The Perfect Diet (Discussions about different diets)

I am trying my best, vegetables, fruits, meat, fish, organs, blackberries for zinc, dark chocolate, etc.

Hahah

Im anti veggies myself, the only vegetable ive seen semi useful for people is a carrot for those dealing with gut/endotoxin issues

You’d be better off eliminating essentially every vegetable in existence from your diet besides maybe carrots as they have strong evidence to support that eating carrots binds to estrogen in the stomach.

I am guilty however since i dont wanna lie lol, i do use spirulina from a really high quality source, simply due to its high copper content

Better sources for copper exist. Too bitter, too many oxylates.

Yeah liver and oysters are top 2 from what ive seen, spriulina is 3rd on the list

Those 2 foods really have everything

Another game changer ive been doing is a raw honey mix with bee pollen and royal jelly… unreal

I’d recommend including some Salmon (King, Sockeye) and Mussels into your diet.
