This thread is specifically for late customs, not tickets. Please do not post in both threads. In the past, we’ve had to deal with individuals using these threads to “speed up” a custom that is not delayed. Our system is now configured to spot this, and those who continue to do so will no longer be allowed to use these threads. It is necessary to ensure that truly late customs are addressed as fast as possible.

This was an express order that was placed on the 14th. Posting this because I am not sure if I still had to wait till after 3-5 business day window even though its express. Apologies for the confusion from my end, not trying to come off as rushing the custom.

If the Express Order was missed, you’ll be refunded for the charge at the time of production. But give me a bit and I’ll look into the issue regardless.

my custom was QTKS custom, order number is #2031585

the order was placed on April 5, 2026, you had mentioned you’d make a note to change one of the modules because I accidentally put two of the same modules by accident…I believe it was the experience happiness and joy module

Any late QTKS’s will be taken care of on Tuesday. I have to oversee these because of the nature of the build. For now, we can’t automate these the same way as the other. Legal wants to ensure that the voiceprints are deleted (as part of the QTKS agreement), and so I have to do it manually and sign off on that.
