Subliminal Club is our passion project - we love to tinker, optimize and test our technology, and push the results to greater and greater levels.
Personally, I don’t think Subliminal Club would have been as popular and successful as it is now if we settled with let’s say New Dawn level of technology, and just said “Become ehh, something I guess?” rather than Become Legendary.
Speaking generally here, not specifically at you @Hezlitt - if you’re the type of person who loves to be part of a business that is on the bleeding edge of development at all times, then that’s Subliminal Club, with all the benefits and drawbacks of such. If not, there are plenty of more “stable” creators stuck in the stone age.
In my experience, recon (the side effects of reconciliation) kicks the lion’s share of results out the window—especially low-level recon. Nowadays, with low-level recon minimized to the point where it barely differs from my usual chain of thoughts and emotional responses to them, my reconciliation process is clean and smooth. The shifts are dramatic, and the results are consistent—at times even exponential, far better than they ever were and in such a short span ot time.
In the past, I would run 3–6 loops a day, constantly overexposed and going through low-level recon I wasn’t even aware of. I did get some results and managed to improve my baseline—but not anywhere near the level I’m experiencing now, after minimizing low-level recon to almost absolute zero.
It is indeed, even if you initially see better results when overexposing. However, the real magic happens when you give your mind enough time to process the scripting, identify what limits the execution, and work on overcoming it.
Update 11:
I believe that the so-called trailer effect—and people claiming they’ve lost their results or even fallen below the baseline they had before starting subliminals—stems from overexposure and getting stuck in the vicious cycle of low-level reconciliation.
It’s clear to me how much better my results are now that I’ve broken out of that cycle. Even if I overexpose and experience low-level recon, I can easily detect it and respond appropriately—by giving my mind more time to process the scripting and using the power of my awareness and will to conquer recon. I do this by reining in my emotional reactions and taking the proper actions to minimize it.
